I started following Ahimsagram on Instagram and when i got a chance to visit Jaipur for the first time, they took all the time to cook an authentic and delicious meal for us which included a salad,Missi roti, veg curry and dessert. The food was so fresh that i didn't feel like i missed home. When i was in Jaipur for the second time,i ordered their appe, dosa and pasta. They work with quality ingredients. I know my idli-dosa better because I'm from South India and i know for a fact that they don't add any nasties like soda to the batter and it is naturally fermented! The meal kept me full for 4-5 hours which says so much about the produce they use. Their Vanilla brownie is top notch and I have never eaten any dessert like it. Wishing the team all the best for their future endeavours❤️

I visited the place for its organic rooftop garden. Found all naturally grown veggies using ecofriendly methods! Besides they have a organic farmers market every weekend too.

Non violent community, self sustaining community, this place is too inspiring..Have a huge terrace garden and they have used almost any usable discarded plastic containers, they came across which is commendable, used kitchen waste water, creating compost from kitchen waste and what not! If u want to learn to live in harmony, visit ahimsagram

It's a place of a few volunteers, living there with self service. They do gardening, cook, cultivate organic food and live life for some social causes.
