Rubi's Grill serves authentic American food for people craving for it. Requests could be made for changing ingredients in dishes as per your taste and will be attended to. The seating area is extremely comfortable and walls as well the menu cards are decorated with posters of old English films, which gives a cozy vintage feel and not loud and bombastic. The staff is extremely helpful, just as anyone would like to meet at a restaurant, and we got free drinks (and points that can be redeemed for free food later) as rewards for downloading an app called e-wards and requesting them for a complimentary drink. Overall, excellent service and the place is the best hangout spot for the younger population.
The place has a nice cozy ambience. Food is good. The decor is highly influenced by the concept of recycling. The behavior of the staffs are also appreciable.

A small restaurant to definitely have Tenderloin steak, Pork chops and Pork ribs. Those guys just play with the steaks perfectly. The ambience is pretty old school themed.
It's a family place. Behavior of stuffs and manager is very polite and impressive. Very good food quality.

I strongly recommend using Google maps to reach to the restaurant else they're high chances of getting lost in the maze of lanes.
Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Complete menu. I had the pulled pork burger and non veg Cesar salad and had mixed feelings about the fare. Pulled pork was more ground pork, though the burger was decent. So minus points for not being authentic. The Cesar salad was very ho-hum, too... And was decorated with croutons. Easily the tastiest part.
However, the roast and grilled dishes were awesome (as were the mocktails...) Some of the best in Calcutta. If you stick with these - especially dishes in pork - you'll sing Roasts praises!
ROAST is a very good continental restaurant. We ordered deep fried devil egg, roast platter & chicken sizzler in our first visit. Items were delicious and tasty. Price for 2 people costs around Rs. 1000 here.
Excellent quality. Proper continental cuisine. Roast serves a proper tenderloin fillet - none of the ground beef 'tikia' that other places try to pass off as steak. And they know what 'medium rare' means. My fillet was had a nice pink cross section and had its juices flowing. A definite recommendation for anyone visiting Kolkata from Europe and looking for a decent steak. You can finish off the meal with the blueberry cheese cake , which was also of good quality.
If you love pork and steak.. Roast is a must
