Stopped in on my way to the South railway station a few weeks ago for a late lunch. Solid masala dosa and coffee. Though it's not listed on the provided menu, try out their neyyappam. It was absolutely divine. The only downside was the relative degree of cleanliness, but then again I had just walked in after the lunch rush; I'm sure it's a lot neater at other times in the day.

Traditional Uduppi Bhramin restaurant. This one stands out as a decent affordable option in an area where only expensive restaurants are available. Kerala breakfast items are also available. Noon times it gets a bit hot inside since only two fans are there.

Those who are searching for the taste of common homely food can have a trial here. Food are tasty. I think that they are not adding any artificial flavour. Running with limited number of staff. But they are very co operative. Rate is affordable. Don't expect ambience and high degree neatness. On the highway side. Parking space available for four or five two wheelers only.

Usual authentic kerala vegetarian cuisine...relatively inexpensive.. satisfactory portions..Go to place for a quick bite! Fast Service..Takes order for sweets in large quantity.. lesser/zero addition of preservatives... parking constraints and no fancy ambience..but more of a' hotel service' than a ' hotel business'!!
