Vaango is a popular south Indian restaurant. Its famous for its well known dosas and idlis .
We had ghee roast plain dosa . This was sooo delicious and crispy. It had a perfect fragrance of ghee . And the chutney and sambhar was also too good . Would love to try other dishes too .
It is at food court of Acropolis Mall. We order masala dosa combo. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked.
A must visit place!
It is a very popular South Indian food joint located in the food court of Acropolis Mall.
It has an elaborate menu and recenti they have started with a Dosa Fest with a different Dosa at Rs.99 on each day of the week. We ordered that and Dahi Vada along with Sweet Lassi.
The Dosa tasted exquisite filled with onions and masala. It had a spicy flavour to it. It was served with various chutneys! The Dahi Vada tasted excellent with sweet cold curd with two vadas and spicy masala on top of it. Lastly we had sweet lassi, tasted very good.
An amazing first time experience and eagerly waiting for my next visit out here!
The filter coffee ☕ is worth it. Loved dosa and uttapam too.
This place is really very nice with different kind of food items and some cool combo meals as they are value for money. The accompaniments served with the dosa attracted me the most, they are of great taste.
One of my favourite from Acropolis Mall foodcourt. Absolutely hygienic, tasty south Indian food joint with good portion size. My parents are regular customers of this place as their Dosa is soft & idlis are melt in the mouth. The Dahi Vadas & other fried vadas are not oily. The smashed potatoes are fully maahed without any lump, but the chatnis are thick & you need second helpings. Nice place for south indian meals.
Good South Indian cuisine joint. I had Masala Dosa few times with filter coffee and I am a huge fan of the chutneys that come along with the Dosa. Recommended for good South Indian cuisine.
Located at foodcourt of Acropolis mall Kasba, a good joint for south indian delicacies. Tried their masala dosa, idli, sambar vada, butter milk. Taste was good and the chutneys were well prepared. They provided 3 types of chutneys and all had separate taste. Liked them. Sambar tasted perfect. Butter milk was ok. They have different combo options as well. Price is moderate. Will recommend.
Only concern mineral water was 50/-!!!
Visited 2nd last week of June and claimed an offer from BMS.
It was Buy 1 dosa and a filter coffee and get another dosa free.
We got the Signature and Butter Masala Dosa.
The Signature(6/10): The coat was soggy when we brought it to the table from the counter. It was hot bit soggy. What's special about this is, it has loads of Gun powder(Podi) which is nowhere near to the actual tasty podi. Taste wise it was average.
Butter Masala Dosa(8/10) It was still a better Dosa than the Signature. It was a bit more crunchy than the other. Taste wise it was like any other masala dosa. Ask for the potato separate else the dosa gets soggy faster.
Filter Coffee(7/10): Just decent. You will need to add 1.5 to 2 packs of sugar to this for a sufficient taste, unless you are in the habit of the bitter coffee.
Pujali Bhaumik
The food was good, but I've certainly had better Dosas in the city.
In my opinion, Banana Leaf (Restuarant of Komala Vilas), is one of the best, if not the best place to get your South Indian fix.
One thing is that I've liked about this place is, I feel they make their own sambar, instead of using some read to serve mix packet.
Vaango is a restaurant that deals in authentic South Indian cuisine. This outlet is located in the food court section of the popular Acropolis Mall. I relished a plate of Mini Tadka Idlis and my overall experience was satisfying. The prices of their food items are moderate & hygiene parameters are good. Vaango doesn't accept cash, so either you need to purchase the food court card or pay using your own debit/credit card. Recommended.👍🏻
Mysore masala dosa was pretty nice 👌

The food quality is good and the taste is ok which can be improved, the filter coffee served here is good .I ordered a masala rava dosa and a masala dosa. The coconut chutney is good in taste and the staff here is too friendly and courteous.
This Vaango outlet is in food court of Acropolis mall.
This is a good place for south Indian meals. Quality is good. They serve 3 varieties of chutneys which is a plus. The service is quick and they serve even the dosas at a very fast pace. The only off side is that they are costlier as compared to other south indian restaurants.
Great taste. After living in south for few years i can say vaango's foods are close to the authentic style. Their coconut chutney and samber was very good. The staff's behaviour was good. Wish the prices were just a little less. Otherwise food and services are very good.
Vaango is surely the best South Indian option inside Acropolis and South City Mall. We ordered the Royal Meal and got a Masala Dosa, Idli, Vada, Filter Coffee. The taste is definitely pretty awesome. The chutney and sambar is also decent.
It is in the food court in both the places.
The only downside is that sometimes it is not value for money. The entire meal cost us around 280 rupees which is a tad bit on the higher side.
If you have the BMS offer, or looking to redeem the BMS coupon definitely go to Vaango!

Ordered 2 butter masala dosas, filter coffee and butter milk (one dosa free as per Book my show coupon). The dosa was crispy and coffee was decent. A good wholesome meal.
Their combination of food is good. And the taste of the food is average.
