Phenomenal staffing concept with great culinary experience. Having these superlative legends serving with a huge smile makes you feel even better when you visit here. Butter chicken & Biryani is a must try here. Valet parking available

This place had been on my wishlist for a very long time. Finally got a chance to visit for a get together with friends. We tried sweet potato chat (highly recommended), mushroom kebabs & a combo of Indian style tacos. Veg menu does not have many options but whatever is available is unique and super tasty. Although the staff cannot speak, they are trained well to deliver the best service. They also give you a sign card to take along.

Mirchi & Mine boasts a unique and admirable concept with a good ambiance. The wait staff, who are hearing and speech-impaired, provide exceptional service using sign language. The menu includes clear instructions on how to communicate your order, and the staff is well-trained to assist in every way possible. We tried tandoori potato and paneer tacos, and these dishes were delicious. While the food is pricey, the quality and presentation are excellent. Nevertheless, the menu is somewhat limited. Overall, the dining experience is pleasant and heartwarming, with a memorable touch of inclusivity.

The restaurant staff is mostly people with hearing disorders. Their special power is Sign Language. The servers are very attentive and prompt to anticipate your needs. The food is delicious. Check out the photos. The lollipop chicken is very spicy! I loved it.

The ‘Mirchi & Mime Powai, one of the favourite hangout place for Bombay people. As you enter the place, a magnificent setting, a delightful vibes and the luxuries of modernity welcome you. Sitting in any table, you have a wonderful view of the interior -like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth- watering starters. I had paneer seekh, Dori Kabab, Stuffed Mushrooms & chicken tikka tacos accompanied by refreshing mock-tails . They were exquisite. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of homemade food. The chefs take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. What a pity that the service does not accompany the high quality of the cooking. You can hardly get a smile out of the waiters. And not to forget, this is the first of its kind in India, served exclusively by speech & hearing-impaired service staff. Despite the high price of the food, I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours. For this reason, I highly recommend going to the this place.

We had a lovely evening at Mirchi and Mime. The atmosphere was good. Staff was friendly and their service was excellent. I would 100% recommend everyone to visit this place once.

I recently visited Mirchi and Mime for lunch, located in Powai next to Bayroute, and it left quite an impression on me. What sets this restaurant apart is its noble mission to employ specially abled individuals who are deaf and mute, making it a meaningful and heartwarming place to support. In terms of ambiance, Mirchi and Mime offers a pleasant atmosphere with attractive interiors, a well-designed bar counter, and comfortable furnishings. While it may not be considered high-end, it certainly surpasses the expectations of most diners. The staff, despite their hearing impairment, displayed remarkable attentiveness and a cheerful demeanor, which added to the overall charm of the place. Now, onto the food. Mirchi and Mime serves a variety of traditional Indian dishes like paneer, mushroom, dal roti, and biryani, though it doesn't venture into exotic culinary territory. The taste of the dishes is fair, falling into the average category. However, the presentation of the food is commendable. The mocktails, while not outstanding, are satisfactory, and the desserts stand out as a highlight. Cost-wise, Mirchi and Mime offers reasonable pricing, considering its prime location. Additionally, the convenience of valet parking enhances the overall experience. In conclusion, Mirchi and Mime is a restaurant worth visiting for its commendable mission, inviting ambiance, and reasonable pricing. While the food and mocktails may not be extraordinary, the warm atmosphere and friendly service from the specially-abled staff make it a meaningful dining experience. I would rate my overall experience between 3.5 to 4 stars, with the restaurant's mission deserving special recognition.

This place has great vibe, the staff here are having hearing and speech impaired yet they are prompt in their service and it’s a delightful experience to interact with time in sign language. The food is delicious, we ordered water chestnut and corn tikki which are very creamy and tasty. Kari chicken tikka was also tender and fresh. For mains we ordered mutton Nalli Nihari, the meat was tender and juicy. Overall great experience, delicious food and it’s worth the visit.

I am visiting this restaurant quite often as the menu is innovative n every dish is unique be it starters or dessert even the gulabjamun rabdi combination is real treat though I didn’t enjoy the halwa combination dessert which consist of 3 halwa including gajar dudhi n beetroot. For the main course we ordered stuffed paneer kulcha, spinech dumpling gravy which I enjoyed throuly. Ghee Dal was good but need to improve a bit. Dal kichdi was tasty. Paneer kabab was okay. Overall I liked the menu but tastwise there is room for improvement. Now coming to ambiance. The restaurant is clean n vibes are good. They have outdoor sitting arrangements also. The staff are helpful specially all the restaurants manager look after the guest n make sure to get the order on time. So if u r in Powai do visit this restaurant for innovative dishes, great ambience n lovely vibes. U can follow me on insta @powailife n @ riyastravelgram.

