I head to this place to relish a good south Indian veg thali. Had it many times and have never been disappointed so far. Clean and hygienic. Do try. P.S.: it's available only in the afternoons for lunch.
The best place for a good vegetarian feast in mlore.
Well it's situated in Ocean pearl Hotel, Mangalore and hence the ambience is pretty good. The food offcourse would be a delight for Vegetarians, it's well maintained and the staff are cordial and all and all a good place to dine in for the hardcore veggies.
Decent place.. although i found sagar ratna in north are better operated than here, in its home town. Food is nice and tasty.. it can get crowded on weekends.

Sagar Ratna restaurant is located at The Ocean Pearl Hotel, Kodailbail. This restaurant is famous for their vegetarian food. We ordered their vegetarian south Indian thali. Thali consists of tomato soup,puri, white rice, curry, sambar, rasam, curd and dessert. I have a very small complaint about their curry. They should provide more number of curries instead of giving two types of Dal and butter milk. Other than that taste was excellent and food quality was great. You can choose either gulabjamun or Ice Cream for dessert. Ambience was good and service was quick. This place is also really pocket friendly.
I love this place to have my daily breakfast or 11am snacks. Very hiegenic, polite and friendly staffs and their services.
One who comes here must try Idli sambar (dip}), poori and saagu and wide varieties of dosas.
Been frequenting the place for ages now. Their Mysore Masala Dosa is top-of-the-line. Not to forget, their coffee is splendid too. Highly recommended.

Crowded space. I visited it for the navaratri thali but just missed it by one day. Nevertheless, I could relish on their north Indian thali. As a desert lover , I was a bit disappointed when they asked me to choose between gulab jamoon and ice cream. I wanted to have both both😄. Tomato soup was super creamy and delicious.

We visited in group for lunch here. Good ambiance, sevice is good. Food is excellent. We tried different soups all were good. Starters come in less quantity but taste is awesome. Butter naan, Butter Paneer masala , Channa masala, Veg Kolhapuri everything was so good.
Noodles, Haandi Biriyani on next level. Since lunch was served bit slowly we had to wait a lot for next dishes, at the same time we got time to chat alot. 10/10 for food taste, quality and service
Amazing experience with amazing food. My all time favourite here is a masala dosa with a cup of coffee! Recommend to try their Amazing Chats which they prepare right in front of you, but tastes like street style(from 4pm on wards)
A nice family restaurant to have a variety of food from different cuisines ranging from South Indian to North Indian, Chinese and continental as well. The ambience is good too, and the service is quick. The place is clean and hygienic and well maintained. The prices are affordable.

Navarathri thaali was good but not great. I expected better items. Service was a bit slow. I liked the Navarathri decorations. Overall I had a good time.
Wonderful veg restaurant in heart of the city. The restaurant is premium with beautiful interiors and humble staff. The food is delicious and the price is surprisingly more than reasonable. Service is fast, both offline and online mode of payment available. Valet parking is available too.
Atmosphere & ambience best in Mangaluru. Food quality is excellent. Service is good. I suggest having competitive items in thali. Customers compare and expect the best items in thali.
Everything so nice about this restaurant. One of the best in the country. My mom is 75yo and disabled. This restaurant need no stairs or elevators. She said the taste was so delicious that made my day 😍 food was not that expensive too. Ambience was great too.
