**Do not expect authentic dosas , they only serve fusion dosas **
Few days back we visited this place and it was a very pretty decent place to visit......they such a good variety of fusion food......I tried different variety of dosa and sandwiches from this place and it was amazing.....they have such a good concept of fusion food which I really loved alot.......I must suggest you to try out their dosa and I think they serves on of the best dosa in jaipur.......this is the perfect place to visit with family and friends......
I loved the menu of this place as they have 40 varieties of dosa and sandwiches......I likes their concept and what they have introduced in their fusion dishes is really amazing.....also if I talk about the tastee and quality of the food, it was excellent and I would definitely suggest to try out this place which is having a very good concept of fusion dishes........
Bestest place to have some really good fusion dosa's with quite good portion size . The place has got some really good dosa and majorly apart from dosa their snadwich are very delicious . So place is much recommended to have some really good food at some nominal prices .

Few days back i went there and experience was really amazing , it is situated in mansarover at ridhi sidhi jaipur .
So lets talk about food first , basically their specialty is dosa fusion and and if once you will taste their different different dosa you will become their fan so we had there pahadi dosa ,rajwada dosa , cheese burst dosa shots and Nutella brownie dosa , all of them were amazing and totally made of by different concept but i love brownie Nutella dosa because it was damm tasty , something new ,drooling even I don't have words so you recommending to everyone please go there and must visit at least once because ek baar jaaoge toh fan ho jaoge . Also we had pan shake ,kitkat shake , jungle sandvich , triple sehejanavan noddles ,bombay street grilled sandvich , farm dosa pizza everything was perfect so you can go there without hesitation with your dear ones ,family and friends .
Most attractive thing was their way of serving food and service that is also appreciable.

Well, I have to say this cafe has become my personal favorite!
This place has so much to offer from their menu apart from just regular coffees and pasta.
Obviously the USP of this place has to be their Fusion Dosas which as the name of this space suggests.
They have Impeccable fusions in their menu which I tried, and my own preferred dishes which you must try when you visit this place is -
1) Cheese Burst French Fries dosa
2) Farm Veggie Pizza Dosa
3) Tripple Noodles
4) Nutella Brownie Dosa
And still, if you want more , they have a lot of, I mean a lot of varieties to serve you in their fusion dishes and apart from this 'Jain' option is also available.
A must visit place with limited sitting however!

Went there on my friend recommendation. The experiment they have done with normal conventional style dosa by introducing fusions of many kind is commendable. The first and the former thing you need to be prepared for if you are visiting this place is that don't go if you are looking for south indian cuisine . They don't serve Sambhar with any of there and still they are serving more than 150types of Dosa fused with different styles .
I would rate excellent for coming up with this idea.
Talking about the taste , presentation and service.
I tried Rajawada Dosa , French Fries cheese dosa (5/5) , Nutella Dosa ( 5* and must try dessert) .
Presentation and making of the dish needs great efforts which can been seen easily in the pictures , loved the portion size .
Along with dosa they also serve other quick bite snacks like pasta , sandwiches.
Sandwich are loaded with loads of cheeeeese but the only thing bothered me is there use of extra spices which makes the overall bite a bit salty and can spoil the whole taste.
Ambience is good , compact , good for couples , family and friends.
Will visit soon ,
Liked this place a lot because of the various fusions available all of them was really amazing. Dosa combinated with fries was super amazing and was one the best dishes over here.
In drinks I liked the paan Shake a lot it was thick and with great consistency.
Also it’s a pocket friendly place it was really amazing to have food in this price. Recommended for friends get together.

The place is really nice. It provide mouth watering fusion dishes which are commendable. Must try dosa french fries. The tastiest and yummiest dish you gonna enjoy here. Really nice concept and the variety they have feels like they put there heart in it. I loved this place specially for there food.
The fusion cafe situated at ridhi sidhi gopalpura. Like the name describes that they serve fusion food. They serve amazingly yummy fusion food in the town. They mainly serve fusion dosa and sandwich. Their service is good and also the sitting is very comfortable. You can hangout their with your friends, family etc. The rates are acceptable according to their fusion food. I liked the cheese burst and junglee sandwich in their menu the most. If you love experimenting with your food you should visit this place at least once.

Amazing place. The name defines it- The Fusion Café! Each and every food item here is fusion, made with a lot of research and understanding, and very smartly. From Chutney to Dosa to Sandwich, everything is fushion and it is so well fused that you'll fall in love with the café in each and every bite you take.
Shakes - The shakes are amazing and perfectly made. Perfect blend. I suggest authentically made "Paan Shake". It is not made of syrup, it's real Paan.
Dosa - I loved each and every Dosa I had here. They're so well fused, and so so flavorful. French Fries Dosa, Manchurian Pasta Dosa, Rajwada Dosa (Has dual flavors), Pizza Dosa and the very best Ice Cream Dosa 😍
I suggest to not miss Manchurian Pizza Dosa & Ice Cream Dosa. Also French Fries Dosa is awesome. Great quantity with quality.
Sandwiches - I had Junglee Sandwich and Triple Layer Sandwich. They looked similar but had a different flavor. Quantity - 2 people.
Ambience - It is the last thing you must focus on as the food is so so amazing. Still, the ambience is good, good music, cozy café, you'll have a great time.
Don't miss on this café. The fusions are a result of so much hard work. Go and give it a shot.
You must visit this place if you want to try dosas in a unique way. Located on Ridhi Sidhi road, it catches your attention with cool and colorful interiors. They serve different varieties of dosas. We ordered - dilkhush dosa, junglee sandwich, kitkat shake, ferraro rocher shake and cold coffee. All were good, although junglee sandwich becomes a task to eat after beginning. Dilkhush dosa serves its name along with the shakes and coffees. Overall, a good place to visit with your family or friends in Ridhi Sidhi area to please your taste buds.
This cafe is my future goals!! Looking at the couple running the cafe with such perfection! It's little cozy with radiant soothing wall and furniture colors. Tables etc., were so perfectly cleaned. They have maintained the hygiene so perfectly with a hand sanitizer also(which i appreciated a lot). Such fast delivery and oh the taste🤤 they got plenty of varieties in dosa that i never heard of and they did justice to the taste. Overall loved the place with so affordable cost❤️

Nice place to hang out with friends n family finger licking fusion dosas in different varieties. I ordered Jinni dosa, cheesy fry dosa n chips dosa.All very tasty n yummy.
If you're a fan of fusions ...This cafe is a must try.. South Indian dishes fused with western flavours.. Perfect blend of tastes and styles. Has a value for money.
