Such an amazing cafe with a fascinating menu specially if you are a chocolate lover. Unique dishes specially desserts and shakes 🍩 which makes this place worth trying. Beautiful interiors and a decent seating arrangement. Food was quite yummy 😋 and presentation was really good. Good service also and staff was really helpful about your needs. We ordered Mexican platter and shake it was really good.

The chocolate room is a great addition to the list of cafes and eateries in Hazratganj. The place is cosy, beautifully lit and decorated. The chocolate room has plenty of options when it comes to snacking and desserts. If you are a chocolate lover then you should definitely try the truffle shake. I also had a strawberry granita which was so refreshing. I just completely loved it. The Italian platter was a delight as well. The white sauce pasta was amazing so were the ceaser salad and the garlic bread. The only thing which fell short was the red sauce pasta which was too sweet and I couldn’t finish it off😅. The service was quite slow but the staff made up for it with their courteous behaviour. Its a nice place to plan a get together with friends and have a good time over some snacks and shakes!

Let's pen down this review from entry to exit; so we can't find specific place to park the vehicles during heavy footfalls, however, one can park your vehicle at Halwasiya and choose a walk to the place. Full marks on the cleanliness and the welcome gesture of the attendants, you people rock. They have chaired double sofa(s) in the middle surrounded by lengthy sofa(s) on either sides. This place secures win at the accomodation. Now, the menu, that's a bit sophisticated one encompassing large number of contents with real tough names with its ingredients. One can choose from the wide spectrum of the offering. Sandwiches were best, honey chilly potato also added marks to the taste and the drinks: loved them. Overall a place which can be visited in the meantime. I rushed the place and could not offer much time, however, for the behavior of the staff, this place must be paid a visit. Good Luck TCR.

A paradise for chochlate lovers.Place is spacious and well litted and ambience of the place is vibey and dope,coming to the food part they have wide variety of menu offering varierty of salads,sandwiches,burgers,pizza and many more.Their shakes,waffles,pancakes and desserts are worth trying.I tried their devil chocolate shake which was really drooling and yumilicious.Highly recommended esp for those who have a sweet tooth.And not to forget the staff and service here was quick and highly appreciable.

Visited on Christmas was crowdy but service was good didn't took long time to serve in such rush staff was polite they interacted took suggestions and reviews that i think is important and good to get customer feedback . Really wonderful experience with the chocolate room and its people. Great ambience, great service, great food. We ordered a Vegetable bread lasagna and oreo waffle wich were so fulfilling and up to the mark. Will definitely visit again!!

I've been here a couple times now and I've tried the non veg pizzas, they're exceptionally gooood. The cheese is ample and it tastes good. Enjoyed the chicken chilli pizza esespecially. Niyaz Ali, catered to our needs and orders, was extremely polite and friendly.

Beautiful ambiance, peaceful place, lovely music collection, co-operative and helpful staff. A vast variety of tasty food in apt. Portions and beautiful presentation. Organized my best friends Bachelorette here, the decorations done by the staff was awesome and so was the cake. The staff was so helpful and understanding they made the occasion go even more smoothly. Lovely experience. Thank you Mr. Naushad and everyone else.

Place where one likes to visit. A Lively place to visit. Not only the food but also their hospitality is top notch. The taste and portion is also apt. Latest lyrics tried vegetable lasagne. What a fantastic n cheesy dish. Loved it

I found this restaurant a beautiful stopover for lunch in Lucknow. Ambience is good, food is tasty. Didn't found any designated parking space. Service is ok, can be speed up a bit. Overall recommended for lunch with kids and your wify or future wify ;)

Best place for chocolate addicts but good for other food too and the place consists of a nice interior ambience with cozy service and seating. The food is yum and you got the pinch of australian taste in the food. Overall a good place at the centre of Lucknow but in the crowded mall of town.

The Hazratganj outlet of chocolate room is so damn good. It's has a complete mood buster ambience coz of the food and music. It was absolutely lovely. Loved the place and loved the smoking brownie. The service staffs were also polite and the guy Mohommad Israel was of great help!!

