An awesome place, and great hospitality, a sheer chocolate indulgence, and delicious snacks too. Their chocolate fondue is our all time favourite, and the nutella banana crepes as well. The place can boast of a wonderful hospitality. A special mention needs to be made for Ms.Aparna, who took great pleasure in serving us with a smiling face, it feels great to see people enjoying their job with dedication towards it. It makes the meal all the more enjoyable. A full 5 stars!!!!

Today I am going to share my experience regarding to my visit in Chocolate room situated in Saharaganj mall, Hazratganj Lucknow.My experience was there was 70% good and 30% not good. Food and ambience is great. Staff is also very kind and friendly. Crowd is also educated and kind. I had tried there red velvet pan cake, spinach lasagna with some strawberry shake and watermelon mojito. It was all good experience but experience with spinach lasagna was hilarious and pathetic , try to eat but it was so bad that we had to throw it . So I would highly recommend you to go and enjoy cakes and shakes. Its not for cuisine like pasta, sandwich and so on.
Iam a frequent visitor to this outlet. Everything about Hazart ganj chocolate room is extraordinary. They outclass their competitor in terms of food quality and taste.

Recently i have ordered a dark chocolate cake from the chocolate room . The cake was awesome in taste and it was above the expectation . all flavours were rich in taste. Prices are Little bit higher but taste has justified the price.
Chocolate Room has always been my favorite since I had first tried their chocolate brownie in Hyderabad. They have this Delicious and very chocolaty pastries and cakes and the ambience is amazing.

Such an amazing cafe with a fascinating menu specially if you are a chocolate lover. Unique dishes specially desserts and shakes 🍩 which makes this place worth trying. Beautiful interiors and a decent seating arrangement. Food was quite yummy 😋 and presentation was really good. Good service also and staff was really helpful about your needs. We ordered Mexican platter and shake it was really good.
The chocolate room is a great addition to the list of cafes and eateries in Hazratganj. The place is cosy, beautifully lit and decorated. The chocolate room has plenty of options when it comes to snacking and desserts. If you are a chocolate lover then you should definitely try the truffle shake. I also had a strawberry granita which was so refreshing. I just completely loved it. The Italian platter was a delight as well. The white sauce pasta was amazing so were the ceaser salad and the garlic bread. The only thing which fell short was the red sauce pasta which was too sweet and I couldn’t finish it off😅. The service was quite slow but the staff made up for it with their courteous behaviour. Its a nice place to plan a get together with friends and have a good time over some snacks and shakes!

Now, the menu, that's a bit sophisticated one encompassing large number of contents with real tough names with its ingredients. One can choose from the wide spectrum of the offering.
Sandwiches were best, honey chilly potato also added marks to the taste and the drinks: loved them.
Overall a place which can be visited in the meantime. I rushed the place and could not offer much time, however, for the behavior of the staff, this place must be paid a visit.

A paradise for chochlate lovers.Place is spacious and well litted and ambience of the place is vibey and dope,coming to the food part they have wide variety of menu offering varierty of salads,sandwiches,burgers,pizza and many more.Their shakes,waffles,pancakes and desserts are worth trying.I tried their devil chocolate shake which was really drooling and yumilicious.Highly recommended esp for those who have a sweet tooth.And not to forget the staff and service here was quick and highly appreciable.
Visited on Christmas was crowdy but service was good didn't took long time to serve in such rush staff was polite they interacted took suggestions and reviews that i think is important and good to get customer feedback . Talking about food it's been a while i visited there so cant define taste specifically but i can tell everything served on plate tasted delicious specially that waffle 🧇 served with ice cream 🍨 chicken cutlets were average cuz i like piece of chicken instead of patty i might be wrong about the texture of cutlet but thats my oppion That pizza was the best tasted pizza 🍕 no Domino's no pizza hut or any other frenchise could beat that taste if your craving for pizza please do try their pizza.😋🍀

I've been here a couple times now and I've tried the non veg pizzas, they're exceptionally gooood. The cheese is ample and it tastes good. Enjoyed the chicken chilli pizza esespecially. Niyaz Ali, catered to our needs and orders, was extremely polite and friendly.
