This is one of the oldest restaurant in Kalyan which serves authentic north and South Indian food.
I had a chance to have classic North Indian dinner.
We had order one panner starter and then direct main course with two special sabji and Butter Kulcha was damn delicious.
The first sabji was Veg Kolhapuri and second was butter panner masala.

I am big crazy about authentic south indian food.,But here in kalyan it's difficult to find good authentic south indian restaurant.But now wait is over as brand new... renovateted Mahalaxmi at our service.They have introduces some nice fresh authentic south indian menu...There is navratri offer going on so I decided to visit.And I visited on Friday.Newly renovated interior looks great.
I order davangiri dosa.I must say taste was awsome.as I was in rush so I revisited the place on Sunday with family..We ordered Idli Podi,Upma podi,rasam vada,neer dosa,Appam and filter coffee...
We get all items very quickly.As owner Mr.Shailesh himself looking was on floor and looking in to all orders.
I must say I never tasted super awesome Dili podi earlier.appam rasam vada was good.filter coffee is also good....We have full pack in it...My family and me loved the food.

They Recently Renovated the whole Place and All i Can say is Classy posh and Perfect for every dine out Plans with Friends and Family.
Contrary to the Previous They have Become this Plush place near the Kalyan Railway Station.
I have Always loved this place and i can Say their Food Tasted Upto the mark.
They have Reasonable Pricing for the Food they Serve.

I specifically loved their Garlic Naans because they tasted better than the Other places i had visited

Boondi raita was okayishh bit seasoning was Required.
and Masala papad which was Perfect.
They have added a sweets, cakes and paani puri section Right at the entry
We visited this place for b'day celebrations and hence buyed pastries they were soft fresh and Delicious it was melt in the mouth and a complete winner.

One of the oldest hotel in kalyan city. Mahalaxmi is known for its south Indian cuisines. The owner of this place is really a very humble person. He knows very well how to treat his customers. This place is located near kalyan station and because of that it is most of the time crowded.
A good place to have your lunch/dinner with your family or friends. You have the option for AC & Non AC rooms though the ambience is not very well managed.

I mostly ate South Indian food in this hotel. Medu wada, Tomato Uttapam, Onion Uttapam, Masala Uttapam are good enough. The drumsticks in sambaar aren't properly cooked, rest all is good in taste.
Had veg biryani once, was ok.
1) very good at vegetarian food
2) ambience is also very good
3) service can be improved but better than most of the fancy restaurant
4) cost effective, we were a group of 3 and total cost was Rs.1100
Kadai paneer, dal tadka, butter naan, crispy veg(recommended...very tasty) masala papad.

It's really a veg treat. Food is good but I expect more options for Thalis.
The ambience is worth noticing. Great place to be at peace. Not only the ambience but the food here is delicious too. It's just that Mahalaxmi Veg Treat is not pocket friendly for students. Rest, this is the best restaurant I could find near Kalyan station.
Visited for dinner after a long time ... Tried Masala Papad, Roti, Veg Handi & Veg Pulav ... Food was not so spicy as requested ... It was delicious ... Staff was polite & cooperative... Credit card accepted here ... Enjoy 😋😋😋😊☺️☺️