The staff here is mostly hearing and speaking impaired but they do an exceptional job in taking the order and ensuring everything for you. The Celery Asparagus Soup was amazing and very nicely done. The celery flavor was exceptional. The Amritsari Stuffed Kulcha - nicely done, sweetened a bit, paneer stuffed mini Kulchas. 4 pieces per plate The corn water chestnut tikki - was nice, a lot of corn and a bit too sweet, but okay overall. Dal and Rice that we ordered for main course was also overall nicely done. paan gulkaand Kulfi - this was simply amazing, kulfi layered with the regular pan and served with gulkaand on the side. Overall, great experience, very friendly and courteous staff. Definitely worth it

My family and I visited the Powai location prior to the pandemic and we were looking forward to going back. This time around, I wanted my two sons to enjoy the unique experience with the staff. The food was exceptional, the tepla tacos will always be my favorite. The service was off-the-charts, with a lot of care given to my elderly parents. I have recommended this restaurants to all my friends who plan to visit Mumbai.

Good restaurant. Unique in its own way. Good vibe, good Location and great staff. We ordered veg food. The taste was fine, but potion seems to have got smaller over the time or we felt so. You need reservations for this place. Normally in slots of 1 to 2hrs. Tables are good for smaller groups.. A good place to experience.

Visited Mirchi and Mime, Powai two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The food, the service and the ambience were all exceptional. This place is usually crowded on weekends. Sitaphal Pannacotta (sugar-free) is a must try. But, thalapakatti mutton biriyani was too spicy and not authentic.
Mano Thiagarajan
One of THE BEST dining experiences in Mumbai. I felt very touched by their way in employing specially challenged people as their waiters. Presentation is just fantastic and it tastes even better. Love to visit them again. Must visit place for all.

We went there for team lunch. Speech and Hearing impaired waiters serves food here and they understand sign language. The concept is quite new and excellent. You will not face any issue the staff is well trained. Talking about food, food was delicious and the way they garnish dish is quite impressive. Its a great restaurant to dine with varieties of great food , however the 10% service charge levied on the bill does not make sense because additionally with the tip amount the end customer pays close to 25-30 % extra altogether there by making the dining experience a little bit expensive. The staff are wonderfully trained and great !!
Bala Suruthikeshan
outstanding hospitality from excellent staff. one of the best indian fusion cuisine in mumbai. we had a great time here
Shohini Bhattacharjee Batra

The food selection is very interesting and what you get on your plate is pleasing. I like the idea that the owner gives the less fortunate a means of income. There owe to be more places like this on the planet- not just in India. I learned a few words in Indian sign language. Kingfisher Ultra in sign language will stay with me forever.

This is a really good place to have a great food and dine with your loved ones . the staff is very good basically they are (deaf n dumb) and they really do their jobs very well....i loved their way of communication a lot.<br/><br/>>Things we had :-<br/><br/>1) Chicken seekh kebab:<br/>Damn bro what a taste of kebabs ... just perfect chef work over there ...loved it max <br/><br/>2) Chicken angara:<br/>One of the famous dishes ....perfect taste and perfect amount of spices added properly cooked .<br/><br/>

Eyeing on this place since a long time when I shifted to Powai. Had to wait in the queue almost everytime because the place was so busy the whole time. Finally got a chance to visit on 9th December 2019, the food is simply incredible. I came to know they recently shut the services permanently. I wish they come back and provide with the same tasty food and quality service.

Finally I managed to visit the much talked about place Mirchi & Mime. And the experience makes it absolutely worth it. <br/>We weren't sure what the word 'mime' stood for till the time we were told that all the servers here are hearing and speech impaired.<br/>The way their hospitality works is something really special. With such smiling gestures they show you how to order and take your order with sign language.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>It's an amazing concept which has enabled people with disabilities to work successfully in the food industry. <br/>So coming to the food, we ordered their chicken lolipops.<br/>These weren't like the normal chicken lolipops we have.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>If you are a spice lover, be ready to experience the World's Hottest Chilli pepper here. Bhut Jhokolia - Gost peppers - has 400 times more heat than the Tabasco sauce. 🌶🌶<br/>Another remarkable thing about the dish - Lolipops are NOT FRIED! Yeah, these steamed lolipops are coated well with sauce made from tangy tomatoes and ghost pepper and then coated with papad crumbs to give it a crunch when you bite in.<br/><br/>I would rate this a 4.5/5 😊❤️

A very well spent lunch time. Best food I have eaten in a few years. A must visit if you love your food.

