I visited the place twice for takeout orders. The restaurant is located in a narrow passage (gali), so be mindful of the signboards. The mutton biryani served here is extremely tasty. I had such a tasty biryani in a long time. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly, and the preparation of the rice made me speechless. The aroma of biryani is still alive in my mouth, and I can't wait to have it again on my future trip to Lucknow. The dining area is spacious and hygienic; it is friendly for both single women and families. Online payments are not 🚫 accepted.

Inspite of so many popular and good nonveg places in Lucknow, my teenage years favourite ALAMGIRS @Aminabad still manages to have a special place for me. The Mutton Bund Gosht is still yummy and of course the Mutton Biryani still captures the taste, texture so well. Also the fact that the owner is still so humble and great to talk to adds to value of this iconic non-veg eatery!!

The hotel is situated in a narrow passage type place in the old market of Lucknow. Visit this place if you’re a big time meat and mutton lover. I recommend trying the mutton keema and Magar with rumali rotis. Mutton biriyani was delicious. I can’t express the taste of the food in words, it was mind blowing. All meat items must be good in taste at this place. Service was quite quick. The place is overcrowded on weekends. It’s a must go place if one pays his/her visit to Lucknow. Best place for Non-veg lovers.
