Visited in the middle of march. New place we have explore at the main geeta bhavan square. Parking was good, space was good even we can do some chit chat after the dinner. Food was tasty and served hot all time ambiance was enjoyable just one thing you should add is music. A must visit place with family and friends even with your clients.
Got to know about from the Facebook page. Visited yesterday and what I found is awesome food and variety and ambiance of inside and outside of the restaurant is too good. Good luck a must visit place.
One of the best places to dine in. The presentation of the food served makes you go crazy. The presentation itself makes it more mouth watering to dine. One can come here with an empty stomach and can depart completely stomach filled.

Staff is quick, super quick, hygenic and one can always find family crowd enjoying sumptuous meal together.
Tip:- parking for 4 wheeler could be menace during certain time period of day.
If you love the combination of food in a single plate then , this place is probably the best place to have the thali in Indore. They serve 22 food items in a single plate with a great staff service and efficient food taste with perfect and comfortable atmosphere. Must visit!!
Just had a wonderful offer food from Gordhan Thal, I really loved this one. It had rajma as todays vegetable, rice (That was surely basmati, good in taste, rich in flavor and rightfully steamed), then a dal fry, some carrots and yes 4 chapatis.
You might be wondering, why not a 5 star for this one? Just because of small rotis that were given with it, They were even smaller than Puri made at some places. Overall it was good, as it was just at Rs 39, with 10 rupees delivery charges etc.
So a rating of 4/5.

The place is decorated in traditional Gujarati style The servers are well trained and generous.The food here is mostly Gujarati cuisine with maybe a few North Indian dishes thrown in like a Paneer vegetable. Most of the other dishes are very tasty. The thali has two snacks (farsans), two sweets, three-four vegetables, dal, Kadhi, rice, rotis, pooris, etc.It can get very noisy in the restaurant since there is a lot of staff and also there are many tables placed close together. In fact, the restaurant serves a lot of people both at lunch and also dinner on any given day which means it is always crowded.

From starter to main course everything just tasted Soo good and the service here was just wow, like they treat there customers as their family members.
They have different menu for everyday and the thali costs around 320 rs.
Whenever you're in a mood of having a thali just step into this great place undoubtedly!
The policy of not speaking anything followed by the staff is catchy....and the food is also awesome..

Very polite n helping staffs.. unlimited thali at Rs-320.... Which includes more than 20 items.. I personally loved the kachodi, aamras & garam garam roti.
A good place to eat if you want to have a full meal. You should have an empty stomach if you want to taste and eat everything on the plate. As the name represents Thal, they literally have Thal and not our usual thali😄.
The taste is good. Service is fast. It's a family restaurant so you can visit here with your family or friends.

Visited the place in weekend on sunday for having lunch with my family.
The place has good ambiance, with ground and first floor sitting.
Now talking about the food, the thali served had around 26 items in total like 2 salad, 3 chatni, 2 dal, 2 veggies, 1 paneer preparation, roti, puri, paratha, papad, basuni, malpua, kadi and dal batti and Butter milk.
Well the thali was full of items and the food is served with containers just like any other thali system apparently from roti and puri none of them were hot, all cold food was served to us in the middle of the day. One of the starter was really awful in taste, i dont even remember its name.
Panner had good taste, Vegetable had good taste, but there were really few options that i liked, a lot of items were tasteless, especially all chati's, Chanti should give u a different taste as a taste enhancer, it being tasteless makes no sense.
Papad, Butter Milk and basuni were good.
No doubt service was really really fast, things were served as I asked for them but while serving food with speed, it should be a concern that food served should be hot.
serving proper taste with crowd on sunday is a challenge for most of the restaurant, i guess they also have to work on this part.
Recommended for Gujrati & Rajisthani less spicy food lovers.
I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. We all had a great time, and it made the birthday celebration even more special. Highly recommended!
This was one of the best lunch options I've ever experienced in Indore. Located on the 4th floor of C21 Mall in Indore, this restaurant serves only pure vegetarian Thali and other brunch options. We ordered a Shahi Thali @450 (with tax) which was full enough for one tummy. Although it was an unlimited option we could not order anything else except Roti and Rice/Khichdi. The restaurant ambience is perfect for a peaceful lunch/dinner, seating arrangement is very comfortable and the staff is very humble and take care of its guests very well. Overall a good experience.

The Gordhan thal has changed its location from geeta bhavan square to C21 Mall 4th floor.
Food quality was good, though the cost 428+taxes could be a little on the higher side considering it's in a mall.
Overall it was a good experience, good quality is good, loved the moong daal khichdi.