My all time favorite... Can go anytime of the day, week, month and year. No special occasions needed, no excuses. Known for its special cause of employing super talented people, albeit with speech and hearing problems (sorry for using that word, I. Don't see it as a problem at all!). The staff is super courteous, and watching them do their thing makes me so so happy each time I go there. Kudos to the 2 lads who've conceptualized this!<br/>Now coming to the food.: curated dishes with a modern spin. Sorted in a 2X2 array to make It easier to communicate with the servers, each category has a limited number of cracking dishes. You can try the duck seekh (which I haven't found anywhere else in the country), the mutton shorba with the so so delicious nan topping and the malai pepper kabab. The spicy orange mocktail is an absolute hit and it will leave you craving for more.<br/>For the mains, and wait for it, I may sound a tad bit boring, but I've only and only gone for the raw mango prawn curry with jhaituni rice. Nothing else, period. I've once ordered for 3 portions, and still craved for more. Raw mango prawn curry is a common dish found in many keralite and manglorean joints, but the one at MnM is the Phoenix, it's god level. Nothing comes close!<br/>Desserts are also good, the portions are gargantuan, especially the Eaton Mess. I've generally not gone much to the desserts section, and hence cannot dive too deep.<br/>My strong recommendation : there are very few joints in the city you fall in love with, this is one of them. I'm sure many of you come across situations where you keep thinking where to go and get confused in the end. Well, for those moments, there's Mirchi n Mime!

When called up , they told us no table booking .<br/>When we reached , they told us there is table booking reservation. We had to leave from there. Bad experience.
Souvik Ghosh
The Food their is amazing. Prices are reasonable and ambience is superb. The Amritsari Fish Tikka and Dori Kebabs were absolutely lip smackingly good
Shantanu Bhattacharya
I ordered mutton curry and mutton biryani to accompany. While the gravy was fine, the meat cooked didn't do justice. The biryani was more of a masala bhaat. The sweet dish - an assortment of halwa was brutally priced when compared to the portion and the taste. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Siddhesh
#tastyfood first of all whatever we ordered here was delicious..food was tasty presentation was nice and tempting..the staff here is deaf and dumb we need to use sign language ..they all were so courteous and helpful..we had an year old baby with us they arranged a high chair so its #babyfriendly.<br/>Overall beautiful and tasteful experience.we had<br/>rajwadi vegetable, kali miri chicken kebab, kukkarwala kukkad.

The venue is beautiful, and staff are lovely. The food is incredible, and would eat again. However the experience we were left with wasn’t worth bothering again. Which is a real shame as without our experience with the manager on duty, everything was spot on.<br/><br/>Our party of six were rushed throughout the second half of our lunch experience. We were advised prior to being sat that the venue is closing for the afternoon and we were encouraged to place all orders at once. Understandably we did. What we didn’t know, was that we were going to be told to hurry up every 10 or so minutes by the manager on duty. To add, this wasn’t after we had finished eating, it was while we had food, and drinks still on our table.<br/><br/>In my opinion, if the venue is about to close we should have been given a time frame before we would have to vacate the tables, or not let us in at all. Worse than not eating at all, is to eat in this beautiful environment being rushed along the way while we still had food in our plates, and drinks in our glasses.

Went recently to celebrate our marriage anniversary to this over hyped place. We heard a lot about it so thought of trying. The reception lady said we have 90 min to finish the meal and after that table will be released. I was surprised how they calculate the meal finishing time. Anyways we went inside and realized that many staff members who were wearing mute T-shirts could speak properly. The guy recommended set menu and we went for it. We never had so pathetic food in life, the veg kolhapuri was cooked in coconut gravy and Mirchi salan was blend. Since it was a set menu the breads were complimentary, we asked to send some butter Nan and the waiter said it will be charged, we will only serve rotis.. Just to make turnaround fast they were removing plates even while we were eating.. Even water wasn't served on time and we had to ask multiple times. Finally I gave feedback to the manager and he was least bothered. Seems it's a regular feedback for them. <br/>Sheer waste of money and time. They spoiled our anniversary dinner. Will not recommend to anyone.

