Free Spirit is one of the best cafes I've been to. It has become my super favourite place. It is so calm and soothing with positive vibes that you forget all your problems. Whenever I think of going out to eat, I can only think of this place. I have visited this place so many times that I literally know each and everything about the menu and the place.
The cafe is a retro music themed place. Games like ludo and uno are available. A few books are available too. The great thing os that you get cool props for clicking cool pictures.
The staff is polite and courteous and the delivery is quick.
Talking about the main part, the food - It's amazing! In my visits in the past one year, I've tried their Pizzas, Pastas, Garlic bread, shakes, coffees, mocktail, omelette, sandwiches and everything else.
The white sauce pasta is to die for. The best in town. Perfect in the amount of white sauce and tastes superb. Yellow pasta is a new invention by the owner which is equally amazing. It's a must try.
The pizzas are a treat to your tastebuds. My favourite is corn crunch.
Among the cold coffees, Cafe Frappé happens to be my thing.
Some exquisite things that you'll find here are Chocolate Sandwich, Deep Fried Oreos and Affogato.
The prices are pocket friendly. No extra taxes to be paid.
The owner, Mohit has done a commendable job by opening this fantastic place which as I said, has become my favourite and that is why I've edited my review after a year.
One of the best cafes I have seen in Lucknow. Ambience is nice and cozy with a good collection of songs in the background. The service is good, the food delicious, the menu elaborate and the prices pretty reasonable.
After all the so called cafes you see in and around Gomti Nagar which are more of an apology for an eating joint, this comes across as a refreshing change!
It's the perfect go to place for a delicious brunch or even dinner... The place is small yet the ambience is well maintained and the constant jazz and rock music played in the background along with beautiful dim lighting is really a cherry on the cake.
Apart from this.. the place has some really mouth watering and unique recipes of their own which can melt ur foodie heart right away.
Recommended : Yellow sauce pasta, Bread pizza, Egg noodles, Chicken lollipop, Eggizza.
Ambience: lovely, retro and even the songs playing were retro(they were really sticking to their retro theme) loved it!
What we ordered: crispy corn pizza, veg noodles and crispy corn appetizer
The food was amazing except the veg noodles.We didn't quite like the veg noodles.
All in all, a great place to hangout with your friends as they have a few board games and uno(my personal favorite) check out the images I shared!

It is one of the oldest n finest cafe of Lucknow. Being situated at a very prime location n area, it has a sober ambience with proper seatings. It is a kind of place where you can sit n do your office stuff, or you can sit alone with a cup of coffee n spend your time with some jazz or retro music playing around, n ofcourse you can go for a date too here.
If I'll suggest something you to eat, it will be their Animal fries, cheesy nachos, deep fried oreo, in drinks (i haven't tried much) you can go for blue lagoon.
Overall it is a perfect place to visit.🙂

A good place to hang out with friends. The ambiance was decorated beautifully. The food was really tasty. I tried Mix Sauce Pasta and pizzas. Overall had a good experience.
Have been visiting this place since 2017. It is a small cafe, tucked in a building but the vibe makes up for it. The cafe walls are adorned with vintage stuff and the music is lovely. The food is really satisfying. The price range is very affordable too. The service is quick. Their pastas are really yummy. Truly a must visit.
The best place with good ambience. The best of all dishes was the cheese garlic bread and white sauce pasta.
The place had comfortable seating, we trued their white sauce pasta which tasted good.
I've been there on the last Sunday and found it really nice 😍 pizza was the best and also the hot chocolate ❤️ It's ambience is pretty good and you'll feel cozy and warm and comfortable there 💕

Had an wonderful experience there with food and environment. The staff is very quick. The food is so good that You'll feel like home there. Best serve is pasta. I will surly go there again and suggest everyone to give it a visit.
What a cool ambience! Definitely loved it as soon as I saw it. The music they play will remind you about the good ol bands that you used to listen to as kids. Also, the food is really good. With some items you'll feel that they're a bit expensive but for most of the menu they're priced at a much lesser cost for the quantity provided. Definitely a thumbs up for this place. 👍
The place was filled with nostalgic posters and the ambience was good. A nice and cozy cafe to have date or hangout time.

Great place for youngster to hangout with friends . Here you can take cool picture for instagram and reels😄the ambience is so colourful and cheerful . Lovely place and price is also reasonable . Food taste is also good . Staff are nice too
From the pasta to the hot chocolate(best one I've ever had) and the crispy burger, their food is seriously the best.

It's a nice and cozy place. The seating arrangement is fine. Food is good. Service is also good. Be their guest if you want to chill with friends or family. Good place for a small get together.
The name suggests the fame.... music 🎶🎶 is in the air !! Like the free spirit in the whole of the cafe. The presentation of the food was commendable, competing with it's taste.....
Overall a great experience." The restaurant also brings recreation through games such as UNO,Chess and ludo. And a special counter for hookah🔥 is also available.
Absolutely delicious! I ordered oreo shake and mac and cheese and i just loved it. L creamy and enough for 2 people to eat from 1.
A good place to hangout for people with a taste in rock music genre.

This place is totally amazing. Ambience is awesome and goes by the theme free spirit. Their playlist is really nice and soothing. I always love their playlist no matter what time I go.
I have been to this place a lot of times and have never been disappointed even a bit. Food is tasty and their coffee is something I really crave for. A lot of choices in food and the service is top notch. They take care of the hygiene as well.
Some of the must try coffees are :
1. Dark Sin (My personal favorite)
2. Salted caramel Mocha (A new taste that I tried and fell in love with)
3. Hand beaten coffee
Besides these, shakes are also very delicious and loaded cheese and corn nachos are also great to try. Their white sauce pasta is also creamy and equally delicious. Corn cheese garlic toast is tasty as well to try.

A good place to try for some really good experience.
The place has its own bliss of solitude. There was dim lightening ( the best part I liked about it ) and there were songs being played on too. The service was unmatchable and the coffee was just the just the way I like it (hope you will love it too). And finally the good thing is you can sit there and enjoy writing or reading books.
The price was not so huge to panic about.