This was my first visit...I really had high expectations from you guys..But I am extremely sorry to say..It was just an average visit...The shakes..Cookies&cream shake, Dutch truffle shake and tcrs in-house shake were just avg. And nachos supreme(nv) was just below par..They changed it twice and still it was not at all good.. the chicken was not properly cooked..Really a letdown from you guys.. won't visit again :/

I ordered KitKat shake but it came not just with kitkat topped onto the glass but also served with an human hair. The staff immediately changed the shake after a complaint. The taste was not that good considering the price. They charged me Rs. 45 for adding extra vanilla ice cream but they topped the shake with whipped cream instead of ice-cream

An awesome place, and great hospitality, a sheer chocolate indulgence, and delicious snacks too. Their chocolate fondue is our all time favourite, and the nutella banana crepes as well. The place can boast of a wonderful hospitality. Rs 129 for garlic bread which is actually just feels like a Toasted bread. No Garlic and No Butter . Either the Chef there doesn't know how to make it or there recipie have a fault. One of the worst Garlic bread every had. Visiting for the 3rd time still hating there food.

Today I am going to share my experience regarding to my visit in Chocolate room situated in Saharaganj mall, Hazratganj Lucknow.My experience was there was 70% good and 30% not good. Food and ambience is great. Staff is also very kind and friendly. Crowd is also educated and kind. I had tried there red velvet pan cake, spinach lasagna with some strawberry shake and watermelon mojito. It was all good experience but experience with spinach lasagna was hilarious and pathetic , try to eat but it was so bad that we had to throw it . So I would highly recommend you to go and enjoy cakes and shakes. Its not for cuisine like pasta, sandwich and so on.

Ordered for 5 pastries , however when we opened it in night along with a cake ( from a different place ) for my fathers birthdays , there were only 4 pastries , it was disgusting and completely ruined my fathers birthday !<br/>Even the pastries were all spilled all over no proper packaging <br/><br/>A tip of advice , please check your package the moment it arrives , later on if there is something missing or some issue with your delivery order , these Zomato or restaurant ppl will bluntly deny taking any responsibility!<br/><br/>Extremely disappointing from a brand like chocolate room.

The cake was awesome in taste and it was above the expectation . all flavours were rich in taste. Prices are Little bit higher but taste has justified the price.

Chocolate Room has always been my favorite since I had first tried their chocolate brownie in Hyderabad. They have this Delicious and very chocolaty pastries and cakes and the ambience is amazing.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Had been ordering cakes since last year and their chocolate cake is amazing and delicious.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Was bit unsatisfied with the recent experience wherein I bought the cake from the outlet that tasted quite sour.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Overall, the cakes, pastries, and all bakery items are always awesome and tasty. Well I was a regular visitor there since they had tiramisu hot chocolate but the behavior of the staff is rude<br/><br/>I went there to have some informal meeting with colleagues and requested them repeatedly to minimize the volume of the song but instead they have increases the same. Also the song selection was so discotheque type and I had a feeling of sitting in a shady bar.<br/>Plus a group of boys came and the staff asked for us to shift to the next seat as they were larger in number to which we accepted it. But once we shifted those guys havent ordered anything and left as soon as we switched the seats as your cafe doesnt have the required dish. I mean when it was not confirmed why you asked us to switch the places.<br/>I am not going there again at all.

First of all, if you're a chocolate lover, DO NOT even think about missing out on this one. We recently visited the Saharaganj outlet. From ambience to the vibe and the food, will draw you like a moth. We tried the Eskimo waffle and boy did I lick my finger! Apart from the food, a quick chess game kept us hooked. The service was great. No complaints.<br/>P.S It could be heavy on your pockets but with Zomato Gold and Dineout offers, you're always good to go.

I went to the chocolate room with a friend at Sahara ganj. <br/>Well, because who doesn't loves chocolate dishes! <br/>The food is amazing here and one thing I want to mention a guy named Shahid who was serving the dishes to us.<br/>He greeted us very politely even recommended some yummy dishes. We were impressed by his professional yet friendly behaviour.

The only thing I liked was the panini and a server called ms. Aparna who was very kind and warm. The male server who was assigned to us was very condescending and seemed to have a very toxic male ego. The milkshake was of very poor quality. Lastly, the place is not vegan friendly. They didn’t even know the existence of soy or almond milk. <br/>Also. I suggest you stay clear of their pizzas. <br/>

Refused to pack food, they said it was because I have gold membership, and either I have to eat the food there of leave the food (note: the food was half eaten and not the dish covered in gold benefits, I ordered 3 dishes and it was the cheapest).<br/><br/>The said that the food will be wasted and they cannot do anything about it. Even when I said that I'll pay for the packing, they said "sir it's about morals"..<br/><br/>Maybe they are right, and I've been wrong all along, maybe it's passionate to waste the food, and embarrassment to pack the half eaten, but I'm a grown up now and it's so hard to change the values that my mother instilled in me.<br/><br/>I would never visit again! Don't recommend anybody else to visit as well because they promote the wastage of food!