The place has amazing vibes and the service is extraordinary. The staff is very warm and overall a great fine dine avenue for both family and friends.

The beauty of this place not only lies in the fact the staff here are differently-abled (yes, they employ just deaf and dumb people) who greet and serve you with a big smile every time you step inside but also the mouthwatering food. They serve amazing prawns, kebabs, and curries that won't stop you from licking your fingers

One of my favorite restaurant in Mumbai with one of the Best Ambience and the most wonderful staff and dining experience. The Staff here needs to be communicated in sign language and it is one of the different things about this outlet that how things can be wonderfully communicated in sign language and they can carry out all the processes efficient despite all their differentness. Genuinely, a pleasant location and the food here is amazing. The Kebabs - Yellow Mirchi Tikka, the Naan, the Gravies - Cookerwaala Kukkad Masala. Had different type of Biryani - Sufiyan Biryani. It was Brilliant, the light spices with its aromatic fragnance were wonderful. In desserts the Mousse Cake was delicious. I even loved that initially I had ordered a prawn starter but sometime later they got back to inform they couldn't present it because it wasn't fresh according to their standards and generally sub standard outlets end up serving it. The dining experience here was memorable. Another important note, MAKE SURE YOU BOOK IN ADVANCE. You wouldn't get tables if you go directly, the place is usually fully booked and for weekends try to book a week in advance. This outlet is a must visit in Mumbai.

The staff is very sweet and helpful. The service is quick. The food is very delicious. We ordered masala lemonade, berry pomegranate granita waterchestnut and corn tikki, fennel rawas, Dori kabab, mean gaasi, rice and glass papad. Everything was perfect. The quality of food and quantity. Each dish is sufficient for 3 people.<br/>Thank you Rajesh who helped making everything memorable.

Mirchi n mime is vibrant loud noisy nice ambience bustling<br/>Unique in that they employ deaf n dumn people giving them a chance at a respectable livelihood<br/>Stuffed mini kulchas were not great in taste, the stuffing was bland<br/>Corn off the cob bhel was decent munchy sort<br/>Yellow mirchi tikka was tender, decent taste<br/>Fennel rawas tikka, fish was beautifully cooked just crumbling off the fork good taste<br/>Cafreal prawns were crunchy, good taste 8/10<br/>Ram mango prawn curry was good but not great<br/>Angara chicken was decent<br/>Cookerwala chicken was good, decent hit of spice nicely cooked ,hot 8/10<br/>Sri Lankan jaggery pudding and sitaphal panacotta were both okish ,the panacotta was flat in taste<br/>The nutella and toffee tart with ice cream ,good pie, tasted good with ice cream, nice balance of flavor ,the overpowering of the chocolate tart balanced by the ice cream<br/>Well it was good experience<br/>The staff is courteous, polite, serving is fast ,portions are good ,place is clean, perfect for a family

Sorry about this review.Love the concept and i really want them to do well hence this honest feedback.Had to catch up with a friend for an imp business chat so we decided Mirchi & Mime, had heard its great for food and also the concept is nice.<br/><br/>The way i usually order is to ask advise from the steward/ person who is speaking with me because its their show and they know what people love, come there for. And of the options recommended, i choose some in a relatively quick time window. <br/><br/>'Hit Items' recommended (on asking) were White Pepper Chicken, Sufiana Chicken Biryani and Nalli Nihari Mutton.<br/><br/>My fault for not going deeper on palate. It so turned out that both Chicken were white/ cream base and / hence/ sweet in nature. Not best suitable for Butter Naan. Then to save the dinner we ordered Chicken Kukkad (Punjabi) while while being red curry was not upto par. Its not just being white or sweet--- the dishes werent tasty. So we practically left most of the food. Nalli Nihari too was not upto par.<br/><br/>The servers and a lot of management were surprised and trying to makeup. They discounted the bill too. <br/><br/>Learnings when ordering in a place when you go the first time - ask where its on the spice palate. <br/><br/>The cocktails were excellent. The marks are for cocktails and intention of the concept.<br/><br/>There are other feedback too, but it will take away from the main points.<br/><br/>Sorry about this review.

Firstly, we were too impressed to see they are particular about the time of the reservations, staff was amazing, service was outstanding. Secondly the ambience was lovely, last but not the least, we ordered mutton soup, fish tikka, dori kebab, prawn curry rice and the highlight was sri lankan jaggery pudding, i have not had such delicious food in a very very long time! Highly recommended !

