Ambience of this cafe is good with both indoor & outdoor seating arrangements. Would rate its coffee as one of the best in Ludhiana. Also few of the food presentation is excellent. One of the highly recommended place in my view.

The place looks beautiful as the sun goes down and just wait for the lights to turn on. Cream crowd is witnessed here. Food quality is good but a bit expensive. Good venue for photo junkies. Even their washroom theme is damn good. Was charged with optional Service Charge of around 9% on the bill but on asking for removal of the same the staff easily removed the charges. So, they know how to hold their customers as well. Overall it was a good experience. Food for one person will cost around 750-950. One of the rarest charming ambience you’ll see in Ludhiana.

#ReviewsByAditti Ludhiana is an industrial town. The world knows it. Mostly acclaimed for the opulent lifestyle of the majority of its inhabitants, the town does have another side to it if you seek out the urban chic. Everyone seems to be romancing money. The first look of Blaase’ clearly hints that this place is created in direct response to the affluence surrounding it. Located in a prime commercial position, right in the heart of the city, on Pakhowal Road, the soon-to-be-opened restaurant caters to the town’s established richness and an appetite for the finer things in life. On a cosmetic level, it’s delightful. Gleaming with the nineties elegance, one can sink into those plump grey Chesterfields every day of the week. Think polished, poised and plush. Think Blaase’ ... which is slated to be the city’s biggest opening. But nothing that will distract the diner from the dinner. As we step foot inside, we are greeted at the reception by a unfailingly courteous staff, the warm welcome providing the perfect entree’ to the experience. The courtesies are maintained for the rest of our evening. The signs are good. It’s evident that the emphasis is squarely on drip feeding us with delightful experiences that will be hard to forget. The evening sets dreamily, bringing the mystique alive and I begin to savour the moments, ready to fall in the world again. I am a seasoned bon viveur, always in search of some sparkle after all! The interiors are done handsomely- treated wood, high ceilings, cane laced fans, and an unstinting expanse of windows giving a panoramic view of the alfresco dining area. What’s not to love here. Sit at the wooden bar up front and enjoy a pre Prandial cocktail. OR assemble a meal from an array of absurdly good dishes OR pop in late if you wish to rub shoulders with the hyper conscious local millennial businessmen.. the who’s who! It’s good to be reminded that one can savour a meal at a high end dining room without really breaking a bank. With Akshay Arora in the driving seat and Chef Sufiyaan taking the reins in the kitchen, expect a creative variation of some humble Mexican delicacies and some international classics. Gentrification comes to all food, sooner or later, as the once casual food veers towards a stylish makeover. The existing trend of high brow comfort food, often created by star chefs, shows no signs of subsiding. Yet we were inclined towards a bowl of super crisp truffle fries and a humble Mac and Cheese much more just because it provided the traditional comfort effortlessly. Addictive, both! Similarly the freshness of the Citrus salad was a perfect antidote to the warmth in the May air. A well done salad will always meet with my total approval. The spice rich Chicken Wings is something that one will go again for, just for the zing that it leaves on your tongue till long after you are done with it. The welcome recourse is to wash it down with semi large swigs of the Pineapple and Basil flavoured cocktail. Curiosity and perfectionism have spurred this young team towards conceptual innovations. The duo neither seems to rest on previous laurels nor are intimidated by what others have achieved before. There is an undercurrent of a fanatical ambition that propels Akshay to claim his name in the field of culinary delights. At 23, his supreme gift may not be all the wisdom of this World, but his eloquence and drive is indisputably warm and inspiring. The boyish charm is a bonus. This got to be THE HOTTEST table in town. Even though the intention is NOT to beat the titans of the city’s dining establishments, it might just be a possibility. Blaase’ is built to last.

The ambiance is good and rare to find in city restaurants. Food is okay and can revamp the menu, service is good . It's more of a hang out & Instagram place . Valet parking available

Really nice place.. 10/10 for ambience. Although food taste isn't that good because of which one star is missing... It's not that quality isn't good but I'm particularly saying about taste. Great place if one is seaking a private space cause huts offers a private experience without any disturbance...