The person who took the order changed  an item we ordered and replaced it with a costlier option and later said that it was us who had cancelled the item and ordered another one. We were also served costly bottled water without checking with us first.<br/><br/>The dessert items we ordered were absolutely delicious and we relished the choco lava and the ice creams. Ambiance is also wonderful and well suited for family or couples.<br/><br/>

We had mint mojito which was very very poor it tasted like bubblegum,there sandwiches were ok..and at last the green salad was not upto the mark..they have same ambience in all the stores which is really nice..music Was also vry nice..Poor staff they have didnt liked the service of this store of choclate room othrwise it is a nice place in terms of choclate food

What a waste of money!<br/>I was very hungry and pizza is my most favorite thing to eat. But the pizza I got there was so bad that I couldn't eat more than a slice. The mocha I ordered was grainy. They also added whipped cream when we had clearly said not to. Had to ask for water 5 times. When we told the server the pizza was bad, he actually said, "Thank you". 😑 This was the level of "not paying attention".<br/><br/>The only mediocre and edible thing was their black forest crepe.

The food was good and the ambiance of the place is also good. The pasta we ordered was rich in flavors and the sauce was just yummmmm😋.The nachos were fresh as if freshly baked and the cheese on them was properly spreaded across. Adding to it was the cold coffee which was rich in taste. The aroma of coffee was just impeccable.

I had ordered pasta mojito and a sizzler brownie..pasta ws tasty no doubt ..frst thing dey made sizzler brownie on our table ,which ws like a show off it looked appealing to othrs bt it ws not at all sizzler the part touching the surface of the hot plate ws hot bt rest of d part ws cold...plus dey added extra charge for ice cream even though i did nt ordr an extra 1.. so guys do chck ur bill in ds place bfr leaving.. second mint mojito which did nt had any flavour of mint ..only lemons in the glass..

Neither the service is good nor the quality of food. You have to order twice or thrice for them to listen.The Nutella waffles are not at all good, it feels like it is from a third grade sweet shop. The quality of the food not at all justifies the cost.

Visited the outlet . Nice experience. Taste was good. Had brownie shake. Price a bit high . But taste is also in the higher side. Will definitely visit again.

Ordered burger and i won't recommend to anyone but ya one can go for shakes and coffee here which are quite good to have. Overall it was nice.

The cafe is ok ok ...desserts are delicious but the food is not that great....we tried 3 tier chicken sandwiches but it was really bad.....it was too dry and when we asked the waiter to add sauces to it...he refused to...and the waiters are not at all cooperative. And the prices are not worth the quantity.

Visited The chocolate room in Saharaganj mall. I had a wonderful experience there.<br/>The ambiance was perfect for an unplanned outing with your close ones.<br/>I ordered this amazingly delicious chocolate shake with vanilla icecream n brownie topping.. and it was just marvellous ❤️ I give it 9/10.<br/>The staff was polite and greeted all its customers with professionalism.<br/>Talking about music which they kept light and soothing to ears.. no loud bass music..<br/>I would suggest everyone to do give a visit to the place and have a joyful time with your mains.. I found the LKO outlet better than the outlets that I’ve visited in GUJ. Lovely ambience and amazing drinks. If you ever visit TCR try their shakes and other drinks instead of food. <br/>Drinks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/>Budget: Lil expensive ( we ordered 2 drinks and it costed us around 600 ) <br/><br/><br/>

Visited day before with my sister. Tried the waffle wonder with one serve of waffle. Yummy and tasty combo. Crisp n cold deasly combination. Loved it.. Though very less quantity for the price charged..still manageable..the worst part is they don't serve regular water ir normal bisleri...only Vedica..that too only 1 ltr bottle and charge 50 bucks+taxes for it. Chocolate 🍫 heaven 🤩In starting the place was too good including the staff but now me and my friends visited the place and took chocolate shake that we usually prefer but the shake was so thin that it seemed like they poured some water in the milk and i said to add extra add on’s like choco chip and chocolate syrup but the shake was very mild and was not worth the price we paid at all for the large bottle <br/>It’s the main branch and the branches of Gomti nagar are doing much better than this<br/>Needs improvement

When I visited Lucknow the tunda kebabs were not only facinating but I thought that were the ultimate thing one could find in Lucknow "The street food" . This was untill I visited there cafes and one of the famous cafe is chocolate room Lucknow. Best in town with most authentic pizza and of course coffee . But still they have their speciality hidden in chocolate and cookies.Good cafe do visit!!.

So I had a cold coffee at this place. Which was nyc in taste . But bit strong. Ambience of the place is fine and staff is also ok and cooperative. Looking forward to try their other stuffs tooo
