Service time needs to be improved since we had to wait a lot to get our food.
The vibe at this place is awesome, and the grub is on point. The main dishes totally live up to their hype, but watch out 'cause some Thai dishes can be a bit on the mild side. Do a little digging if you're feeling adventurous. The noodles are bomb, but I can't vouch for the meaty stuff since I stuck to veggie options.
Honestly, skip the café menu, especially the pizzas and pastas. It's not their strong suit.
Just a heads up, all the portions are huge and meant for two, so don't go overboard when ordering - you'll end up with leftovers for days.
Definitely go for the legit Asian dishes and soak in the whole experience; the service is top-notch too.
Kalsang Cafe and restaurant location 3B2 Mohali. Best place to eat authentic thia and Chinese food. Ambience was awesome. Enough sitting space. It was fully occupied at the time we visited. Staff was really friendly. We ordered, curry Veg Momos, Hunny Chilly Potato, Veg chilly Garlic Noodles with Veg gravy Manchurian, Veg Spring Rolls, cafe latte and also fresh lime soda. Momos were not so good however rest all dishes were so delicious and very well cooked. Loved the taste and quantity was also sufficient. Coffee was awesome. Would definitely visit again to try more dishes on the menu. Prices are reasonable. We were 5 people and bill was around 2300 INR which we found reasonable. Would 200% Recommend.
This Cafe is famous for its authentic Chinese cuisine, hence I tried it for the first time at Mohali branch.
I loved the atmosphere and customer service offered by staff Ms Rekha, however, I am not impressed by their food.
We ordered for devil momos and special noodles, I didn't find it impressive and pretty hot.
This was my first ever visit to Kalsang . It was an amazing experience. The food was sumptuous , well cooked , decent amount of portion . Highly recommended dish - Fish Fry in Hot Garlic sauce… (Starters) the ambience was also good . Staff was respectful. Mr. SARAT was looking after us and did a commendable job by taking orders on time to getting dishes on time . Good work by team Kalsang !

I loved the place, the ambience of the place is very nice, they have two floors, ground and first floor. If someone wanted authentic Chinese, Thai, Korean and Tibetan food then they can visit this place and they would love the place as we do. We had vegetable Mokthuk, Vegetable Thukpa, Vegetable Devil Momo, Ice Bubble Coffee and Strawberry smoothie, everything was nice and very authentic. I really would recommend this place and will visit again for sure.
I tried pancakes and ramen, I would rate ramen 3.5/5 (because I prefer spicy food and found the ramen a bit tasteless) and the pancakes were on point.
The atmosphere and service given were 5/5.
KalSang is a great place for affordable, delicious Asian food. They offer a variety of dishes from Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese Cuisine. This one particularly has a Cafe with Bubble Tea which is decent, I tried the strawberry, mango and coconut milk teas and the coconut one was the best of them all. Great options for non vegetarians as well. Tried Vegetables Momos, 4 vegetable chop suey and both were great.
