Visited this iconic place in sarafa bazar to try out their iconic dahi vada. It was very tasty. It was full of flavours. Must try dish when you are in Indore. You can call this flying vada as it is tossed in the air before service, unique way to serve. The place is always crowded. But worth a try.

Do not restrict yourself to just the dahi vada and plzz do not stuff yourself with the whole portion either. Other than the lovely cottony soft, light and fluffy dahi vada, I love the butte ka khees they serve.. all the other snacks are also worth A try.

Dahi Vada is amazing, so soft, light & delicious! Bhutte ka Kees is of course unique 2 Indore, but again very tasty & filling! Kachori too looked tempting. Just go there 2 eat.

You cannot visit Indore and not go The Joshi Dahi Bada House in Sarafa. This man is joyous and happy with what he does, selling super soft, pillowy dahi vadas with much rigor and enthusiasm. His tricks with the dahi vada, tossing it up in the air and then later sprinkling 4 different masalas tucked inside his 4 fingers all in one go. He is a sheer delight to watch and never fails to strike some conversations with his amazed and amused customers. We were one of those. So while Joshi ji definitely struck a chord with us, his dahi vadas and bhutte ka kees were only cherries to the cake. Deliciousness personified.

I can not believe that the taste, service and ambience all stays as is even in 20 years. I visited this place after 20 long years and could enjoy my childhood memories again. His style of serving, quantity, courteous and above all superb taste. I love dahi bada and bhuttey ka khees a lot at this place. A must must must visit place when you are in and around Indore. It is even preferable to visit this place at night time probably after 21:00 Hours. Because whole Sarafa Bazaar gets converted into Khau Gali (Food Street) at this time. This place was even featured in TOI because of the way they make Dahi Bhalla. The spot is not so visible but the food quality is good and the garnishing is also good and they have only few food item's so that they can provide us a good quality... most important thing that you can get a food till 10.30pm and max to max 11 not after that...

Best Dahibada food shop in Town. Located on streets of Sarafa Bazar, if you are eating here definitely see the flipping of the dhaibada plate in air by the workers in the shop, it's really fun to watch. The quantity of one plate of bhutte ka kis is so less that you could finish it in 3 spoons. I ordered 3 plates for 2 people and still they were less. Disappointing quantity. People are ready to pay more but at least don't lie about the quantity .

This is good at sarafa but not in home delivery. He sent me daliya in place of kees. Ao disgusting and ridiculous of it. I will not order from it ever

This place is an institution in Indore. The crowd is so intimidating that it becomes scary to order. However, the owner Joshiji is so polite and friendly, that he allows everyone to have his snacks with a smile 😊<br/>We ended up having their famous dahi vada, bhutte ki khees and also the coconut potato filled pattis. The dahi vada was really yum, with the thickness and texture in full swing.

The old style food with a great taste. Speciality is Dahi Bhalla which taste really good. Also tried Mirchi Vada and ofcourse Gulab Jamun they were fine. One of the must visit outlet in Indore for Dahi Bhalla.

In parcel bhutte ka kis received was cold and taste ok. But in Dahi bada they didn't removed excess water from bada before in parcel. Not recommend in parcel.<br/><br/>At shop had flying dahi bada few times that taste tooo good. For that 4/5.<br/>

Superb dahi Wada...highly recommended only for dahi Wada... Bhutte ka khees is not so yummy as others give. They way he prepare dahi Wada is worth watching
