If you know Killa Bhawan in Jaisalmer Fort, you definitely need to try its Café in the city center. The food here was totally amazing and good value, especially the KB special lassi and the genuine Indian flavor curry!

This is our favorite restaurant we visited in our month stay in India. The food is absolutely fantastic, they have espresso, the rooftop is shaded, clean, beautifully decorated, and has a great view of the fort. Not to mention right next to the best haveli sites. But the best thing about KB Cafe is the owner! He is a kind man with warm hospitality, and we loved speaking with him. He is a truly good soul (and a proud father of two little girls!), I wish the best for him and his family. If we find ourselves in Jaisalmer again, we will stay at the family's hotel attached to the restaurant. We went multiple times on this trip! Try hod Aloo Jeera, it will not disappoint. The thalis are generous portions and very tasty.
With a view to Patwa ki haveli and the rest of the city, this is a nice cafe. I had a nice strong cup of coffee in peace around noon, and the place has different areas to sit with a shade too. I could effortlessly work here for 2 hours productively. They even have high-speed internet which just helped further.
Nice place and beautiful ambience. Perfect view of the fort. Food is tasty and feels like home.
Coffee from a moka stove-top pot. Good choice of Indian food, such as several thalis that combine Rajasthani and North-Indian dishes. The very affable and hospitable owner brought us a type of kulfi to try that was not on the menu.
All in all, very pleasant.
