I order from this place quite often. The food quality and taste is amazing and the delivery is timely. The food is good each time.
Quite a few months back I was at this place for a family get-together as well as dinner. I must say, this place is an amazing point if you are looking for quality chinese cuisine in pocket friendly prices with good family seating space. We had quite a number of items and each of the dishes were good in taste, sufficient in quantity and was worth the price they were serving.
The staff and management behavior was also very polite and nice. All together, it was a nice dinner for me with good food and good people.
Such a beautiful ambiance for dining. Chinese cuisine excellence. Home delivery is equally good. Love to visit there again. You'll love the taste of the food. The quality and quantity both are apt.
This review dates back to a home delivery in December 2019.. We ordered Chinese dragon soup and Conjee crispy chicken from this place.. The food was good and tasty.. We loved the soup.. The crispy chicken had become a little soggy due to packing but it was tasty.. So taste and value for money will be 4/5 according to me.
Red Bamboo shoot Restaurant is located in patuli opposite of Spencer's. It is a good Chinese restaurant. The foods are tasty too and the staffs are good too. But I prefer takeaway other than eating there. It's kind of one time try restuarant.
It was the first time i was ordering from this place and to my surprise the food was amazing.
I ordered szechuan fried rice and chilli chicken.

The food here is really amazing, I came here several times and their food is really delicious, their Thai dishes are really innovative and must try for everyone!

Situated opposite to Welland Gouldsmith School, this place is preferable for a sudden change of taste. This place serves very good quality Chinese Cuisine and is also well decorated and well maintained ambiance. I ordered - Honey Glazed Chicken, Chicken Moonfan Fried Rice, Chicken Pan Fried Gravy Noodles, and Chicken in Oyester Sauce. The starter was well prepared with various tints of flavours and well tossed in sauces. The main course also tasted well and up to the mark. The Oyester sauce was a bit salty but the Chicken was well cooked. With a very polite behaviour of the staffs, this place is highly recommendable.
Best thing in red bamboo is its chicken quality.I never ate so soft chicken anywhere. Food quality quantity very good,price reasonable,staff behaviour also good. Recently I think they closed this outlet.
Red Bamboo Shoot ,Patuli, Kolkata has adapted authentic Thai and Indonesian cuisine in their menu so perfectly.
Personally, I like their any outlet in Kolkata. Quantity and quality of food items are quite good.
And, price is reasonable & service is good.

Food was nice. Ambience was good and gave the feel of an authentic chinese restaurant. "Drums of heaven" is a must try dish over here which I have tasted. Taste and quality of food, no doubt was fantastic. Staff was well behaved and good. Overall I would recommend Red Bamboo Shoot to everyone.
One of the Best Chinese we had . This was second visit. Highly Recommended Dragon Chicken and Traditional noodles we had in our prior one. But RBS special rice also good. Prices are also nominal.
Red Bamboo shoot amazing Chinese cuisine you'll find near Patuli . The dining area is so cozy and nice . The staff are so good. But after covid we started ordering at home but had the same taste and hot . They are equally yummy delicious. My favourite is Garlic pepper Chicken, less spicy and less chillies. The smooth rice noodles will make you crazy. The drums of heaven are exactly named so right. They are dry ,yet crisp and soft with bell peppers in them . You'll enjoy them so much. Go their dine or bring home the amazing delicacies.
Red Bamboo Shoot ,Patuli has incorporated delicious Thai and Indonesian delicacies in their main menu which I recently tried out. The food was great, the service was a tad bit slow though but again the taste, texture, flavour and the aroma was totally on point & I relished the newly curated dishes that they had to offer!

The food was delicious. We ordered Mixed Meinfoon & Fish in Pepper Garlic sauce. Both the quality & the quantity of the food was perfect. The decor gave a feel of the authentic Chinese restaurants around Tangra. The ambience was calm and friendly.

Few dishes were really good. I tried thai style cuisine. The most impressive part of it was Thai style spicy chicken soup, Thai style chilli chicken, honey chili lamb,RBD rice(spicy one) and stir fry crab in chili oyester sauce. Each one the item was fantastic.

Nice place for dine in, recently they changed their menus from multi cuisine to only chinese. Quite a good place to visit and have some food, they all are tasty . 😋