We had Omkar assigned to us and what a service! Delectable food, smiling and endearing faces, a learning moment for the customers, a warm and welcoming staff...and what more can I say? A shoutout to the silence of the sign language, where everyone comes together, to make Mirchi and Mime, a place to be in. Three Cheers to this innovative concept and to the one’s who crafted and implemented the Menu!!

😍 Mirchi & Mime ( Do reservation to avoid long waiting)<br/><br/>🕹️- Powai<br/><br/>This place is just amazing I Loved their innovative idea of hire staff who can't speak or can't hear..food u can order with sign mentioned on menu card or else u can put the finger on food item like this they take orders...<br/>AMBIENCE is good, soft instrumental music , Interior they have decorate with recipe on wall like that idea,my visit experience was good... In food limited variety but so unique dishes & in taste all food was delicious...<br/><br/>My order menu was:<br/><br/>🍹Mocktails -<br/>Flavoured Virgin Mojito (Cranberry) - 5/5*<br/><br/>🍢 Starter-<br/>Suran Sarson Pasanda - 4/5*<br/><br/>Stuffed Mini Kulchas - 5/5*<br/><br/>🍱 Main Course<br/><br/>*Sabji* - Nehru Place Paneer - 4/5*<br/><br/>With Roti<br/><br/>🍮 Dessert<br/><br/>Sitafal Pinnacotta - 4/5*<br/><br/>Surely recommended 👍

✅ 8. Mirchi and Mime. (Now off the bucket list)<br/><br/>Dinner at a special place! Mirchi and Mime is a place where specially abled angels (mute and deaf) are employed. All the people working, do their job with utmost efficiency and dedication. It was pure joy to watch these brave hearts shape their own destiny. Kudos to these angels and ofcourse to the owners for coming up with this beautiful idea of social entrepreneurship.<br/><br/>PS: With me in the picture, is Binchappa, he is an absolute funny person who loves King Kong and imitating a gorilla. He took complete care of us last night at this must visit restaurant in Mumbai.<br/>If you're in Mumbai, it's not a bad idea to eat great food and contribute to society! ❤️

Mirchi and mime is a restaurant alert at Powai.I visited this restaurant last Sunday for lunch. They have outdoor seatings as well as indoor seatings.<br/><br/>Restaurant mainly serves Northindian and southindian cuisine.<br/><br/>Restaurant staff is very polite .I specially loved their concept of hiring deaf and mute staff.I must say they are extremely polite and sharp. They actually teach power of sign language.I was quite touched by their warm hospitality and super service. You can order your dish visa sign language or pointing at the dish from menu .Also love their silent clap celebrations which they do for their guests on special occassions of birthday <br/><br/>Coming to variety of dishes i tried here <br/><br/>Starters <br/><br/>Mushroom Galouti -Highly recommended for mushroom lovers.Simply melts in mouth kinda feel.<br/><br/>Loved it <br/><br/>Goat cheese poppers-Absolute Bhavnagri style dish.Delight for cheese lovers <br/><br/>Main course <br/><br/>Nehru place paneer methi makhani -A neatly prepared curry dish with sundried tomato.Tried this with butter naan.Satisfying dish <br/><br/>Dessert <br/><br/>Trio of halwa tartlets -Gajar halwa, moongdal halwa and doodhi halwa. One of each with malai ice cream <br/><br/>Overall a decent place to enjoy your meal.Pricing is also reasonable <br/><br/>Check it out when around Powai <br/><br/>Saumil Shah

While the food is certainly decent, it's not anything which makes me want to go back. Also the soup is pretty ridiculous in both the way it tastes and the way it is presented in dumb square boxes. I appreciate the service provided and the courteous staff.

The staff are the most courteous and humble people I have ever met. Our servers Nilesh and Noor are exceptionally polite who made our experience memorable!<br/><br/>The quality of food was definitely worth the price. How often do you visit a place that fills up your stomach and your heart? This is the just the place to be! A super courteous and wonderfully efficient staff serving some of the best delicacies.<br/>While you enjoy your quiet meal here, do try the chicken almond soup and the sweet corn chaat. Chicken lollypop is delicious, super spicy and definitely not for the faint hearted. The cooker wala chicken is a perfect dish to enjoy with roti or steamed rice.<br/>Desserts are limited but they are a delight! We especially loved the nutella tart with ice cream!<br/>Table reservation is highly recommended if you want to avoid the long waiting hours.

