This is a gem of a place! The Piri Piri Fish Skewers melt in the mouth and is awesome. We had the creamy Berry Blast and the perfect Classic Lemonade mocktails. The Minced mutton steak was so tasty and so filling. The Chicken Stroganoff was cheesy and the herb rice with it was a great combination. The good old Fish and Chips was lip-smacking with that lovely tartar dip. I will surely be back soon for more. Highly recommended to those who love continental cuisine.

Story of eating Chicken Risotto!

I remember, back in February, me and one of my office colleague, we were really very hungry after our office hours and wanted to grab some quick bites. But we were really tired after working for 10 hours, so we went to this place just opposite to our office called Deli Cravings, we never went there before. So we went there and ordered risotto which was the quickest thing that the server claimed that they can make as they were serving dinner menu. So we ordered and waited and waited for about 15 minutes before the order arrived. But that waiting was really worth it, as the food was awesome and it tasted yummy and the quantity was appropriate for both of us and the chicken pieces were juiciest complementing the cheesy rice.

Operation Foodie....

The food of this restaurant is fabulous.The Mexican cheese fries is loaded with cheese and the fries are very crispy and tasty.Chicken Parmesan is extremely tasty.It is full of Italian Parmesan cheese ,the chicken is perfectly seasoned and crispy.This restaurant serves one of the most delicious continental dishes in Kolkata,must visit!!!

Get groovy with the new range of DC Super Burgers @ Deli Cravings.!

A silent observer to the shift in gastronomical trends in the city of Joy, Deli Cravings has always been a long-time favourite of mine. Located near Minto Park, right opposite to LMB School, this place serves some of the finest fingerlicking nibbles, relishing mocktails and satisfying maincourse dishes to its patrons since quite some time now. Has always been a fan favourite, the USP of this place would be the sheer quality they have maintained over the years, without reducing the quantity of the dishes they serve.

Over the time, the ambiance hasn’t gone much of a change, may be other than the dim golden hanging lights positioned at the top, or may be the introduction of a couple of dishes. It was due to the latter, that I encountered my reunion here, and it happened with much joy and ecstasy. A whole new range of DC Super Burgers, all filled with the finest of ingredients and the best of items to pull out one of the finest burgers you will ever had. Total 6 type of individual burgers, all made with homemade buns keeping a balance between the vegetarian ones and the non-vegetarian ones.

We began with OMG! Mutton, which comprised of Special DC homemade burger buns, served with the Chef’s special mint sauce and relish, some lettuce, caramelized onions and a juicy grilled mutton patty with cheese blend and an extra dose of cheddar cheese. OMG! Chicken had the same set of Special DC homemade burger buns, Chef’s special mint sauce and relish, lettuce, caramelized onions and fried chicken stuffed with cheese blend and an extra dose of cheddar cheese. Mr. Crunchy Man had crunchy fried chicken sandwiched between the Special DC homemade burger buns.

Besides, it also comprised of lettuce, pickles, sauces made in-house, pickled onions and with a generous dose of cheese on and around the crunchy fried chicken. The last one in the non-vegetarian realm had The Guzzler, comprising of grilled chicken steak, along with garlic, aioli, pickles, lettuce, pickled relish, omelette and cheddar cheese with it. Moving on to the vegetarian versions, first came the Mushy-Mushy Burger, which had shitake mushrooms stuffed with cheese, and lettuce, garlic, aioli, pickle, relish and more of cheese.

The last DC Super Burger for the day, the Veggie Dynamite had a wonderful combination of vegetables stuffed with cheese, mint, aioli, lettuce, pickled relish and cheddar cheese. Moving on to maincourse, the Chicken Parmesan having fried chicken coated with parmesan cheese and served with spaghetti pesto, and Classic Chicken Steak in mushroom sauce were an absolute delight to have. The Stuffed Chicken Steak, had the stuffing of spinach and mushroom, and was then served with sesame green beans and mashed potato.

Up came next Cream of Paprika Pasta, which had spaghetti tossed in a cream of paprika. Buttery, creamy and then with a hint of subtle spice showcased the finesse of this place. The Grilled Fish with Mango Chilli Sauce left us licking our fingers, and complimenting the sweet, tangy and spicy sauce with the buttery herb rice. For desserts, I could not give away on my favourite Chocolate Fondant. Classic chocolate cake with a nice gooey molten centre; mix this with the cold icecream and you have a combination like no other.

