After trying various sand laced kulcha's in the region, i gave this one a try after going through the photographs, and i was not disappointed, Food was great, packaging good be better but can't argue since the price is light on the pocket!

Amritsari Kulcha Paaji.... Di Taste of Amritsar. Amritsari kulcha is a traditional Punjabi Recipe and originated in Punjab. This is kind of desi-Pizza, Stuffed with masala Potatoes. Kulcha is delicious Indian recipe served as a main or breakfast. Basically kulcha make in a clay tandoor. When baked, it's usually rubbed with butter or desi ghee and eaten with spicy Chole(chickpeas curry).. come and taste the real Amritsari Kulcha in mohali.'

We tried two kulchas .its good in taste but there is so much crowd .we have to wait for 30 mints for our order .but they provide good service we eat in our car .one of these boy give us our order.
