The unusual menu really catches the eye. Many of us have this craze for Belgian food hence this is a heaven for us. Good food , good ambience and lovely people. Try out the chocolate pudding, it melts in the mouth. 10 on 10 yummy points!

Three strikes for three orders:
1. Cajun Fish - the ultimate Bekti experience
2. Beefsteak done medium - flawless execution, sauce, veggies and mash
3. Belgian Beef Stew - silky, velvety, pepper-y stew of perfect consistency with melt-in-your-mouth beef cubes, potato, carrots and Boiled raw guava.

Portions more than sufficient for someone hungry (but not gluttonous). Great decor, great service, adequate Covid-safety measures. Recommended!

The food was excellent and despite the pandemic situation, the food has maintained its quality. Personal recommendation: tequila prawns, fried prawns and coq au vin. Best meal in a long time.

Are you a fan of comics? If yes, then you must have heard of Herge’s eternal creation- Tintin. Else do you like to taste unique European cuisine? Then you have come to the right review, we will give you the direction to a beautiful restaurant. Paromita and I were searching for something like this for some time. Then suddenly we found this Gem in the midst of Kolkata city,a world of Tintin. Even the bill/check folder/box has Tintin and friends painting.

What took me to the place was it’s name. Being an ardent fan of the famous reporter I had always wished there was some themed restaurant based on TinTin. Needless to say the place has kept upto my expectations. Prof. calculus welcomes you to this cozy eatery in the south of Calcutta near gariahat. TinTin figurines, a showcase of collectibles the famous red coloured rocket of TinTin comics and a wall decorated as Belgium night street surely tickles the fan in you. Coming to food the restaurant gives delectable belgian, italian and seafood options to choose from. I had started my journey with fried calamari and beer battered chicken followed by a succulent chicken sizzler teamed with herbed rice and sautéed veggies and finished the gastronomic delight with Mascarpone Cheese cake with Rum. There are plenty of other options to choose from within affordable range. They also have live music being used played on some days. Courteous staffs coupled with nice music will definitely urge you to come back for more. You may also end up meeting the TinTin fans club who keeps visiting the place. If you are looking for a good and cozy eatery within budget with range of options to choose from i’m sure this cafe will definitely make u feely gastronomically satisfied and if you are a TinTin fan then what’s stopping you to visit the first TinTin themed restaurant of the city.

We just fell in love with Tintin and Brussels Club on our very first visit on 15th February, 2020. They had announced special menu for the valentine weekend. The ambience of the place, the decor based on Tintin was lovely. The Tintin special shake as mocktail was wonderful. The Chimichurri Bhetki and Beer batter fry chicken as starters were heavenly. We had Beef stew, New Zealand Lamb Chop and Chicken Meat Ball for main course as guided by the staff. The display and the taste of all the items were highly satisfying. Belgian honey waffles as dessert and complementary choco and lemon tarts were more than yummy. Will certainly recommend this place to all my friends.

We found this place, luck by chance and we don't regret it all. The place is more of a cafe themed with one of my most favorite comics of Tintin, thus, I enjoyed the ambiance. The place is well lit and has good seating arrangement. 3 rooms each themed uniquely with Tintin, Captain Haddock and Professor Calculus. We heard that on a specific day there is a live piano music here but unfortunately we missed it.
Now coming to the food we ordered:

Salad:
1. Farmhouse di pork (5/5): The salad was wholesome. Pork is my all time favourite meat so I especially loved this salad. It was fresh and had large chunks of pork salami.

Main course:
2. Belgian ala Lobster (4/5): It was good. Though a little costly because they prepare it according to the size of the fish available that day, but it was cooked brilliantly. It was served with a portion of veggies, sauted and seasoned alongwith potato wedges. The wedges were not good and I could smell the oil in which they were cooked which made it soggy.

Desserts:
3) Mascarpone Cheesecake (3/5): My friend tasted it and found the texture to be very different from the normal Cheesecake we have. It looked soft. The texture and flavour can be improved.

4) Mascarpone Ice cream (4/5): I had this as my dessert. Though I could not taste the flavour of Mascarpone cheese specifically in my ice cream, it had a lot of dry fruits in it which gave it a wonderful texture and flavour.

Overall I liked the food there. The seafood is a speciality of this place. We were recommended to try the mussels of this place but as we were too full, we decided to try it on our next visit.

Only downside is that they take a lot of time to serve. Other than that it was all good. The staffs were less in number so even after asking for water for so many times, they were not able to keep up with it. Food was great especially pork spare ribs!