The drinks section gave us good company, to go along with the starters and maincourse. I particularly enjoyed the Mango Chilli Twist, which had Mango juice with a hint of chilli with the Mexican Chicken Pizza. The Virgin Pina Colada had pineapple juice and coconut powder mixed with vanilla icecream. The Blue Hawaiian was refreshing and comprised of blue curacao, lime juice and orange juice topped with soda and sprite. A special Watermelon Ice Cream Soda, Paan Mojito, Virgin Mojito and a Lemonade with Orange Juice (Craving’s Lemonade) kept us cheered and refreshed throughout.

Deli Cravings is located at Minto Park area just opposite of La Martinier's boys school. This joint has two floors where in the ground floor they have kitchen and in the first floor seating arrangement. The walls are painted with vibrating shades and the interior is well maintained.

We started with OMG Mutton Burger and the crunchy man burgers. The patties were so juicy and their house made buns were fresh and great in taste. They serve the burgers along with French fries and onion rings. Both are recommended.

In main course we opted for classic chicken steak with Mushroom sauce , grilled fish in mango chilli sauce. The juicy chicken steak served with Mushroom sauce , veggies and a awesome mashed potato. The sautéed vegetables that is served with the chicken steak is cooked to perfection with a hint of garlic. Grilled Fish in a mango chilli sauce was the best dish I tried here. Prices are reasonable and affordable.

Location:- 225/2, A.J.C. Bose Road, Minto Park, Kolkata. 10 mins distance from Rabindra Sadan metro station. it is near Minto park bus stop.

Ambiance:- The ambiance is pretty cool and the seating arrangement is perfect for both couples and groups. Coming the beautiful pictures of the dishes they served are hanging on the wall, while your entry you cannot resist yourself to look at those. The seating arrangement is basically on the 1st floor, and more than 20 people can dine at a time, the view from the seating area is awesome.

Food:- We had varieties of dishes from their huge menu;

starting with some refreshing mocktails

Virgin Pina Colada
Blue Hawaiian
Craving's Lemonade
Ice Cream Soda
Virgin Mojito
Paan Mojito

---- among these beverages, the Paan Mojito, Virgin Pina Colada, and Blue Hawaiian were my favorite. the drinks were really good in taste and I was really impressed by the presentation of the drinks too.

--- their burger was really very much unique from the other places, first of all, the bun was really good and the bun itself has its own taste and texture, the patties they used in different burgers were unique and of different tastes, we had both non-veg and veg burgers. the non-veg burger was too good and the chicken/mutton was well cooked and perfectly mixed with the spices. The cheese and the other sauces they put inside the burger gave the burgers a unique taste. The veg burger was good too, try their The Guzzler and Mushy-Mushy Burger, it was my favorite.

coming to the main course we had:-

Classic Chicken Steak in Choice of Sauce(Mushroom)
Grilled Fish with Mango Chilli Sauce

------ Starting from their pizza and pasta it was not only looked at, but it also tasted good too. The pizza was loaded with veggies and chicken with a good portion of cheese. They serve one of the best chicken steaks in the city, their Stuffed Chicken Steak and Classic Chicken Steak in Choice of Sauce(Mushroom) is highly recommended here. The chicken steak was soft and juicy which makes it different from others. Grilled Fish with Mango Chilli Sauce should also be labeled as a must-try dish if you visit here.

we ended our meal with a sweet note. we had their signature dessert Chocolate Fondant for the dessert, which was too good. It was one of the best desserts I had in recent days.

Overall it is a good place for both dining and spending time with your friends and families in their awesome ambiance. Service is quick here and the food was pocket-friendly with respect to the portion and taste. A highly recommended place for food lovers in Kolkata..

Craving some jaw-breaker burgers, last month we discovered this amazing cafe and is now our go to place for Continental food!
It is located just opposite La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata, near Minto Park .
As you enter the cafe, climb up the stairs, they have a comfortable seating area, decorated in a simple manner (pro tip- visit at night and choose a seat by the glass pane for the best view).
They have nice music playing along with dim lights which makes it perfect for both dates and family dinners.

We tried the following,

• OMG! CHICKEN----- RECOMMENDED! A juicy, chicken patty in their house made bun with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheese slice and the yummiest relish. It will fill both your tummy and heart! It comes with fries and onion rings on the side. The best part is, the patty is made completely of chicken and the delicious relish is house made too!

• Mr. CRUNCHY MAN----- They use crumb fried crispy chicken breast instead of a patty in this which adds a great texture to the burger. Highly Recommended for crispy fried chicken lovers.

