What a gem! Absolutely delicious food. Unfortunately, we found this place on our last day in Tarkarli. The food was made fresh and was extremely tasty. The spice level was also customized. I went with my family and had kombdi vade thali, surmai thali, prawns thali. The food was hot , flavorful, and delicious. The portion size was right, too. Solkadhi had the right amount of spice. Seafood was fresh and the prawns were really super sized. We also got a plate of modak which were out of this world. Overall we had a great experience. The ambiance, location, and the service is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly couple run this hotel. They are so polite, kind, and very simple. Lots of parking space available. Their accommodation is under construction but the rooms are huge and have attached bathroom. Location close to the beach and centrally located. Wish we could have more meals at this place. You will not be disappointed, amazing food.
Must try when in Tarkarli. Fresh fish (pomfret, King Fish and Bangda (Mackerel)), ukdi modak and veg thali was tasty as well❣️

Modak is awesome , size is really big ....and very juicy....
We visited again Malvan -Tarkali, Swati's food is one of the reason for visit again, they served freshly homemade food, we tried almost most of the authentic recipes during our visit,like ghavne/amboli chatani, Rasatale shevaya & Ghavne, Modak & all kinds of fish thalis, all are superb.

Awesome experience.... authentic malvani food treat for foodies..They do provide Modak , a sweet delicious 🤤 starter which is served in warm banana shaped dish. The menu consist of Veg thali, egg thali, prawns thali, surmai thali, bangada thali, paplet thali, crab 🦀 thali.
We can taste authentic taste of Malvan through their curries.They also provide Kombadi vade which goes wonderful with malvani chicken 🍗...I can recommend crab thali as it's my personal favourite from this place.
Must try restaurant in Devbag/Malvan. Ambience is not fancy but it's clean. Food is authentic and has a homely taste to it. Quantity and quality both are top notch. Hygeine is maintained quite well in the kitchen. Service is bit slow but totally worth the time and money. Highly recommend!
I'm basically a vegetarian person. The lady owner who is genuinely a loving person, helped me to chose different varieties
and I got good tasty veg food. She served us freshly cooked food .
Ras Shevaya which is now nearly extinct traditional delicacy; was just awesome. So also Ukdiche Modak. Other family members loved fish variety- especially prawns masala...👌
My experience was a delight , I had the surmai fry thali. It was absolutely flavourful and delicious. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was quite calm and nice.
We stayed at vayaria malvan for 2days . We found hotel Swati next to hotel kinaara. We had breakfast and dinner both there Amboli ghavan chutni was too good fabulous ,Malvani cusine like fish thali was awesome and delicious....Must try once
