The cake are absolutely delicious. Food and ambience are great. Drinks and coffee are amazing as well.
Good quality bread and my favourite bread, caring staff, visited this place for many occasions with friends and family. The service was excellent.

The cake was absolutely delicious. Ordered chocolate hazelnut cake from the Hazelnut Factory in nirala nagar and loved it. This is definitely the new favourite flavour. Ordered 500gms cake and the size was sufficient for 10 people. Can't wait to order again soon.
Was really afraid to step out during these times but went here to meet a friend a few days back. They are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure safety. Food was served taking all the safety measures and tasted yumm as always! 🌸

I have been a regular customer of THF during lockdown.
They have the best pastries in Lucknow. Their Pastries are not too sweet.
So ive tried a quiet few of items from their menu.
Location: located in one of the prime spots and is easy to be found.
Ambience: ambience is so so good. And something very different than rest of cafes and bakery.
Food: everything in their menu is amazing. The items from bakery are really good, breads are soft and pastries are very delicious. Besides that ive tried their multigrain paninis and paneer shwarma which was nice. And also the pink sauce spaghetti.
Price: prices are really reasonable and not heavy on pockets.
A must visit place i would say!

THF is now a brand in Lucknow with many branches spread across the city .However ,we have been going to THE HAZELNUT FACTORY @Nirala Nagar from the time they had about started and this branch remains a fav even now. Had the chilly paneer croissant sandwich and lemon ice tea.The iced tea was refreshing and the croissant sandwich was excellent!!
This bakery and cafe is probably the best in Lucknow right now (this is solely my view, it can differ from person to person)
Service - I would rate them 4 out 5 for their service. They have professional and courteous staff.
Taste - I would rate 4.5 out of 5 for taste. Their pasta is a must try. Coffee is awesome and so is their corn patty. Their Mac and cheese pasta is also a must try.
Pricing - As per their service and ambience of the outlet they offer fair prices.
The ambience of the outlet is superb, a great place to visit for an outing with your family or friends.

The place is fine, drinks are also good, service is quite slow and needs to be faster. For 1 order of cappuccino and Cold coffee they took sweet 15 mins, which was high as per my needs.
The music was slightly on the louder side as i was sitting just below the speaker so had to shout while talking, so they should tàke care of loudness of music as well.
Tastewise drinks were fine and so was everything else.
I had a delightful experience at this cafe! The cappuccino was rich and perfectly brewed, and the donut was a heavenly treat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it a great place to relax. I'll definitely be returning for more coffee and pastries!
I must say love at first sight and bite! We ordered toffenut shake, Iced latte, truffle pastry and peri peri fries, the pastry was mouth melting, the latte was classic! Talking about the shake I still can't get over it crunchy toffee nut balls, rich whipped cream, cookie crumbs and the fine taste it was definitely a treat! The ambience is great a perfect balance of nature and subtle themes...A cafe which is really close to my heart ❤️
Nice place. Have been to other branches of Hazelnut Factory and found those better than this one. The burger was really delicious though.

On one of our casual outings, we landed at The hazel nut factory @ Nirala Nagar, Lucknow.
I thought I will have the Mushroom ragout sandwich and my better half decided to have Burrata s/w but both of these were not available then we ordered mushroom and cheese sandwich and classic veg burger with lemon mint iced tea for him and iced Americano for yours truly. The food was decent,
Americano was to my taste but iced tea tasted if prepared from the premix. Liked the hustle bustle there and impressed by the service. Once done, we also bought black current swiss roll and Banoffe pie for people back at home. The swiss roll had strong flavour and after taste of egg which so I could not have it but banofee was good. Both deserts were little too sweet for our pallette (we prefer very mild sugar) though.
Billing took time but once in a while it's ok. We liked it there and may visit soon again.
Great place for the dine-in. Very well maintained. Love their pizzas and drinks especially cold coffee and virgin mojitos.
This is located at nirala nagar, adjacent to Shri Ramkrishna Math near the IT chauraha. It's famous for its ambience. Their coffee/cakes are good in taste and the staff is friendly. Must visit with friends and family.