• STUFFED CHICKEN STEAK----- RECOMMENDED! I am not a big fan of chicken steak as they usually are not that flavorful but this particular dish made me ask for a second serving! A big chunk of chicken breast, stuffed with cheese, spinach and sweet corn, roasted to perfection! It was served with mashed potatoes and sesame tossed green beans. The steak was well seasoned and flavorful throughout.

• GRILLED FISH WITH MANGO CHILLI SAUCE ----- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My favorite from the dinner table is this particular dish. 3 chunks of fresh Basa grilled in a tangy-sweet-spicy dressing, served with herb rice and stir fried spinach. A complete meal in itself, this dish caters to your taste buds as well. Definitely going back for this one!

• CREAM OF PAPRIKA PASTA ----- RECOMMENDED! Again, I am not the biggest pasta lover but ended up ordering a second helping of this. The pasta has some heat while being creamy and rich which is the best part. It is served, topped with chunks of grilled chicken.

• CHOCOLATE FONDANT ---- We ended the meal with it. To be honest, the fondant was a bit overcooked. It is served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Will probably opt for a different dessert option next time.

We ordered the MANGO CHILLI TWIST drink along with the meal. It was sweet and spicy with a hint of freshness from Ginger Ale. Paired quite well with the food.

Also, a huge shout out to the staff at Deli Cravings who are extremely helpful and attended us well.

Can't wait to go back and try other dishes from the menu.

DC has introduced 6 New Super Burgers which are OMG! Mutton, OMG! Chicken, Mr. Crunchy Man
, The Guzzler
Mushy-Mushy Burger and Veggie Dynamite. All the burgers were really juicy and their house made buns were absolutely fresh and great in taste. The serve the burgers with Onion Rings and French fries. The Guzzler
Mushy-Mushy Burger and OMG! Mutton is highly recommended.

For Main Course we had Classic Chicken Steak in Mushroom Sauce, Grilled Fish with Mango Chilli Sauce, Cream of Paprika Pasta, Mexican Chicken Pizza
and Mexican Cheese Fries. From this section I loved the Grilled Fish with Mango Chilli Sauce and Cream of Paprika Pasta. This creamy Pasta with a tinge of spice will definitely win your heart. They serve the amazing pan Grilled battered fish with a delicious herb rice. If you visit this place don't forget to try these items.

The Dessert we tried here was DC special Chocolate Fondant which is basically a classic chocolate cake loaded with molten chocolate. This dessert is a must try.

Overall I had a great experience here. The service was prompt and the staffs were friendly as well. Do drop here if you are looking for quality continental food at reasonable price.

Have been here several times. Fish in chilly mango sauce is my absolute favourite and have ordered it before as well. However this time they recommended the chicken skewers which I did not particularly like. The chicken seemed a tad bit overcooked and had become chewy. Not recommended. Anyway, it's one of my favourite places in the area and will definitely go back again.

It's a great place for a quick bite. Take your friends along and have a gala time. It's perfect for a date night or a gala time with friends. However, the area is small so be aware of the time when you're planning to go to avoid the crowd. As it sits on the junction of the Minto Park crossing the place is very well accessible from all routes and places which is a plus. The food is really food and is amazingly pocket friendly. Good ambience, good food, good time and all on a budget. But I would not recommend you to have any mutton items as mostly the mutton is chewy and is not of good quality, at least my experience with mutton has not been good. But the chicken and veg dishes are great. I would totally recommend the restaurant if you're on a budget. No wonder this comes under the category of student favourites on Zomato.I

Oops, before I forget let me introduce this food joint named as Deli Cravings, situated in the crossing of Rowdon Street and AJC Bose Road. While scrolling up and down my phone gallery, I found these photos and thought of updating you with these lovely dishes. We went as a group of people and there we were served six different type of Burgers - OMG! Mutton OMG! Chicken Mr. Crunchy Man The Guzzler Mushy-Mushy Burger Veggie Dynamite From photos you can not identify which one was what, but I can assure you any of the proclaimed Burger joints will surely fail to please you with their burgers, but Deli Cravings will not disappoint you. And from the section of main course we were served - Chicken Parmesan : small chicken chunks served with parmesan cheese Stuffed Chicken Steak : chicken breast stuffed with green veggies and cheese was served with mashed potato and cheese sauce Classic Chicken Steak in Choice of Sauce(Mushroom) : normal chicken steak served with boiled veggies and the best mushroom sauce Grilled Fish with Mango Chilli Sauce - this was one of the show stoppers of that evening. Except these we were served - Cream of Paprika Pasta, Mexican Chicken Pizza & Mexican Cheese Fries; along with their signature beverages - Mango Chilli Twist (a must order), Virgin Pina Colada, Blue Hawaiian, Craving's Lemonade, Ice Cream Soda, Virgin Mojito, Paan Mojito, Brownie Milkshake and the eye catching and finger licking as well, dessert - Chocolate Fondant. Very student friendly. The quality of food is also good. The ambience and decor is quite pleasant. It's a good place to visit if you want to spend some quiet time with your friends away from the hustle bustle of the city. Service is fairly prompt but the waiters keep standing behind you and it gets a bit uncomfortable with them staring at you while you're eating.

