In this place, we can experience the variety of Italian foods..Taste is awesome. and services also so good.. i went there by 11 pm night..but only for my family, they served what we want.. i love this..
We found this place thru google search during our recent trip to Karaikudi. We were craving for different type of food from the usual chettinad cuisine in Karaikudi. This place is a pure gem and truly live up to his name “Fusion”!! We are really glad and satisfied to fine this place!! We ate dinner at their place and the next day we packed for lunch as well. Their pizza, ravioli n Kataifi Prawns were really delicious and yummy. We were so hungry till we forgot to take picture of the food except for the starter 😬! The head Chef David is such a nice person. We truly admire his spirit to settle down at his native place after travelling throughout the world. We wish him all the best & we are certain that Fusion Bistro will go to next level as they offer superb food, excellent service and great ambience! I enjoyed the pleasant ambiance of the restaurant. However, the chicken steak overcooked, which was disappointing. the coconut dessert was delightful. Overall not worthy to price.
This restaurant was the most pleasant surprise in our karaikudi trip. Food and presentation was amazing. The chef David was very patient in explaining all the dishes in the menu.
Had a wonderful fine dining experience. Head chef Mr. David greeted us warmly and recommended many dishes. Hearing it directly from him, one could feel the authenticity of the place.
We had carrot soup, paneer bruschetta, paneer tikka pizza, ravioli pasta, apple entreme (desert) and some mocktails. The presentation of the apple dessert was amazing, could be less sweet, but still it was delicious. We enjoyed the taste of all the dishes.
They serve exotic desserts. You can’t get over it. The sauces used in starters are top notch. Nice ambiance. Warm people. The chicken had the raw smell and taste for me and need better cleaning.
Easily the best restaurant in Karaikudi area. It has great high class fusion food at reasonable price. The portion was respectable if not too big. Their lamb shank is superb. Special appreciation to their pineapple chutney. Will definitely visit again and again.

No need to worry about dish name in the menu, chef himself comes to your table and explain all their menu & signature dishes.
Japanese Dynamite Prawn is one of their must try appetizers.
Their Lime flavoured Dessert is also a must try one, which is not mentioned in their menu.
If you wanna try something new in karaikudi, then go for it.
Bit costly, but totally worth it.

Well, what can i say. This was an awesome place where the Food 🍲 easily takes over the good ambience spot. The chef who is also the owner is a very kind gentleman and so is the food. If you have doubts ordering ask the chef. Coming to the food, i have no words. Each single dish is prepared with so much love, and i can't say which one i liked best. Since its a fusion foods of different countries each dish has its own trademark. Forget the money and enjoy every dish coz its definitely worth each penny. And yea, its definitely a place where you can take your family. Looking forward to going again. Try it.
A fantastic dining experience, good to try the Italian dishes, all their signature dishes has got the unique touch of chettinad flavours infused. Worth trying the dine in and certainly you wont be disappointed.. A proper balance of taste and presentation and importantly every dishes were explained properly by the restaurateur. Apple Entremet was top notch!
Overall, it was a fine dining experience, could not believe that we have got a kinda restaurant in Karaikudi!
