We tried both Rajasthani thali and multi cuisine restaurant offered at gypsy. Though it’s in a market area with wider roads, but due to traffic parking may be a bit tight. It may be normal to find a waiting here for 10-15 mins especially during weekends, but they offer amazing food variety and is definitely a must try, and you would want to come again definitely. Must try is the unlimited version of thali having 36 unique items and don’t miss that !
It was my first visit to Gypsy restaurant. Have heard many times about there Rajasthani thali and was eagerly waiting to try it. I have gone to their new outlet.I have tried Rajasthan thali, and it was just wow! Even the staff were also friendly.
Loved it. True traditional and local food. The Thali is incredible. 31 food choices! Staff walk around offering different courses regularly. Everything was amazing. I ate so much I could barely walk and it was only 500 rupees!
We wanted to try authentic rajasthani food and we were recommended by some fellow travellers that we should try gypsy. So, we ordered thali and they have a buffet-type system where they will keep serving all the dishes in the Thali one-by-one. We got to try a lot of dishes at once. The guy who was serving us helped us with the best combo of food items to try. Food was amazing and I must say I was really full until the next day.
It is a nice place for vegetarian food, they serve a complete variety of food items in a very small restaurant, it is a very neat and clean and hygienic place. Service is very fast n prompt. For lunch they have 4-5 varieties of thali options available with them . One thali is enough for 2 people and they allow thali sharing.
One must try to visit this restaurant when you are in jodhpur.

I recently had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant and took Jodhpuri Thali , and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish.

The restaurant ambiance is nothing short of fabulous.
The taste is impeccable and consistently up to the mark.
The flavors are authentic, and you can tell they take pride in their culinary offerings.
One of the delightful aspects is their use of pure ghee in their preparations. It adds an extra layer of richness to the dishes and takes the dining experience to another level.
Hygiene and purity are paramount.
Staff Behavior and Gestures Special and Up to the Mark:
At the end of the meal, they gave me a sweet surprise – meetha paan and a red rose. It was a charming gesture that stole my heart and made the experience even more memorable.
One unique aspect is their ever-changing Marwadi thali menu. While the menu changes daily, it consistently offers a pure Rajasthani culinary experience. This keeps the dining experience fresh and exciting, making each visit a delightful surprise.

Delicious food, nice experience. Food rates are pocket friendly. All dishes are made freshly with maintained hygiene. At this restaurant you’ll get fast food & Rajasthani/Punjabi cuisine. Restaurant staff is well trained.
I came to know about this place from youtube. If you are looking for an unlimited thali (marwari) then 1st floor is your place.
Ambiance is good. Food quality is good. All over a good experience for us.
If you dont visit Gypsy when in Jodhpur, your trip is incomplete. The hospitality and the atmosphere is impeccable. The owner himselfs takes rounds to ensure you're having a good time. The food quality and taste is amazing. Must visit
Very organised and clean, with efficient service. We had the Gypsy Thali and a garlic naan which was wonderful. Would definitely come back
