This place is totally amazing. Ambience is awesome and goes by the theme free spirit. Their playlist is really nice and soothing. I always love their playlist no matter what time I go. I have been to this place a lot of times and have never been disappointed even a bit. Food is tasty and their coffee is something I really crave for. A lot of choices in food and the service is top notch. They take care of the hygiene as well. Some of the must try coffees are : 1. Dark Sin (My personal favorite) 2. Salted caramel Mocha (A new taste that I tried and fell in love with) 3. Hand beaten coffee Besides these, shakes are also very delicious and loaded cheese and corn nachos are also great to try. Their white sauce pasta is also creamy and equally delicious. Corn cheese garlic toast is tasty as well to try. The place has its own bliss of solitude. There was dim lightening ( the best part I liked about it ) and there were songs being played on too. The service was unmatchable and the coffee was just the just the way I like it (hope you will love it too). And finally the good thing is you can sit there and enjoy writing or reading books. The price was not so huge to panic about.

I love the food at this place. I generally never visit a cafe again (even if its great) but then somehow I keep coming back to this cafe. Their hospitality is also something worth noticing. If you plan to visit this cafe.. do order pizza's, whichever you like. Their crust is the best! The only thing I'm not happy with is the quantity.

It is always amazing visiting this cafe . I just love the whole vibe of this place which serves you a pretty space with small sittings. I love all their foods but my most favourite one is Garlic Bread and Animal Fries. Do give them a try and you will not regret . This place is my all time favourite to hop in.

Free Spirit is one of the best cafes I've been to. It has become my super favourite place. It is so calm and soothing with positive vibes that you forget all your problems. Whenever I think of going out to eat, I can only think of this place. I have visited this place so many times that I literally know each and everything about the menu and the place. The cafe is a retro music themed place. Games like ludo and uno are available. A few books are available too. The great thing os that you get cool props for clicking cool pictures. The staff is polite and courteous and the delivery is quick. Talking about the main part, the food - It's amazing! In my visits in the past one year, I've tried their Pizzas, Pastas, Garlic bread, shakes, coffees, mocktail, omelette, sandwiches and everything else. The white sauce pasta is to die for. The best in town. Perfect in the amount of white sauce and tastes superb. Yellow pasta is a new invention by the owner which is equally amazing. It's a must try. The pizzas are a treat to your tastebuds. My favourite is corn crunch. Among the cold coffees, Cafe Frappé happens to be my thing. Some exquisite things that you'll find here are Chocolate Sandwich, Deep Fried Oreos and Affogato. The prices are pocket friendly. No extra taxes to be paid. The owner, Mohit has done a commendable job by opening this fantastic place which as I said, has become my favourite and that is why I've edited my review after a year.

One of the best cafes I have seen in Lucknow. Ambience is nice and cozy with a good collection of songs in the background. The service is good, the food delicious, the menu elaborate and the prices pretty reasonable. After all the so called cafes you see in and around Gomti Nagar which are more of an apology for an eating joint, this comes across as a refreshing change!

Lucknow is changing.. and it's changing for good.. free spirit café is an example of that change.. it's a theme based café that I discovered through Zomato.. went there with my friends.. it was a good and refreshing experience.. if you want to escape the regular crowded café and are looking for someplace cozy with nice music and good quality food.. this is a place worth trying..

This theme based cafe is so good and the food is delicious. I mean seriously it's a cafe. Most of the cafes nowadays have hukkah and all due to which there is smoke all over the place. It is one of the oldest n finest cafe of Lucknow. Being situated at a very prime location n area, it has a sober ambience with proper seatings. Have been visiting this place since 2017. It is a small cafe, tucked in a building but the vibe makes up for it. The cafe walls are adorned with vintage stuff and the music is lovely. The food is really satisfying. The price range is very affordable too. The service is quick. Their pastas are really yummy. Truly a must visit.

