Few days back i went there and experience was really amazing , it is situated in mansarover at ridhi sidhi jaipur . So lets talk about food first , basically their specialty is dosa fusion and and if once you will taste their different different dosa you will become their fan so we had there pahadi dosa ,rajwada dosa , cheese burst dosa shots and Nutella brownie dosa , all of them were amazing and totally made of by different concept but i love brownie Nutella dosa because it was damm tasty , something new ,drooling even I don't have words so you recommending to everyone please go there and must visit at least once because ek baar jaaoge toh fan ho jaoge . Also we had pan shake ,kitkat shake , jungle sandvich , triple sehejanavan noddles ,bombay street grilled sandvich , farm dosa pizza everything was perfect so you can go there without hesitation with your dear ones ,family and friends . The place is really nice. It provide mouth watering fusion dishes which are commendable. Must try dosa french fries. The tastiest and yummiest dish you gonna enjoy here. Really nice concept and the variety they have feels like they put there heart in it. I loved this place specially for there food.

The fusion cafe situated at ridhi sidhi gopalpura. Like the name describes that they serve fusion food. They serve amazingly yummy fusion food in the town. They mainly serve fusion dosa and sandwich. Their service is good and also the sitting is very comfortable. You can hangout their with your friends, family etc. The rates are acceptable according to their fusion food. I liked the cheese burst and junglee sandwich in their menu the most. If you love experimenting with your food you should visit this place at least once.

Also French Fries Dosa is awesome. Great quantity with quality. Sandwiches - I had Junglee Sandwich and Triple Layer Sandwich. They looked similar but had a different flavor. Quantity - 2 people. Ambience - It is the last thing you must focus on as the food is so so amazing. Still, the ambience is good, good music, cozy café, you'll have a great time. Don't miss on this café. The fusions are a result of so much hard work. Go and give it a shot.

You must visit this place if you want to try dosas in a unique way. Located on Ridhi Sidhi road, it catches your attention with cool and colorful interiors. They serve different varieties of dosas. We ordered - dilkhush dosa, junglee sandwich, kitkat shake, ferraro rocher shake and cold coffee. All were good, although junglee sandwich becomes a task to eat after beginning. Dilkhush dosa serves its name along with the shakes and coffees. Overall, a good place to visit with your family or friends in Ridhi Sidhi area to please your taste buds.

This cafe is my future goals!! Looking at the couple running the cafe with such perfection! It's little cozy with radiant soothing wall and furniture colors. Tables etc., were so perfectly cleaned. They have maintained the hygiene so perfectly with a hand sanitizer also(which i appreciated a lot). Such fast delivery and oh the taste🤤 they got plenty of varieties in dosa that i never heard of and they did justice to the taste. Overall loved the place with so affordable cost❤️

Well, I have to say this cafe has become my personal favorite!<br/>This place has so much to offer from their menu apart from just regular coffees and pasta.<br/>Obviously the USP of this place has to be their Fusion Dosas which as the name of this space suggests.<br/>They have Impeccable fusions in their menu which I tried, and my own preferred dishes which you must try when you visit this place is -<br/>1) Cheese Burst French Fries dosa<br/>2) Farm Veggie Pizza Dosa<br/>3) Tripple Noodles<br/>4) Nutella Brownie Dosa<br/><br/>And still, if you want more , they have a lot of, I mean a lot of varieties to serve you in their fusion dishes and apart from this 'Jain' option is also available.<br/>A must visit place with limited sitting however!<br/>So, happy dining guys!! ❤️

Went there on my friend recommendation. The experiment they have done with normal conventional style dosa by introducing fusions of many kind is commendable. The first and the former thing you need to be prepared for if you are visiting this place is that don't go if you are looking for south indian cuisine . They don't serve Sambhar with any of there and still they are serving more than 150types of Dosa fused with different styles .<br/>I would rate excellent for coming up with this idea.<br/>Talking about the taste , presentation and service.<br/>I tried Rajawada Dosa , French Fries cheese dosa (5/5) , Nutella Dosa ( 5* and must try dessert) .<br/>Presentation and making of the dish needs great efforts which can been seen easily in the pictures , loved the portion size .<br/>Along with dosa they also serve other quick bite snacks like pasta , sandwiches.<br/>Sandwich are loaded with loads of cheeeeese but the only thing bothered me is there use of extra spices which makes the overall bite a bit salty and can spoil the whole taste.<br/>Ambience is good , compact , good for couples , family and friends.<br/>Will visit soon ,

Liked this place a lot because of the various fusions available all of them was really amazing. Dosa combinated with fries was super amazing and was one the best dishes over here. <br/>In drinks I liked the paan Shake a lot it was thick and with great consistency. <br/>Also it’s a pocket friendly place it was really amazing to have food in this price. Ambiance wise the place is good but due to being in basement it's not visible from the Road.<br/><br/>Service wise they are quick and friendly.<br/><br/>We Had Honey chilly Potatoes which were not Crispy and potatoes were not cut properly and were thicker. I'll rate Honey chilly 2/5.<br/><br/>Jini Dosa was Good with Lots of filling and cheese. Having tried 99dosa and alike in other cities, I was expecting similar food choice in menu. But to my delight this place offers more.<br/><br/>We ordered Pav Bhaji dosa, Mysore masala dosa & Manchurian Pasta dosa; all of which were served with gravy separate keeping the dosa crispy. We also had an olive & jalapeño dosa which was served with the filling inside.<br/><br/>All the dosas were good offering a perfect flavour and mouth feel. Ambience was decent. So today we had visited this cafe which serve some amazing south indian , Chinese food in town we had tried few things that are really amazing like peri peri pizza dosa , which tastes really amazing , besides food they also serves some amazing drinks , the best one I liked is paan shakes and mixed mojito , at last it is an amazing experience will be visiting it soon

TFC - the fusion cafe: we somehow ended up going to this awesome little place and it turned out to be a discovery of my new favourite place in town. Located at ridhi sidhi circle, gopalpura bypass mansarovar, jaipur. Great interiors. Service was damm fast. They have a huge variety of dosa's. We tried couple of items here and every item was perfect and delicious. Loved the taste. Overall, its a nice place to hangout with your friends and family. Must explore it....

