Came to rescue with an amazing cake at short notice.... Understood customisation so well and though i was nervous what it will turn out... They definitely exceeded my expectations with the final outcome... Taste was awesome... Sponge was perfect.... Presentation was superb....
Ordered a custom cake design with Panda and Penguin. I am glad that they executed to the perfection. Cake was so beautiful and delicious.
I like their service and communication. Finally, payment process was easy and they even accepted PayPal. It helped me a lot since, I live in US.

Loved the cup cakes and the strawberry cake ordered for my son's 1st birthday. I ordered the cake in a Madagascar theme. The cake decoration was professionally done and it looked wonderful. Salted caramel cup cake was pretty good as well. Rubina and her team do an amazing job. The quality and the reasonable pricing makes this place a better option than the other 'fine' bakery/cup cake places in Hyderabad.
That said, there were two things that disappointed me: (a) I paid thousands for the birthday cake and for more than 300 cup cakes. Yet I was charged INR 350 for delivery to a location less than 5 kms away. This should really consider free delivery when clients spend so much. (b) next, even though I was charged delivery amount, the cake was delivered 1.5 hours late. I asked for the entire delivery to be made by 6.30pm, but they only showed up at 8 and then took another 10mins to assemble the 3 tiered birthday cake. I had about 200 guests waiting by this point. Had it not been for this, the experience would have been a 5 on 5. I certainly see myself ordering from them again, but with strong expectations on delivery time.
These guys put in your imagination into cake.. Just got what I wanted .. Though the taste of the cake could slightly be improved.. But the looks of the cake surpassed all of that... Perfect cake for a perfect bday!
They have cupcakes for every occasion. ..like literally! I had ordered customised cupcakes and they weren't a disappointment at all...visually stunning creations and adorable sizes but the taste isnt that luscious. A great step by these amazing people. Keep up the good work folks!
Hyderabad cup cakes sure does live up to it's name! I wanted a customized game of thrones theme cake and had contacted various bakeries for it. Hyderabad cup cakes immediately agreed to make it while all others declined saying it requires too much work. The cake made by Hyderabad cup cakes was not only delicious it was exactly the same in design as the photo I had sent them! They are also really polite and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am very very impressed by them and would definitely recommend their cakes to my friends for parties. Iv attached a photo of the cake they made... It was awesome!
Extremely amazing and delicious!! I thought I would never get red velvet cupcakes as nice as the ones which me and my girlfriend had at a French cafe in Hauz Khas village in Delhi...but but but to my astonishment I was amazed when zomato helped me to get connected to Hyderabad Cupcakes....Awesome...Surprised my girlfriend on her birthday!

The only disappointment i have is with PRICE ,,its over priced ... we have many bakers who can offer the same stuff in best price and in this situation i am sure you would not like to loose your clients :) :)

I always show her pictures of what I really have in mind , and she creates the same. And not to forget the delicious taste of the cakes, they taste the best, with the right amount of sweetness.

Having tried several bakeries and cake shops, I have to say, Hyderabad Cupcakes is the best there is in the business. Guests at the party, kids and adults alike, were attacking the cake and cupcakes that we ordered for my son's party, and everyone wanted to get another bite! Highly recommend!

I got a cake for my son’s first birthday. All I showed them was couple cake pics and asked them to combine both. They did an amazing job and delivered on time. Each and every detail was paid attention to and I’m so happy with the colors as they were perfect.
I had ordered the cup cakes for my husband's Birthday.... I actually gave them the pic from google... cup cakes of cricket theam....
