This place is a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Central Kolkata. Situated at park circus, this bakery has a delectable assortment of cookies, Bagels, wraps, desserts and what not. What I found absolutely scrumptious is their classic apple pie. And the 'everything bagel' with Philadelphia cream cheese. The coffees are thick on point. It's a cozy little place for writing with the right muse or enjoying a little breakfast/supper with friends and family. I am thoroughly satisfied! Will visit again before I leave this magnificent city :)

Chocolate Cupcake: Perfectly described in the menu. Rich chocolate cake with a delicious fudge icing. I've never tasted a better chocolate cupcake. Recommended! 5/5.
The BreakUp Brownie: Another "Must Order" dessert. The quality of the chocolate that they use to make the brownie is really really good. You will literally get small bites of chocolate truffle inside the gooey brownie. Loved it! Recommended! 5/5.
BBQ Ranch Chicken Wrap: We actually ordered a Grant's Sandwich but we were informed that it will take time due to unavailability of certain ingredients. Hence we ordered a wrap following their suggestion.
We got a tortilla wrapped roasted chicken in BBQ sauce, with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, topped with creamy, garlic dressing. Quite filling and tasty. 4.5/5.
Autumn Crescendo Tea: Rich, malty, earthy with caramel and chocolate notes. A great comfort drink. Recommended! 5/5.
Golden Tips Tea: Rich and strong Assam tea with a malty finish. 4/5.
Cinnamon Cookies: Egg less cookies with subtle cinnamon flavor. Bought a gift pack containing 3 cookies. 3.5/5.

I had ordered the breakup brownie and the chef's special cinnamon roll. Being a chocoholic, I had hoped that the brownie will turn out to be my favorite but I was surprised to find that cinnamon roll stole the show. Although, I loved the brownie, the other dessert was lipsmackingly good. I heated both of them and they turned out very gooey. I am hoping to try more of their items and will be glad to give my feedback after trying them. Keep up the good work!
This cafe is the heaven of sweets tooth's for each and every member of the Family.The astonishing interior decor of the cafe is just mind boggling.The staff of this cafe is extremely friendly and caring.I wish I could visit this cafe everyday.I would definitely recommend this cafe.

The focacia double decker is awesome, cannot ask for more. The south west hummus wrap is excellent too. The menu constitutes a nice balance of taste and health. I am one hell of a satisfied customer, having frequented the Arcadia mall location since its inception. The operations look pretty efficient to me in spite of the heavy crowd. Best sandwich and coffee in the city of joy. One more location between park street and Elgin closer to the metro stations.--Proj Ghosh
Very nice and cozy cafe. The staffs are courteous. We didn't order much but whatever we had we liked. There are very few places in Kolkata that serve nitro brew coffee and I was elated to find it in their menu. And I would specially like to applaud their chicken wrap because the quality and quantity both were really good. If only they had few more varieties of snacks and sandwiches in the menu I would have given 5 stars.
The staff was extremely friendly and nice although they should be slightly better trained regarding the coffee. I asked for a medium roast but felt my coffee was pretty dark and also they could not explain or recommend too much regarding the coffee. The food however was great.

Ambience is good, the most disappointment I faced is the cookies I ordered was absolutely half cooked and when I asked the staffer there about it. They didn't even bother about it, to replace it

Not a great experience. The coffee served was not hot enough. The iced coffee was not adequate compared to the price they charge. The chicken quesadilla tasted bland. Minimal decor and satisfactory service but the food was a let down

The ambience is perfect for friends, couples or even people who need some creative jolt with their arts or screenplays.
The food served here is a culmination of different cuisines in and around America. Coffee, Salads , Burgers etc are some of the regulars here.
I ordered Chicken Tacos and Chicken Salad.
The tacos were very tasty. The tortilla was soft and thin. Chicken and veggies were fresh. It was well complemented by the Pico de Gallo which gave the tacos an authentic Mexican savor.
The Salad was Build your own salad and it was very good. The veggies, the grilled chicken breast and the ranch dressing was perfect altogether.
A must visit cafe in South Kolkata for sure.

Serving English breakfast, falafel wraps, bagels, pizza, sandwiches, and a choicest range of egg preparations, the cafe is a great place to explore yummy breakfast and brunch options.
Other than that, their big cookies, shakes and coffees make a tasty accompaniment.
If you are travelling through Kolkata or visiting the City as a tourist, 8th Day Cafe should be on your list.

Everything was delicious. Especially the omelette.
Now the ambience, it was nice... Small cozy and well decorated. The price is also reasonable.
Lovely place for an evening date or hangout with friends. Ambience is good. Ample options for hot and cold beverages. If you love sweet treats then this is the place to be. I recommend their salted caramel cupcake and cinnamon roll. Too delicious.
The place is not hard to locate. It's near Kala Mandir. The staff are always smiling and friendly.
Very good food. Extremely helpful and considerate service and staff. Love the food and service here. Do try their Cinnamon Bun. Their baked products are fresh and tasty. Have tasted some of their salads too and they are fresh and delicious as well.
Great place to get a vibe of traditional Italian cafe. As soon as you enter you will be greeted by the heavenly fragrance of freshly ground coffee beans. Service by the staffs were very cordial. Espresso was good but milk steaming/preparation could have been better. Food was quite tasty and filling at a reasonable rate. They offer wide variety of cookies too.

One of my favourite cafes in town. Apart from a wide range of dishes and beverages, you also get to play many board games. The place is well lit and beautifully decorated as well. Absolutely love their cinnamon rolls. Definitely recommend the iced Vanilla latte.
