Taste is okay but the amount for the price is too low ... When u pay 350 for a full plate paneer u expect taste & quantity both...but the quantity is too less for even 2 people... Check out for yourselves !
This place is amazing. Great for family dining. The decor is well furnished. The ambience is simple and nice with comfortable dinning chairs. The outside space is well decorated with plants, adds to its beauty. Talking about its food, we had the traditional Assamese thali. It's just perfect. Loved the taste, quantity, services and the staff behaviour. The food was fresh and served hot. The price is very reasonable and the menu includes variety of traditional and authentic dishes.

The most memorable Assamese food I had here. The restaurant is well decorate. The ambience is quite nice but the service is too slow. Here the prices are a bit higher. We had a duck preparation which was not up to the mark.
Average restaurant. We had poori sabji(130 INR). The pooris came along with other accompaniments small potato fry and kheer. It was good. The ambience is simple. The staff is kind and friendly.
Maihang is a decent option for your meals en route to upper Assam or while enjoying Kaziranga. The first time we tried crispy pork and dal-rice. All items were freshly made though the pork could have had more meat pieces. It was tasty no doubt. The second time we had tea and prawns garlic that we didn't find so well. The tea was good but the prawns tasted a little off, perhaps not fresh enough. Then again to come all the way to Kohora for savoring prawns won't be the ideal match. It has ample seating capacity and pretty ok washrooms. The service is polite 👍 one thing I will say is to improve the general cleanliness. The tables could do with a little more wiping and the floor definitely needs your attention.

Very good food, had traditional thali and Hakka Chowmin and Chicken Manchurian. All was good, my son and my wife also enjoyed the food a lot.
Warm ambience. Food is served in traditional alloy utensils. Authentic preparation with generous refills incase you order thali. Absolutely warm and prompt service. Good place for an enjoyable evening with family and friends.
A good food in a hygienic place. Services also good. Other facility like toilet 🚻 also clean.

It's one of the best place you can go for lunch and dinner in Kaziranga.
