Dholkar is a relatively new resort that has gone above and beyond the standard of what it means to provide a luxurious experience. Don't underestimate the food just because it is all-vegetarian. The chef is a master of his craft and his dishes are to die for. I cannot recommend any particular dish,
The restaurant is located in dolkhar resort in a beautiful setting. Food is great and the atmosphere is quiet and romantic.Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They are open from 8am for breakfast.
The food and the service was exceptional. Enjoyed the fresh produce used in the salads, the original flavours of the dishes they’ve created with local Ladakhi staples and the generous quantities + plating 😍 Ate here though most of my trip!
