The lounge, while smaller in size compared to other airports, offers ample seating arrangements for its guests. I had the opportunity to visit it during lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food. Although the options were somewhat limited, there was a well-prepared buffet with a variety of dishes including mixed vegetables, egg curry, dal, rice, kheer, and parathas. Additionally, they provided packed fruit juices and selection of tea and coffee.
I must say, despite the size and limited choices, I had a satisfying experience overall.
Most of the premium cards are accepted like HDFC diners international or IndusInd legend etc...
Encalm lounge is also at terminal 2 of Indra Gandhi international airport New Delhi.
Lounge is at first floor of departure.Lounge is good neat and clean but lot of rush was there.

I had my first lounge experience at this lounge facility.
It is a good , compact lounge setup given the space .
They have attempted to make most optimum use of the available space to fit all the facilities.
They had a good spread of dishes set in a buffet manner, The taste of all the dishes were good, not too spicy and did not have too much masala.
Adequate charging points were available to charge up your smartphone.
Overall satisfactory experience, only suggestion would be to better set up the sofas at the extreme boundaries of the lounge a bit smartly so that it does not cramp up space for those seated .
New lounge "The Lounge" opened in Feb'23 is excellent. They serve good food and Ambience is quite nice. Comfortable chairs and various charging points are a plus. Only thing is the bathroom was not cleaned properly even I asked manager and receptionist repeatedly. Probably they have to deploy dedicated Sweeper like in Bangalore ir other good Airports. Overall Good experience in any lounge in Lucknow Airport so far.
I have been to most of the airport lounges in India and honestly this is not at par with them in terms of space and layout. But to my surprise the food and services were really really good. Nice buffet spread with good quality food and beverages, clean washrooms and comfortable seating.
So I am not sure about the negative reviews but this lounge is a nice place to take a small halt while transiting through Lucknow airport.
Had a recent visit to the lounge, it's not one of the best lounges but it's fair enough.
The staff is very polite and humble, it was good interacting with them. The sitting area is not that big with few seats.
You will find a place easily and quickly as it's not crowded as such.
The food quality is good, I enjoyed the coffee and chicken sandwich.
Although small in size, there was good variety of Food available with tea, cofee ,packed juices and soup as beverages. Taste was Good. The behaviour and hospitality of staff was incredible doing their best in limited space. Seating was comfortable.

I don't about other people and other reviews. But I kinda liked it. The staff was really humble and food was good. Mr. Abhisekh who was also the manager on shift was extremely considerate and personally took care of my needs and made sure I was comfortable. Cheers The Lounge Team.
