This is a very luxurious property. The staff gave us personal attention that started even before our stay, with texts in advance to make sure our needs were met. The only reason for me not to give 5 stars is that I felt they could have kept things a little warmer indoors (we visited during the winter season when the temperature outside was in the 40s and 50s) and also because they cancelled our driver and tour because of a staff issue, and did not help us to arrange a private driver.
The hotel is beautiful with some amazing decor.
Staff are friendly and always ready to help, very courteous & professional.
A special shout out to the Executive Chef & kitchen brigade. Food is simply superb, full of flavors and deliciously yummy. A team of well trained culinary experts taking you on an amazing culinary journey.

We stayed at this property December 27 to the 30th 2023. The service was excellent. The rooms are clean. The staff are very polite and helpful.
The travel desk person. Pradeep was very hospitable and helpful. We used a car through the hotel which was clean, and the chauffeur was excellent.
The hotel also has a Marriott affiliation and hence one has access to Marriott points and Bar and snacks 5-8 pm
We had my wife’s birthday dinner at the Jal Mahal restaurant and the buffet was exemplary and extensive. Our group of 8 people was very well taken care of Md. Amman and his colleagues. They even were able to get us a cake at the last minute. We are glad we decided to have a meal here and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
This place defines luxury. I had a comfortable stay. The staff was very amicable and courteous. The service was very prompt and the property is beautiful. I don't think I expected anything more from them in my previous visit. However, the corridors were labyrinths as we got lost in those quite a few times. Since it is a huge property, wayfinding was a little bit of a task within the campus.
Mr Dharmesh was really pleasant and helpful, and made our move from one room to another very pleasant.
Overall everyone is helpful and the place looks nice and cozy.
A bit old , as the building is, but the room looks great, marble everywhere and really clean. We had a nice view over the pool inside and that makes a bit difference than have view over the city.
Amazing experience overall. Entire service throughout our stay was very smooth and comforting. Breakfast was also great. Mr. Sudhir ensured we had a great culinary experience. We thoroughly enjoyed all the exquisite delicacies. Would highly recommend this place in Jaipur.

Had a wonderful experience at the ITC hotel in Jaipur. The staff was very courteous and took great care of us. Mr Sudhir in the breakfast area looked after the kids and was eager to help. Chef Inderpal’s food was excellent and they customized the food for our kids.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
Solid property with an excellent concierge (Manoj Kumar is an asset) and in good location nearby the main attractions of Jaipur. Services are good. They gym is well-equipped and Peshawri is a most restaurant. We ended up having dinner there two nights in a row).
The property and specially the rooms are a bit dated. They seem overdue for a renovation. The breakfast buffet was a little bit weak and lacked more variety. Other than that, solid property and good for families.
