I understand sourdough's mother yeast takes years and years to cultivate.. people carry those sourdough yeast for years and years from country to country. But overall it was a great bread. I also bake such breads at home and i also don't get enough sour taste like u find in Europeans breads. Good to see people making such breads here too
I love this bakery, I'm ordering bread here daily almost 2 years now and adore it more and more by the time. Absolutely Love his german style rye sourdough, is seriously the best I've ever eaten! And they also bake perfect english muffins, french croissants, almond tart, carrot cake, cookies, freshly made hummus... Upon request will make gluten-free, sugar-free or lactose-free goods. Thank you for your amazing skills, indeed, your bakery makes my life here happy, as good daily bread is quite important part of my culture ๐

After living in India for a while I started missing nice bread and luckily I found Steinmuhle. Everything I tried is so delicious and always freshly made with lots of love. The sour dough is really one of the best Iโve ever had ๐

Absolutely mouth-watering Almond Tart. So so good. One of the best desserts in Jaipur and they're homemade and fresh. Love their breads too. Great food Alok ji ๐๐ป๐ค
