The very first molecular gastronomy restaurant in jodhpur. Everything there was just excellent, service, presentation, hospitality. The interior of that space, justified the theme of the restaurant. I would prefer more if the food quantity would match the quality. I ordered virgin 🍹 and cigar.

Reviewing the latest addition to hangout places in Jodhpur. Heartiest congratulations to the team of Street Food Parlor for bringing the first Molecular Gastronomy Restaurant in the city. The place located right next to Coasters, opened its doors just yesterday and they will be serving trial menu for a few days and Ala Carte after that. The restaurant is the result of hard work of 3 people and one of them is a Dubai based Chef Sanjeev Kashyap. The service, food, presentation, taste and hospitality left a good impression. Highly recommend Jodhpurites to try out this new place, be open to their concept, applaud for their hard work and give valuable feedback to help them serve better. Sharing a glimpse of what I tried-

Fusion Mirchibada - every bite has perfect flavors and spicy aloo filling in mirchi with coating of besan and dried bread crumbs and deep-fried to make it crunchy and ohh soo delicious.🔥🤤

Honestly my first reaction to this place wasn't good at all but after we decided to order Veg Cigar ( spring rolls ) as they call it I was certainly not disappointed by the taste! 👅
But being a molecular gastronomy restaurant the presentation of every dish they serve was just worthy of attention! ⚠️

We ordered Fusion mirchibada, Banarasi Paneer, Oreo Shake and Aam panna mocktail.
Fusion mirchibada was good and uniquely served. Though I think the taste could have been better.
Banarasi Panner was a basically a paneer tikka with some gulkand filling in the middle. Not a dish for everyone but certainly very different.
Oreo shake and aam panna were both refreshing and good.
Overall, service is top notch but taste will get better as they get better at understanding local taste.

I don’t think any amount of words could recognize the amount of efforts the team has put into this place. As they say - the path to the heart goes through the stomach. I must say they are simply touching the hearts of many.
They have a really nice and well thought out menu. Food is great but what makes them different is their presentation skills.
I met the owner Pankaj, he is super nice guy with loads of experience in the industry. If you are a first timer, go with the owners suggestion and I am sure you wont be disappointed.
We had Veg Cigar, masala cheese balls, guava licious and gulkand cooler.
Veg cigar is basically the traditional spring rolls served nicely in a molecular gastronomy way. 4.5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Masala cheese balls - crispy cheese and mashed potato balls deep fried again served in a molecular gastronomy way 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Guava licious - this was my favorite mocktail. Guava juice mixed with masala soda. Loved it! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was forced by my mind and heart to write this review for this place cz i believe if u do something good u get good results so i thot it wud b pleasure for me if i cn do good fr dos ppl who r working and strugling hard to gv it a best shot in dis restaurant. Very innovative theme which i havent seen till now anywere. Family oriented staffs which makes u feel like u r sitting at home and njying wid ur family. Talking abt food which is d main plus point of this restaurant cz it gives u d feel of pure jodhpuri flavour with a touch of molecular gastronomy which makes the dishes complete and artractive as well as tasteful. Chef Sanjeev and his team is a very hard worker and they didnt left any stones unturbed for us to gv us a friendly environment and good food. Congratulations to the team and all the best fr the future. A must visit restaurant which i can bet one of the finest restaurant u have ever seen. Will visit again. Thank u fr ur heartwarming gesture and welcome.
The most trending cafe in Jodhpur right now. You are greeted by chef cum owner himself. They have introduced molecular gastronomy to the town. Service is on the good notes. Food and ambiance are good as well. Menu consists of Indian cuisine and experiments with it. Had their soya chap, mirchi bada, two mocktails from tasting menu and cheese balls.
