Nice place for food and relaxation. Lot of space for parking facility.. Buffet breakfast is good... Number of seating capacity is high... Washroom is very clean and neat.. Not so crowd on the day when I was there..price is also moderate... I recommend this for morning buffet...

Loved the food and service here. The chicken sizzler we ordered was really yummy. The sauce was really good. But they were out of French fries which usually comes with the chicken sizzler and they did not substitute it with anything else. To accompany this we got 2 pieces of regular bread and a small cube of butter.
We had also ordered dragon chicken and the chicken was completely dry.
Apart from this the service was really good. I would definitely go back for the delicious sizzler.

It is a premium dining experience provided by Hotel Aida. The food is of great quality and delicious. Service was really good. But they could try to include more varieties other than the common menu. Also great ambiance and also have a kids play zone.

Great food and service. The menu is impressive with lots of Indian and Chinese items. The restaurant is also kept clean with good washrooms, located at the heart of Kottayam. There is parking space and valet service as well.
