We had an amazing lunch. On our last visit we had mentioned to our server Nitin that the salmon sandwich would taste better in a bagel and on this visit he had already implemented it! Feels good to know that our suggestions and feedback are taken so seriously and swiftly! Excellent service by the Marriott!
I had ordered a customised cake for my little brother. He loved it. We all loved how light and yummy it was. Special thanks to Satyam and team JBC for getting this cake ready in such short notice.
The selection of coffee available here is great and each one of those tastes really good. The cookies are great in taste and baked to perfection. Cakes and brownies are well made.
This has been my go to coffee place for the last 3 years now. Whenever I visit Jaipur, I make sure to visit this place at least once. As it is situated near the lobby, it is spacious and quite open. It also gives a nice view of the pool area. Never have I tried desserts here, but coffee is always exceptional ! A special shoutout to Nitin for his examplary service and his amiable, hospitable behaviour. He always serves us brilliant cappucino everytime according to our taste.
We ordered cappuccino, it was tasty . Staff and ambience was also good. Ohhh i just forgot to mention cookies acompaning coffee ....was just so yum.....made me ask the receipie and ingredients...

The coffee was amazing, I got a cold coffee. I was very excited to grab coffee from here, the only two slight issues I ran into was, the coffee cup was sticky and not clean at all, I had to ask for another cup. The other minor issue was that they could not charge it to my room as I had a room at the Marriot, and the employee kept saying it is blocked but when I checked with the reception they said there is no way to do so. However good coffee.
A nice coffee shop near the airport with some good food , simple environment and a smiling staff , I hope they open a little early in the morning like around 8 would be nice , a good place to be in if you in Jaipur

To start off the chocolate muffin were well made n decorated but inside they were dry n bready. On the shelf for too long I presume.
The cocoa used was not high quality standards.
A tip try n use cocoa butter. It would add a better flavour to it n boost the quality.
Next off the pastry. Black forest to be specific.It was again well presented but was on shelf for too long. Start using a shelf life counter. JW has it. Why r u running shy.
Coffee was good. But the pH was off balance. Would recommend using the right water. Not regular RO, I am sure the barista is well aware but is being ignorant or is instructed otherwise.
I loved the pizza. It was hot, well made, toasty, the marinara sauce was spot on.
It was a good experience. But I am sure you can make improvements to make it a place to remember.

We are staying at the Marriott for the last few nights. We have tried all the restaurants here and today was our day to try the Baking Company. Nitin served us. We started for a few hours and ordered drinks and sandwiches. Traditional tea was amazing, Sandwiches were good, and pizza was also good. Nitin provided a fantastic service, he was very patient and thorough- my elderly dad wasn't always clear. I would recommend!

Located in Marriott Hotel, Jaipur. It's basically a cafe type establishment. They offer Salads, Sandwich, Desserts, Coffee, Juices, Breads and many more.

Caesar Salad - Here you will get a Caesar salad with roman lettuce which are little bit bitter than the iceberg lettuce (mostly all the restaurants in Jaipur use Iceberg lettuce) but it's good in taste. There are only croutons and Parmesan cheese in the salad they don't add any type vegetables. I have developed a liking for there Caesar Salad and it's one of my favorite place to eat it in Jaipur.
Panini - It had fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and pesto sauce in it. It was fresh, the bread was perfectly baked and it tasted very good too.
They only have two options in egg less pastries - Tropical and Black Forest. I ordered Tropical pastry which was light and the fruits were fresh.
The staff is cooperative and service is fast. The Price range is also not too high seeing the 5-star hotel tag. Good place to spend time over food.
Being under the roof of renowned 'Marriott' says it all about the gentry, ambience n quality ! Not a hefty menu makes it easy for customers to decide upon their choice without much of confusion n dilemma regarding what to eat n what not to ! Though the quantity is not as let how much is paid for it ! (Esp salad we had) ! But still it is justified considering the place 'Marriott' brand ! A decent quiet place with not much of a crowd or poor gentry !
PS: a checkup by canine group might make your day ! I had my bag sniffed by pooja :) :)