Deli Cravings : Located just beside Park Prime and under the flyover. It's location is very eye-catching. The restaurant is spacious. Enough to accommodate 25+ people. It is a 2 floor restaurant. The first floor being the kitchen and the seating arrangement for the guests is upstairs. The exhaust system is not that great. It was becoming a bit suffocating for us upstairs. The staffs were quite friendly and helpful. But the service was really very slow. We availed tbe Zomato Gold offer. In the images below : 1. GREEN APPLE ICY BLAST - RS 80. (Not that great. It was just filled with ice. Not worth the price.) 2.SIZZLER : SEAFOOD : FISH AND PRAWN - RS 400. In lemon caper sauce. (This was the very first dish we ordered. It took time to come. The sizzler contained few sauteed vegetables, 4 prawns and 2 pieces of fish and a handful quantity of rice. The price wise the quantity was very less. The taste was amazing but just that the CHEF NEEDS TO WORK ON THE QUANTITY.) 3. SIZZLER : SEAFOOD : GRILLED FISH - RS 360. We chose Lemon Caper sauce. {This was the free food we got along with the Sizzler : Seafood : Fish and Prawn.} (The taste was again splendid. But just that the quantity was quite less. This time we had 3 pieces of fish. And few sauteed vegetable and again a handful quantity of rice.) As the quantity was very less we had to order another dish. 4. NON VEG PIZZA : PRAWN DELIGHT - RS. 260. (The taste was really nice but due to the thin crust somewhere the taste got lost. Filled with prawn,cheese and mushroom. It was a delightful experience indeed but in the name of thin crust pizza it was so thin that it felt like having paper. The toppings were perfect but THE CHEF NEEDS TO WORK ON THE CRUST AND QUALITY OF THE PIZZA. Sorry to say but the pizza wasn't worth Rs. 260.) Overall the taste was very good and we were very pleased with the behavior of the staffs and the ambience was also very good but just that the CHEF needs to work on THE QUANTITY. And the management needs to work on the Exhaust system. Rest everything was perfect. Thank you for serving us so perfectly. I visited Last Thursday then I ordered Chicken Cheese Burger and Alfredo White Sauce pasta. These two costed us Rs 226. Which was reasonable due to zomato gold and the quantity was sufficient.

Deli cravings is one such place that'll really quell your appentence for food. I personally loved this place, its decor, food and ambience that gives a comfortable feeling. It's really beautiful and also hygienic. The service was prompt, and price was reasonable but in my opinion, the quantity of the grilled fish platter could have been a bit more. The rice, veggies & gravy was too less. It wasn't even a small bowl of rice. Besides, I didn't like when the staff bothered persistently to order this & that. Ordered chef's special pizza and grilled fish with mango chili sauce. But I didn't understand the way they'd charged; price mentioned on the menu was different and they charged different amounts. Cheated gently. I checked the bill only after coming home. Nevertheless, loved & relished the taste of the food. Will definitely visit again to balance my amount. Thank you. I'd recommend people to check their bills before paying. Cos there are people who're always on the lookout to fool us.

The place is clean,the staff is helpful and the food is really tasty and value for money. This is a reliable place which will take care of your hunger without any financial regret.

This is a continental restaurant Iocated near minto park crossing. It's a two stored restaurant. They have the kitchen in the ground floor and sitting arrengement in the 1st floor. The restaurant is neat and clean and the washroom too. When I was dining in a lady just combing her hair there and the restaurant staff kindly request her to not do that it's a very good sign about hygiene. The foods are tasty and pocket friendly too. People should taste the chocolate cake with cream in the desert part it taste awasome. They have mnany payment option too like card cash different virtual wallet.