This is a small yet clean and beautiful place to sit!! The taste of each dish ordered was pretty good and quantity was great!! The staff was very polite! We we're greeted really well. This place is wonderful if u want hangout with your college friends and eat nicely!!

A tiny little café with a themed menu. Amazing service and very cordial owners. The food was great. I never really like fushion food but these people know their food and its flavors. The place is too small to accommodate large groups and private conversations.

Let me start from the very beginning there is no staff. There owner is playing the role of everyone. We were like it's ok it's is a new cafe maybe they can't afford it. We took our seat and then he came to ask what type of water do we want and we said normal. In the middle of after at 40° temperature he served us water at room temperature. Who does this normal water doesn't mean that u will serve us tank water. It was the big turn off and after that we were it's ok we will order mineral water. And then we looked at the menu we were like let's order there special dish ice cream dosa and along with that i ordered mint mojito and for these two things i waited for 40 minutes again a big turnoff and then the owner finally came up with food. First i took the sip of mojito and it was pathetic. Only flavor that i could taste was of suger again not chilled, again i took one sip and after that i couldn't even touch that glass. And then i came to there special dish ice cream dosa and i had first bite of that again it was extremely sweet and again i would say pathetic. Ice cream quality was not good and too much jam inside that dose. Overall u wasted my money.

Went there last week, what an amazing taste they have, the dishes were cooked perfectly, tasted amazingly yummy and presented in a way that you actually cant eat without taking a pic, ordered peri peri fries, bahubali sandwich and pizza dosa, all 3 were great in taste, best part of the restaurant is there is no waiter and the owners are very humble that they serve and take care of cash counter also, very down to earth. Only area of improvement is they should start keeping cold drinks like coke, thumbs up etc, otherwise fantastic. A must try place

Great decor. Owner was present when i went there. Good place to hold a talk. We had a chilly dosa and it was absolutely delicious. Presentation is commendable.

One of my favorite place in jaipur. I love dosa and you will get hell lot of varieties of Dosas. I have ordered Cheesy chips dosa, farm veggie pizza dosa and ended with mouth watering Nutella brownie dosa. All were delicious as told by chef. Staff was very friendly and my order took less then expected time. Loved the place.

During my visit to Jaipur, one of my colleague took me to this place for evening snacks. I must say it was a wonderful experience we had.<br/><br/>The fusion of food which amazed me a lot, great blend of fusion which makes this cafe bit different.<br/><br/>Hospitality of the staff and owner was simply humble and great. A place to sit and feel the positive vibes.<br/>Food was awesome......We ordered bombay grilled sandwich, chilly cheese garlic bread and chocolate frappe .....All of these were amazing and oh my god!<br/>the bombay sandwich was do damn tasty. I would recommend all to go and try.<br/>They also have 165 varieties in dosa. I just love the concept of fusion. The environment is very good.

The food and ambience totally justify the Cafe's name. I had Nutella brownie dosa and triple layer masala baked sandwich. It was super delicious. The owners were so humble. Will surely visit again and try other dishes too 😋😋

Sweet and great place for meetings and healthy get togethers. Located near Riddhi Siddhi Tower Mansarovar. The unique point of this place is when you enter this place, you can sense a positive vibe. Apart from ambience and location, food was also awesome. Quite reasonable and having a finger licking taste. We ordered Ginnie Dosa and Chinese Bhel. And if you love spicy, then Ginnie Dosa Is A Must Try. Will Surely Visit This Place Again 👍

They have recently opened in Mansarovar, it's very different place with creative decor.. they have fully used there wits to come out with entirely new concept of Dosa and they serve wide variety of Dosas .. we also tried grilled veg. Cheese sandwich.. also the staff's behaviour is heart warming..And they absolutely take care of ur customization (if any).. I loved the place and also look forward to visit again n again.<br/>

It was a complete surprise for me. Just went to this cafe randomly and it took my heart with their dishes. They serve south indian, Chinese and other cuisine food with some of their interesting fusion. This time only tried south indian dishes but definitely looking forward to try other items also. We had pizza dosa and onion uttapam and they were really good. Service is fast and ambience is also good. Definitely recommend for food lovers.

One of the best places in the pink city. The interior was done very thoughtfully. In food you will have more than 100 types of fusion dosa (note they are not regular dosas and way better than traditional dosa), more than 30 types of sandwiches and shakes, Chinese, Maggi and many more. The taste is awesome. We have ordered cheese burst french fries dosa, Ginni Dosa, Chinese bhel, KitKat shake, Maggi. I also like the fact, how they have givem importance to hygeine too.Overall a new concept with amazing food in the city. They serve the best dosa in town and really go with the name 'fusion'. I visited this Cafe today with my friends to try something new and had chilli paneer dosa, ginne dosa, mayonnaise pasta sandwich and kitkat shake. It was all mouth watering. Highly recommended if you want to taste something different at unbelievable price.

This is my second visit at TFC. I have tasted chilly cheese garlic bread, rajwada dosa, Ginnie dosa, French fries cheese burst soda, ice cream dosa. Everything tasted so perfect. Will visit again and try other things too. Great ambiance. Thumbs up
