We ordered chicken biriyani and beef biriyani, both are delicious. Very tasty and not too heavy for our stomach.
We planned for chattichor. But when we reach late by 2.30 pm the chattichor was finished. So only we ordered biriyani.
Very nice and vintage ambience. Plenty of space not too rush. And very neatly maintained. Staffs also behave good. AC dinning area was available there.
Ambient place that has unique antique collection. A must visit place when you're at calicut. High chair is available for kids. We choose ac area, it was calm and silent. Kizhi porotta was one among the awesome dishes.
Visited the famous adaminde chayakkada. The place is known for their traditional malabari style food & snacks. The ambience takes to your 70-80’s with their vintage collection. I tried their snacks such as chicken pathiri, samosa, fish roll & chaya. Everything tasted delicious especially pathiri. Do try their fried icecream as well. I would recommend to visit them if you’re in calicut.
A must try restaurant in Calicut. You will be amazed to see the variety of items and the variety of names given to each dish.

They have taken around 35 mins to deliver our order, this is one thing I wish they rectify.
I visited here on a busy evening. It is hard to find a seat if you’re going on evening time.
They have such an aesthetic decor and lot of old stuffs collections like radio, TV, etc. Those stuffs bring the aesthetic vibe there.
There’s also a cart vehicle(like thattu kada) where they have kept all the snacks and kadies.
Staffs are so friendly and nice. It was my first time visit and I didn’t know most of snacks name. The staffs helped to pick the snacks and provide suggestions as well.
I had a chaya there which was so good. I took parcel of their snacks and tried at home. Didn’t like those snacks that much. Road side thattu kada’s snacks are much better.
I would suggest this place only for Chaya.

A place with an innovative atmosphere and good food..It is near Kozhikode beach which is definitely a go to place for food..
We visited this place around 2pm and was little disappointed that we weren't able to get most of what we wanted... we had limited menu for ordering but what we had was good...
One of Kozhikode's most popular hotels. I absolutely liked the interior of this restaurant; it exudes an air of antiquity and nostalgia. Good location for time spent with family and friends.
The food's good quality and reasonable cost stand out as the most prominent features. All of the members of staff are courteous and helpful. We had to wait a while to eat here, but it was worth the wait. It will be a little crowded in here, so be aware of that. I had a great time, so if you go to the beach, I highly recommend giving it a try.

This place definitely has a feel good vibe to it.. the food served here is tasty .. they also serve different varieties of tea .. this is close to the Kozhikode beach walkway
It’s been ages since I saw old crt tvs .. definitely worth visiting
