The lady who is looking after the passport appointment is such a soft spoken and helpful. She attains each and every candidate with a smile and resolve their query without irritation. If South Kolkata people are getting regent park PO available for passport appointment, go for this venue without any hesitation for hassle free process.

I went here on the passport issue. So don't know anything special about this post office. But here the passport office madam is very helpful. Her behavior is very good. May God keep her like this. Stay well ma'am stay healthy. thank you madam.

Really at this place , experience was awesome and smooth process , Ms. Hore and her assistant have such great calm nature , every time she was giving reply to all the customer. In single word , CUSTOMER CENTRIC nature i found.

Regent park post office jadavpur gives you postoffice sercice and the passport seva kendra service. you can reach there by taking bus from excide more bus no. 205. Suppose i came from shapoorji pallonji housing complex by taking Ac-12 to excide and then 205 from excide to regent park.

Nice experience while documents verification for passport. Very quick service and the lady executive there is very helpful. Go there in time carrying mainly three documents (original + self attested Xerox copies) -- i) any I'd card having all correct details. ii) payment receipt mentioning the PSK appointment center details and iii) any educational certificate (10th or above)

This is Regent Park post office which is the nearest post office in this area. All come here to post letters and it also acts as landmark. With many modern facilities, mentioned in photos attached.

I went for my documents verification for my passport. It was very smooth process. Whatever you have to do, mam will say very politely. You don't have to worry for this. Eventhough I did a mistake about my document , mam took in hand and corrected that by giving extra 5 mins.
