Visited this iconic misal joint in Kolhapur to try out misal. We left mesmerised by the taste of the misal. It was very taste, powerful blend of spices. They serve bread which is called peti pav locally. Misal is well accompanied with curd they serve. Taste of misal is very good, must visit place for misal.
Spicy Misal. One of the favourites. Need to wait for sometime. Service is Good. Bit congested seating . It all feels bit worth when we taste the Misal. Please take note of restaurant timings.

They serve only misel, bread is like a piece of cloud. Per serving is 2 ps of cloud and misel with desi butter and onion lemon @ rs 70, as you take more bread, they charge a nominal amount 5 or 10 bucks .

Best misal i have had till date. The taste is 10 /10. Owner behaviour is very good and staff is very friendly. Legendary place to visit. Must visit if you are planning to visit kolhapur.
The taste is another level. Plus they serve misal with thick bread and not pav, which takes it to a new level. Overall must visit place. Price is affordable. Totally recommended.
Had been here in weekend, you have to register your name to the waiter, bit crowded and have to wait till the waiter calls your name and the misal was served after 5mins of waiting. Taste was comparatively good than other misal centre, felt bit overpriced
Had been visiting this place from 2004. Misal taste is still the same. Extra sukhi misal, extra pav, everything yum. Quick service even been busy at peak time. Reasonable pricing.
Good taste. But should think of changing the sitting arrangements.....very crowded and no seperated tables too.....becomes cm uncomfortable for families and ladies. Cleanliness can be better too.
Taste is different not at all very spicy. it was over crowded took atleast 1 hr for us since we landed at 8.30 and they start at 9.30. visit only if u r happy to wait or else I guess you may get same taste in other places
This place is right around the corner.
Most famous for its misal pav. Come anytime here and quality, taste of food does not change. It's absolutely amazing, medium spice, also the spice level can be increased if you request the chef. The refills are available and they keep doing rounds to make sure you get the best services.
A little cherry on the top is the solkadi. It is a must have along with misal pav for sure. Lovely taste.

Only sitting arrangements are bit odd but you will instantly forget about it once you start eating.
Phadtare misal has made its name across the country now, with so many public figures, influencers visiting there.
The misal is not too hot, it has a very nice spicy taste, as it is expected to be. If you prefer hotter taste, they provide a separate Cut on top as needed.
The place is said to be opening at 9 am, but the day we visited (28th Jan), it opened well after 9.40 am which made everyone to wait outside. Some people even had to leave because of the delays. They should organise well and serve faster.
