THF is now a brand in Lucknow with many branches spread across the city .However ,we have been going to THE HAZELNUT FACTORY @Nirala Nagar from the time they had about started and this branch remains a fav even now. Had the chilly paneer croissant sandwich and lemon ice tea.The iced tea was refreshing and the croissant sandwich was excellent!!

This bakery and cafe is probably the best in Lucknow right now (this is solely my view, it can differ from person to person) Service - I would rate them 4 out 5 for their service. They have professional and courteous staff. Taste - I would rate 4.5 out of 5 for taste. Their pasta is a must try. Coffee is awesome and so is their corn patty. Their Mac and cheese pasta is also a must try. Pricing - As per their service and ambience of the outlet they offer fair prices. The ambience of the outlet is superb, a great place to visit for an outing with your family or friends. Keep on visiting this place and keep falling in love with this place ❤️

The place is fine, drinks are also good, service is quite slow and needs to be faster. For 1 order of cappuccino and Cold coffee they took sweet 15 mins, which was high as per my needs. The music was slightly on the louder side as i was sitting just below the speaker so had to shout while talking, so they should tàke care of loudness of music as well. Tastewise drinks were fine and so was everything else.

I had a delightful experience at this cafe! The cappuccino was rich and perfectly brewed, and the donut was a heavenly treat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it a great place to relax. I'll definitely be returning for more coffee and pastries!

I must say love at first sight and bite! We ordered toffenut shake, Iced latte, truffle pastry and peri peri fries, the pastry was mouth melting, the latte was classic! Talking about the shake I still can't get over it crunchy toffee nut balls, rich whipped cream, cookie crumbs and the fine taste it was definitely a treat! The ambience is great a perfect balance of nature and subtle themes...A cafe which is really close to my heart ❤️

On one of our casual outings, we landed at The hazel nut factory @ Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. I thought I will have the Mushroom ragout sandwich and my better half decided to have Burrata s/w but both of these were not available then we ordered mushroom and cheese sandwich and classic veg burger with lemon mint iced tea for him and iced Americano for yours truly. The food was decent, Americano was to my taste but iced tea tasted if prepared from the premix. Liked the hustle bustle there and impressed by the service. Once done, we also bought black current swiss roll and Banoffe pie for people back at home. The swiss roll had strong flavour and after taste of egg which so I could not have it but banofee was good. Both deserts were little too sweet for our pallette (we prefer very mild sugar) though. Billing took time but once in a while it's ok. We liked it there and may visit soon again.

Diwali holidays and was surprised to see this new coffee place in my hometown. They have utilized the space quite well, nice outdoor seating and a cozy indoor one. Food menu speaks of simplicity and tastes good, we tried pasta in white sauce, coffee and rainbow pastry. The best part of the place is outdoor seating area. It clean and well looked after. Just one thing that seemed out of place was Indian sweets section inside a bakery, first of its kind and gave a puzzled appeal. Nevertheless it’s a nice bakery and cafe.

One of the finest bakeries in the town. Every piece offered here is so luscious and mouth-watering. It's been so long we are visiting this place and have never been disappointed. They serve one of the best chocolate cheesecakes and Dairy-free chocolate truffles. We have also tried pizza, pasta and shakes trust me even they are outstanding. 👌🏻 I would do recommend buying cakes on your special days to enjoy at ample. The ambience is superb as well. They have inside out sitting with a very calm atmosphere. The moment you enter there is this whole bakery smell enhancing the experience. 😇

Went there a couple of times. Had a latte both times which was made just right. The kids really enjoyed the chocolate and pineapple pastry. The cafe has a huge assortment of cakes, pastries and breads. Will be returning to buy the apricot sugar free batter. Service was very friendly and efficient. Greeting packaging of the take away pastries. Highly recommended.

Great place for hanging out with friends and delicious food. Good range of food options and good service. Had Panini sandwich and Paneer pizza which was delicious. The range of drinks are also great. It is one of the best bakeries out there in Lucknow. It has a lot of branches in Lucknow so you can visit whichever is nearest. For birthday celebrations it will be a very good option.

The cake was absolutely delicious. Ordered chocolate hazelnut cake from the Hazelnut Factory in nirala nagar and loved it. This is definitely the new favourite flavour. Ordered 500gms cake and the size was sufficient for 10 people. Can't wait to order again soon.

So ive tried a quiet few of items from their menu. Location: located in one of the prime spots and is easy to be found. Ambience: ambience is so so good. And something very different than rest of cafes and bakery. Food: everything in their menu is amazing. The items from bakery are really good, breads are soft and pastries are very delicious. Besides that ive tried their multigrain paninis and paneer shwarma which was nice. And also the pink sauce spaghetti. Price: prices are really reasonable and not heavy on pockets. A must visit place i would say!

They are not transparent on their menu..they show option cake under best cake heading and when you were expecting birthday cake you’ll get dry cake!! Not trust worthy..!! And they do not accept their mistakes and argue with you instead of resolving your problem!! Very poor experience with this restaurant!! I will never ever make order from this nor i’ll let my any of my contacts to order from this restaurant.. Staff communication is very rude!! Very horrible experience!! They just ruin your mood!!

Had a disappointing experience. I had heard good things about the place hence ordered a cake for my parents anniversary. Firstly the wrong cake was delivered, chocolate instead of fresh fruit and secondly it was stale.. Clearly an old cake which had been left in the fridge for a few days too many.

I completely loved the place. Vibes are so good with freshly baked products. Place is nice and easily locateable. Ambiance is nice and prompt ample of space but only problem is with seating they should be increased. We tried their eclairs, red sauce pasta, vada pav and pizza food was good in taste pasta sauce and pizza base needs lil improvement. Special mention to eclairs and vada pav they very amazing in taste.

One of the popular rather recent cafe bakery in Lucknow,is THE HAZELNUT CAFE near IT Crossing. In couple of years this bakery cum cafe has become a big hit amongst youth and even family crowd.The decors are nicely done,the staff is prompt and service is fast.They have a big range of baked products which are a sell out.The cafe has good veg options of pasta,pizzas,burgers alongwith hot and cold beverages. We had a yummy veg supreme pizza,a tasty white sauce penne pasta and delicious garlic bread with cheese. The cold coffee with ice cream is the perfect way to wash down the meal. The pricing of food is decent and the good crowd adds on to the charm of the place.All in all a really good place in Lucknow to hang out with friends or family if one is in a cafe mood.

I had a really good experience here..This place is really peaceful and beautiful.But plzz add few dishes to your menu and check on your kitchen staff they are using old material. The rates are really economical but the quantity is not appreciated... keeping in mind the collage student as the look for good food in less rate and good quantity.

Serenity that soothes The Hazelnut Factory is roomy. Its good for a quick bite or a cup of tea or coffee after shopping. What I liked the most was its location and layout. You don't have to climb stairs as its on the ground floor. The outdoor seating area is really cool. The eatery offers an assorted menu.
