We had a warm welcome from Dilip & Akbar. It is a family run small business & there were several gestures that made us feel like they’re looking out for us. Akbar is a knowledgeable advisor & a great cook & a sweet man. Dilip speaks fluent English and has deep knowledgeable about the history of Rajasthan, particularly the desert & its people. This is a one stop shop for your stay in Jaisalmer. Ask them about their non-touristy desert experience. We highly recommend this place.
Great hotel. Rooms were beautiful, especially considering we paid 10 euros per night. We ended up extending our stay from 2 to 6 nights. Great view of the fort from the terrace. Good location about 10 minutes walk to the fort. Dilip and Akbar are legends also! Made us feel at home. We went in a desert safari with Dilip which was an amazing experience. Also spent a day cooking and eating with him and his family. Such a memorable stay.
We stayed for 2 days in Jaisalmer and I must admit that the hotel was very pleasant clean calm and comfortable. The sunset and fort view from the top of the hotel was adorable. The food was also tasty and had a touch of home food. Staffs were very good at English so we didn't find it difficult to converse and also all the spots were just walkable from the hotel making it easy to sight seeing by walk. Overall a lovely 2days at Silk route.
Hotel location is very good, City view is very beautiful.
Room size, cleaning, service is very good, staff behaviour is very polite.
Food quality lovely, testy and simple with less oil, as eating in own house.

Very nice and awesome hotel, ambience of hotel and rooms is great, location is little inside and is peacefull with fort in front, parking available inside property. The food they make is after taking order and is fresh and very delicious, home like.
Hotel is small with 7-8 rooms only, recommend only deluxe 1000/- and balcony deluxe 1500/- rooms.
We loved this hotel! The owners are very helpful and organized for us a camel Safari and a night in the desert. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant on the roof has an amazing view. Would definitely recommend!
The hotel is very nice. People are very helpful. The rooms are very clean and have nice interior. They have the facility for breakfast and have nice sitting arrangements where we can get the awesome view of the Jaisalmer fort.
Room were so near neat and clean. I like their hospitality. People are awesome here. I would recommend this hotel to people who wants a chill time with a good view.
The stay was really good. You get view of full Jaisalmer fort from here. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and as real as in photos. Service was very good. They have very well decorated rooftop resto. Overall very good stay.
