Excellent food, very helpful staff, quick service. Overall enjoyed my visit and Longuinhos.
Excellent Pork. Taste the culture of Goa
Used to visit this place in the 90s and returned after 20years. It still has the same nostalgic vibe of the 90s carried over and the Goan food is still packed with authentic flavors
Known for its authentic Goan dishes.
Tried pork chops- very juicy and flavourful pork
and also had Eclairs - a typical goan dessert - baked with the perfect amount of custard.
Only had issues with flies around the seating area
One of the most iconic eateries in Goa . Located at the heart of Goa it truly has the essence of Goa in its food. Located near Margao market, this restaurant is one of the oldest places in the area. They serve authentic goan dishes at very reasonable rates.
Service was ok ok as the waiter was not friendly.
Hi...Went to Longuinho's on a rainy night in July. It's in the market area in Margao. Got parking easily. The place was getting renovated, so we went to a smaller room by the side.
Started with squid batter fry, then had pork chilly with rice, and finished with a caramel custard. See the pictures.
A multi cuisine restaurant with local specialities, regular Indian and Chinese.
Loved this place. One of the best local restaurant in Goa. Their Goan dishes are delicious. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try local Goan cuisine. Their beef crumbs chop should definitely be tired.
After 30 yrs went with my wife n mother in law after 40 years patronized this old Goan restaurant
We ordered beers, fish fingers, tandoori chicken, beef steak n pork chops. Over the years, the taste of steak n chops has remained the same, and old waiters (staff) were still serving. It's a nostalgic place very often linked to old memories. Keep it up
Delicious goan food that's unassuming and Casual. It's brings back good old memories! Love it!
Longuinhos is a 73 year establishment serving excellent Goan food.
I've been visiting this place for the last 45 years and almost nothing has changed during this time. The place is the same, the food is the same and some of the staff is probably the same.
They proudly serve Goan food (pork, beef, etc.) which is now mostly frowned upon in upscale restaurants as Indians generally don't eat pork or beef. But I am not complaining!
45 years ago, this was the top destination for fine dining. It is right across the Civil Registrar office. When families would come to register their marriages, a celebratory lunch at Luonguinhos was a given (a splurge for sure, but worth every rupee)
Over the years, I must have tried all their dishes. Highly recommended if you want authentic Goan food.
Enjoyed food here. Go for pork vindaloo pork sorpatel. Beef chilly and if you are visiting nine summer then have goan urrak with lime and green chillies mixed with water or Limca
Cosy place with soothing instrumental music. Takes you back in time 🕰️
About food: we ordered King fish curry 🍛 and puff.
King fish curry was awesome. Lime soda was good too
