Food is very tasty and delightful.. Ambience is decent. Service is good. I like their french fries and chicken white pene pasta absolutely delicious.
We loved the pizza here. Its super thin crust and delicious. The price is nominal. We had cappuccino regular coffe, dried tomatoes 🍅 cheese pizza 🍕, mojito which cost somewhere to 800 Indian rupees.
Order and delivery are fast. The Seating area is sufficient and somewhere open so you can enjoy the mall view while having a coffee sip.
We had a delicious dinner at Italian cuisine Cafe Ritazza, owned & managed by an enthusiastic couple. The best thing about this place is that they make a conscious effort in serving fresh food.
All the dishes displayed and in the menu looked tempting. We ordered grilled chicken pizza which came with a complimentary iced tea. Grilled chicken with veggies and open ham with cheese baguette was very very fresh and delicious. We ordered watermelon iced tea which was very refreshing too.
Overall a must must visit restaurant to relish. We ate to our hearts content :-)
Worth mentioning about this place is that the freshness and selected herbs and spices were hand-picked by Owner-chef.
We would love to visit again to relish on burgers and pastas.

The coffee here is excellent and so is the food. Have tried chef's special pasta. It was good. It was different than usual pasta. It was spicy with butter chicken kind of gravy.. It tasted good .
Second Visit - April 2023 - Tried Paneer wrap. It was good as well.
Well we went there couple of times every time we feel new vibes and coming to experience it was really amazing,their coffee and snacks was really delicious

Was at this newly opened cafe a few days ago, it's inside Sarathi City Mall and has both inside and outside seating. After a very long time I can say I had some great coffee in this place. Their flavoured coffees are a must try.
Their hot chocolate was quite thin and so was the smoothie.
I loved their fruits with granola and Greek yogurt. It was absolutely delicious and is definitely added to my list of must haves.
I tried the baguettes both the veg and non veg, they were quite okay and could definitely be improved.
Tried the pancakes which perfectly cooked and paired really well with the strawberries. The cheese poppers and chicken wings were scrumptious and tender.
Coming to the pasta and pizza, the ravioli was to thick for a ravioli otherwise the sauce and the bread was standard, the smoked chicken pizza was extremely okay.
In desserts, their sizzling brownie was extraordinarily amazing, one of the best ones I had till now.
The tiramisu and the cheesecake really need to be worked on.
Overall, had a good experience.

Absolutely excellent service and food, have been a regular for years at this point, Soni, Aliyah, and Soumya are incredible baristas and chefs, try their spicy paneer sandwich in baguette bread, amazing coffee as well!
I had to move away from Hyderabad a few months ago for work, I definitely miss this little gem of a cafe.

Started eating here recently and really enjoying the menu. It has become a can't ignore place for us when ever we visit Sarath City Mall.
Loved the coffee. Had fish n chips- which was refreshingly good. The fish was not too breaded & was absolutely fresh. Loved the food. Highly recommend for a nice coffee n a quick bite.