Wanted to try turkey and came to know this place is serving it. Given an order over the phone for a takeaway. Tried Pineapple chees ham salad, Roast turkey in cranberry sauce, Belgian stuffed turkey with bacon and shrimps and Belgian Pork Chops. All the dishes were lipsmacking and delicious. One complaint is there quantity. It's not so bad but not enough compared with the price. The place as the name suggests is decorated in Tin Tin comics style. They had packed the vegetables separately and food packing was good. The salad had a seet taste, the roast was soft to perfection, pork chops were also delicate and had a smoky taste nd the winner was stuffed turkey. All these for Rs.2900. They deserve 5 stars if not for the less quantity. Overall fully recommended

I went to dinner with friends on the recommendation of a friend who always sings praises of this eatery, and it is completely worth it. I would personally recommend the Tequila Prawns (the prawns are juicy and the sauce is so heavenly), the Stroganoff (we had the veg option because only that was available but even that was a delicacy), the Chicken in Mango Mustard Sauce (from the newly introduced Chinese menu), the Chicken Fondue, the Bhetki Cigar Roll, and last but definitely not the least, the Whiskey Chocolate Cheesecake which is decadent, delectable and you wouldn't want to share it at all! The staff are also very helpful, and the owner is very sweet to all customers. Definitely a must go for continental dining.

Food was awesome. We had Tequila Prawns, Seafood Chowder, Belgian Pork Chicory, Grilled Bhetki, Liquor Cheese Cake. Every food taste was too good and service. I would suggest this place to everyone and will visit myself with my family again. Deserves more than 5 star.

This place is based on Tintin. If you are a Tintin fan then you will enjoy the ambience. The decoration, muzic, showpiece, wall painting, all are Tintin theme based. Though previous location was much more better, but present area is not so bad, a little smaller area than previous. I like the ambience, as well as the foods. It is pocket friendly also.

We have been a Tintin fan from our childhood and obviously loved this Tintin themed restaurant, for its delicious food, Tintin themed decor and cordial behavior of the people, right before the Covid days. Even during Covid, we had gotten our favorite items delivered to our home. Our favorite dishes include the pork chicory, the fish roll and waffle sandwich. Enjoyed the fondue as well.

A small Tintin-themed restaurant, Tintin & the Brussels Club’s posters, wallpapers, printed table tops and props created a great first impression on a fanboy like me. The restaurant area though small and not chic was clean and comfortable. About the food, the beef steak was excellent. Juicy, tender, and well seasoned with a decent mash and veggies. The best beef steak I have had in Calcutta. The ham steak was good too. Prawn tequila had juicy prawns and a tasty sauce. Not sure whether tequila was used, though. The squid was soft and flavourful, albeit marginally salty for us. For dessert, we ordered a Rum omelette. Both the experience and the taste were excellent. If you love rum, you would love this. Also, not for someone who has a sweet tooth. Among mocktails, Sunrise was decent. But the Fire & Ice was excellent. It is a must-try drink if you love the kick of Tabasco sauce. Service was friendly and quick. We will be going back to try more dishes.

A small restaurant in southern Avenue. The theme is very good tintin themed & for comics lovers it's a good place to spend & read. Coming to the food it's quite good items were fresh & tasty. We ordered tequila prawns, crab fry as starters. Crab fry could have been better as the crab meat taste was missing. Espresso & cappuccino coffee was good also. Main course was delicious, we tried chicken stroganoff & spaghetti bolognese with chicken. Desert was cheesecake chocolate it's delicious too. Overall a good place for people to hang out & spend time

Was looking for a cafe that served waffles. Found this place, close to Desapriya park. We ordered our waffle with the option of honey butter, instead of chocolate. They served quite a sizable portion, and we enjoyed it.

Extraordinary food experience, and extremely helpful staff. The preparations are all unique, but fret not - the staff are always there to guide you. We had the duck steak, sphagetti, rum omlette.

It was a small place well decorated with all things Tintin and Brussels but the food is amazing here. We ordered a pepperoni pizza which could have been a tad bit less baked but the taste was very good. Then we ordered a plate of Chicken Stroganoff and Grilled Chicken Steak alongside cold coffee with ice cream and a mojito. All of which were incredibly tasty. The Belgian Dark Chocolate Ice cream was to me the star attraction of the day. We went home very happy with the homemade chocolates they make. They were incredibly good. Will definitely visit again❤

Tintin and the Brussels Club is your new happy place at Hindustan Park. What attracts you to this place is the theme - Tintin. From photos of Tintin and characters to Tintin being played on the screen, you got him everywhere! Ask me Pasta and I'll say Alfredo. This gem here was great at taste. Tossed in chicken and bell peppers in a creamy sauce, it comes with garlic breads for the side. Cheesy as you ask for. The pasta was cooked to perfection. A single plate is more than filling portion and you might consider ordering a drink to wash it down. The Belgian chicory is a pork heaven. The pork was smoky and soft had a nice porky flavour, again a cheesy affair. 380/- The Cajun fish was cooked well but the fish didn't do justice to the price. The sauce on the other hand will make you lick your plates, a creamy mushroom sauce would make you want to have a bowl of it to dunk your fish in. 280/- Belgian food, though influenced from its neighbouring countries, seems to have quite a lot to offer. Borrowing inspiration from the roadside cafes in Belgium, Tintin and the Brussels Club puts up the same feel and decor on their walls. A feel good place!