We ordered white sauce pasta , paneer burger, and corn pizza along with hot chocolate and chocolate shake. Pasta was okay and so was paneer burger, however, pizza was not upto the mark. You can visit for the ambiance but do not expect extraordinarily good food

What a cool ambience! Definitely loved it as soon as I saw it. The music they play will remind you about the good ol bands that you used to listen to as kids. Also, the food is really good. With some items you'll feel that they're a bit expensive but for most of the menu they're priced at a much lesser cost for the quantity provided. Definitely a thumbs up for this place. 👍

Worst pasta i have ever eaten .... It was my worst experience with a cafe ... Jalepino cheese poppers didn't have cheese in them, they only had potato filling.. arrabiata pasta was not at all spicy rather it was overdone with tomato sauce .... Ambience is also not pleasant at all its very dark

Recently visited free spirit cafe, it is crafted as a piece of art, every frame nd article own its place. And to my surprise for the first time i had to pay lower than expected in any cafe.

Just had a classic coffee and french toast ...and needless to say they were quite classic in taste ..just the perfect brunch 👍 what I love about this place is that the owner dude is quite responsive and addresses all complaints made ..you won't find this else where ..it's a pretty cozy place to come. Recently I visited free spirit cafe... tried Aglio-E-Olio pasta which was quite different but better than expected (one must try). I also tried bread pizza, red sauce pasta and oreo shake , that too were delicious. Finally found an outlet where I can have bread pizza . Your bread pizza was awesome ,I enjoyed it alot . You can improve the taste of maggie though because amount of oil was more ok ,baki meal was fantastic👌👌

There's a nice effort there in creating such a mini yet cozy hangout space for everyone. Being a hot chocolate lover, my quest for a decent one ended at freespirits, after having terrible experience with some other places.  The quality was top notch and it came as a happy surprise that its not exorbitantly priced considering the quality. kudos to the team.

Has nice sitting arrangement. We ordered pasta which was nicely cooked. The mango shake was of decent quantity and taste. Overall its a nice place to be there with friends or with friends.

Went here for a lunch.<br/>Ordered hazelnut shake, paneer pizza with extra cheese and Alfredo veg white sauce pasta.<br/>The white sauce pasta i could say was one of the best I've had in different cafes at Lucknow..it was Creamy and tasty.<br/>The pizza was also for..we ordered with extra cheese and that was the best decision...it was so delicious with it's thin and crunchy crust...must try..

Food is good, specially white sauce pasta which I had. Price is high, I won't say every penny was worth it but it was not wasted too. Service ambience is also good.

This cafe started off really well, serving good food with awesome metal music and good service. But with time, things started deteriorating to a point where you feel like giving just one star when it comes to rating them.<br/><br/>The taste can somehow be graded as above average, but the service is more than horrible. You will hardly find any serving staff on the floor, and if you are lucky to find one, he will be totally deaf to your calls. They will take your order and will make you wait for 35 minutes to serve you a bowl of maggi, even when the other tables have no guests. They are thoroughly confused, will mix your orders, will not respond to your queries and requests, and you may have to return empty stomach.<br/><br/>The lack of quality control and pathetic service doesn't even deserve a single star, but the option of rewarding a zero is not available.<br/><br/>

A calm and pretty place to hangout. Italian dishes are top notch. The crust in the thin crust pizza is to die for, loaded with fresh veggies, the pasta is just a treat for the mouth and tummy . Looking forward to beverages. Over all a must visit place. ❤

Been here 2 times and have tried a couple of things including dry chilli paneer, paneer noodles, chilli garlic noodles, margherita and garden fresh pizza, jalapeno loaded garlic bread, honey chilli potato, veg cheese maggie. It was pretty fine in fooding but the last item honey chilli potato ruined it all. You can guess its taste xD<br/>Overall place is worth giving a try❤️

I paid them in advance for decorating a table with balloons and flowers for the birthday celebration of my friend. When I arrived at their cafe I saw a bunch of their customers sitting on that table and having food. I was made to wait 20 minutes at the place for which I had already made the advance payment. Very bad experience. All the surprise planned for my friend was spoiled.Would not recommend this place at all..

My friend advised me to visit this place. He found this to be the destination for best food and props in the entire city. I was certainly slightly let down with the menu, which seems repetitive and 'classic cafe' packed with unimaginative Italian and Chinese. Servings and food were good.<br/>Warm, cosy and comfortable are the north pointers here.

This is a must visit cafe in Gomti Nagar area although its not as big as others cafes but its food, ambience, prices, hospitality is just on another level... definitely visit the cafe for a wonderful time

The pizza was cheesy and yum. Absolutely LOVED MAC AND CHEESE PASTA. So creamy and cheesy and full of veges. Definitely recommend. ♥️
