I visit Chique Shanti every year. It is a must visit property. The experience was surreal. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We tried the French onion soup which was simply amazing 🤩 And some other Continental dishes fish sizzler which had two huge portions of modso fish a must try! And also the paneer (3 large pieces) mushroom sizzler which was ohhhh so really good because the paneer was extremely fresh and the mushrooms too. The spinach mushroom was well prepared and delicious. The Greek salad could use a little more zest with a little olive oil by the side though but it was decent.
The service is prompt and friendly that's important as it creates a great dining experience. However it just needs the right scintillating music playing as in their beach restaurant and I feel like it will happen soon. they're currently sprucing up the chill out zone on the upper level which I hope will have a unique relaxing vibe to laze around a bit longer.
This place at the front has just reopened up they also have a beach restaurant inside with a similar menu but different kitchens equally good
We enjoyed the close attentiveness of the new Captain Kumar, he always has a smile and a pleasant personality. Sonu and Shanti who run the place are truly blessed and Shanti is such a vibrant welcoming person. Do ask and meet her 😀
