Rosy is a master in the kitchen and Imbakanth adds very interesting facts about the health benefits around the food and spices. They're really a great combo.
You can tell them if you would like to cook something special. We made Dosa, uttapam, fried cauliflower with sambar and coconut chutney. Amazing taste and so fun to be inside the kitchen cooking genuine Indian food.

Today we had the best lunch of all our stays in India. Imbakanth & Rosy are amazing hosts with so much knowledge of food, spices and products for cooking purposes. The food is fresh and so well cooked while having an informational conversation. We would definitely recommend the Spicy Madurai workshop!

Rosy, she s so kind and sweetheart who taught me cooking so tasty and yummy n few tips on cooking like batter preparation as well as masala powder etc.., she doesn't hesitate teaching how many times I ask for doubts. They do provide accommodation n I stayed 5 days, their place was really peace which made me feel like home, their family each and everyone are so sweet and treated me as their family member😍 Spicy Madurai I would highly recommend who s looking out for learn cooking.

On a trop aimé notre classe de cuisine dans la maison de cette belle famille. Le menu qu’on a fait était pas trop compliqué et délicieux, en plus très bien expliqué pour le préparer a la maison après le retour. On a passé un super soirée et je recommande vivement cette expérience!!
とてもあたたかくフレンドリーな夫婦の料理教室だった。事前に連絡をとってリクエストしていたバン・ポロタ（マドゥライの名物パン）、メドゥ・ワダに加え、ポテト・カレーとケサリというスイーツの作り方を教わった。ワダの生地が手にくっついて不細工なワダを量産してしまったが、夫婦が横から大丈夫！いいよいいよ！ベリーグッド！とエールを送ってくれてとても楽しく作ることができた。料理についての知識も豊富でいろいろ教えてもらい勉強になった。
とても丁寧にハイクオリティな料理を教えていただきました！ホストの2人の人柄も素晴らしく、充実した時間を過ごすことができます。
