It's good place for foodies but if you want to enjoy and chill with family.. I won't recommend this. Get it packed and have somewhere else. The food is inexpensive and really really tasty.

If you come here in a big group, be patient and observe the kulcha getting done in the open oven at the entrance. Getting seats is difficult as the rush is relentless. The kulcha is excellent - hard at the top and soft below and dipping it into the nihari gravy makes it even better. Definitely worth visiting for this. The sheermal wasn’t as good and can be avoided. For those who want to skip the nihari, just the kulcha by itself is also a good deal.

Do go by the atmosphere or the ambience.. but just by the food and the incredible taste they offer. Had kulcha nihari with mutton korma as well as the chicken barra and tundey kebab.. just mouth watering and you cannot just stop eating once you've tasted suxh good food.. would definitely recommend to have food here if you visit Lucknow.. must and must have..5/5
One of the best mutton I ever had, the place holds true to its reputation. The nali nihari with kulcha was mouth watering and if you have to try only one dish in Lucknow, then it has to be this one
The place serves great Nihari(Mutton & buffalo) , your should have it with Kulcha and a sheermal will go perfectly with it .
They serve a variety of stuff but others are not that great .
Although the service is not that great and cleanliness is a problem. The atmosphere is not that good specially if you are alone , you are not treated well .

Well! It was our first Anniversary dinner...☺️so it was really special to us. The ambiance is nice, the interior was well done, and the food was amazing. The nihari mutton was a killer and stole the show away, their Naans were unusually big...we jokingly called it "Pardas". All in all we had a nice family dinner and it indeed was value for money!!! 😊💖
If you are a foodie and love non-veg, you can't miss a breakfast here. Hot, greasy, thick, meaty, delicious nihari with crispy kulcha is a combination you will remember for a long time.
Couple of things though,
If you are using Uber or Ola please make sure you double check the location before entering. For us, the address registered in Uber was indicating a wrong place (strangely with a similar name). We walked to the place after getting down from our cab with the help of direction from the locals. There is a huge oven at the entrance.
The ambiance may not be ideal if you are expecting a trendy place or if you have a habit of going only to such places. In that case, please parcel you food and enjoy at your place.

Awesome dining experience. Here in Lucknow, Nihari is totally different from Delhi's Nihari. Kulcha along with Lakhnavi/Awadhi style Nihari gives your taste buds a unique flavorful experience.
If you care about the taste & not the atmosphere, then this is the place. Very crowded streets; long waiting periods. There is separate seating for family & bachelors.