Well wanted to visit this place as I had heard a lot about it. So finally we were here. The place is amazing great ambience and everything is done using sign language.<br/>However, they need to focus a bit on their menu instead of only worrying about their ambience. The menu even though looks so big, surprisingly not much variety is available. We had ordered white pepper tikka which was amazing and one sufiyani chicken biriyani which btw was an insult to "Biriyani". Even though we were informed that it was quite different from the regular biriyani, it was nothing like a Well wanted to visit this place as I had heard a lot about it. So finally we were here. Had called to book a table but surprisingly I was informed that there is a slot system where I can book a table from 6:30-9 PM! Who comes for dinner at 6:30 ! And if I reach by 8 or 8:30 I'm supposed to wrap up by 9 absolutely ridiculous.<br/>Then there's another slot from 9:30-11:30 PM. So again if you reach by 8:30 you cannot enter the restaurant till 9:30. Just that people are flocking to your place it doesn't mean you can create any such ridiculous deterrents. I hope you guys know that you are in hospitality industry.

It is the PLACE where you must visit if you are a food lover and you stay near Powai. It took me 3-4 months to get the first booking. The place is exotic, team is superb, food is fantastic. My son and his IIT professors & their family love this place. I go every 3-4 months to refreshen the taste buds.

Visited Mirchi and Mime with my family and have instantly fallen in love with this place. The food was a incredible blend of innovation and taste! Every dish on he menu is literally worth a try. We ate the Stuffed Kulcha, Achari Paneer, Amritsari fish tikka, Tandoor potato and Rajma with Chawal with balls. Each and every dish tasted so delicious and was finger-licking good. A special mention to the staff who've mustered over their difficulties and as their uniform says "My super power is Sign Language" They really stand up to it, make you feel very welcome and are the friendliest staff one could come across. Will definitely visit to try out more dishes :)

I had heard so much about this unique place where the servers, inspite being deaf and mute, offer amazing service. And they totally lived upto it. They have designed such a cool sign language for each server and also the entire menu. Besides all this, the food tastes awesome. The peppers with goat cheese was our favourite. Absolute loved the kaffir rasam, grandma’s pie, corn bhel, bagara baingan and the smoked dal. Couldn’t have asked for anything better than sitaphal pannacotta to end the meal... all in all a super experience and would definitely recommend a visit to all. Remember to book a table in advance else you will have to return disappointed

I was there with my team for a lunch and we were lucky to get a place. Its recommended to book a table because this place is always crowded as its based in the heart of powai. Ambience is classy.<br/>The best thing about staff is they are deaf and we to speak with them in sign language. These signs are mentioned in menu card specifically in front of the each dish. It was amazing experience to communicate with them.<br/>The food was offcourse yum. The chef personally came and asked us about the food.<br/>So, they offer you a la carte or fixed menu which is buffet. We did order variety in fixed menu and all the dishes were amazingly tasty. the quantity of fixed menu is so much that one person cannot finish all of it. The unique part of this fixed menu is while ordering you can replace one dish with other but this replacement is possible only once and have limited option to replace with.<br/>So if you are planning to go there for buffet please go empty stomach to enjoy it the fullest.<br/>Do visit.

So, I selected this place for my Mom's birthday party. She is a hardcore north Indian food lover and a friend of mine suggested this place. <br/><br/>Ambiance: It is beautiful place suggested right among many other good restaurants of Powai. Lovely seating arrangement and comfortable to sit for hours at a stretch. <br/><br/>Service: Never have I ever seen such a courteous, polite, cheerful and the most amazing staff ever in my life at any restaurant. They even have sign languages on their menu cards to communicate with the Staff members. And they are so cheerful and happy. They make all kinds of jokes and keep the tables lively. Once incident that I could vividly remember - We went for the Bhut Jaloka Chicken lollipops. And damn, they were so spicy, that my sister and I were literally sweating. No amount of beer or bread was able to stop our tears. Then one of the staff members came and started motivating us in the most cute way that we can do it :). That was really amazing. <br/><br/>Food: No doubts here. Food is really amazing. We went for the <br/>1. Country Chicken Karahi<br/>2. Chicken Angara<br/>3. Cookerwala Kukad (my personal favorite - please do try it)<br/>4. Stuffed mini kulchas<br/>and I am pretty sure the rest of the dishes will also be awesome. <br/><br/>Thank you for the lovely experience. Really made our special night, more special.<br/><br/>Cheers!!
