Visited this place few days back for lunch and we had really nice dining experience I would say. Hilton undoubtedly is one of the finest brand when it comes to hospitality and impeccable f&b services. The brassiere by Hilton is one such creation by the team Hilton. They basically have this beautiful Brasserie cited at the basement of Hilton Mumbai which serves amazing food and beverages. They have buffet as well as a ala carte options to try. We opted for buffet as it was massive and had some incredible options to try. Talking about the ambience part it's plush and elegant and the premises are very well maintained overall. The buffet arena is very well arranged and it's easily accessible too. Coming to the experience of buffet, so they have really nice and wide spread options to choose from also we came to know that they have cyclic menu where in lunch and dinner dishes are altogether different. To start off they had two varieties of soups, salad counter where you can make your own salad, a proper salad counter wherein there were more than 8 types of salad, bread basket along with assorted cheese platter, For the appetizers they had mushroom tart, kalimiri paneer tikka, chicken tikka, fish tikka, chicken in chilli oyster sauce and what not. The mains were equally good consisting of Murgh lababdar, paneer lababdar, chicken biryani, barista pulao, Thai herb noodles, grilled chicken steak and lot many dishes where we had forgot the count. To my surprise every single thing over here was spot on and the critic in me couldn't find a single flaw. It was as good as it can get. Lastly the favourite part of every buffet which is dessert spread was very good too. They had decent 10-11 options in all and that's more than sufficient as they had carefully curated the menu in my opinion having mix of Indian as well as western Delicacies. We loved their jaggery milk cake , gulab jamun, rasmalai, chena toast, cheesecake and the list goes on and on. Hilton truly provides you one of a kind hospitality and the staff here is super duper helpful and attentive. Captain Aakash and Manager Manish made sure we have the best experience and we did have. With the perfect balance of great f&b and amazing hospitality Hilton is truly a great place to be. We will be coming here again super soon to try their A la Carte menu.

Recently I went to Brasserie - Hilton for their wonderful Buffet with my brother. The restaurant is located in 5 Star Hotel - Hilton, Andheri, Mumbai. The interiors are so beautiful here, they are very attractive. The corners of the restaurant are very picture friendly. ✨ They have a huge buffet which includes veg and non veg food including seafood also. We visited the brassiere in Hilton on my very special day, my 25th birthday! The ambience is so classy and rich. The ambience is full of chandeliers and white aesthetic, a white piano & Christmas tree decorations as well because I visited in December. They also have a pool side right outside the restaurant. Now on to the food: we took a buffet which was amazing and had a good variety of everything! We had starters like honey, chilli, potato and Paneer tikka, cheese spread including cheddar cheese with crackers, Singaporean noodles, Oriental soups with spinach and corn and cheese, a live, pizza and pasta counter! We were so full from all this that we didn’t get a chance to try Naan and Paneer. The desserts were a total showstopper! It had such a huge variety right from some Indian deserts like moong daal halwa, anjeer barfi, malai sandwich to delicious pastries like mango and chia pastry, blueberry pasteries, mousse, cheesecake! It is perfect to visit on your special days! Had a great time

Happened to visit The Brasserie last night for dinner. It's cited on the ground floor of Hilton Hotel. Talking about the decor it's plush and sophisticated with stunning bar and overall it's just well put. The hospitality here is top notch and gives you one of a kind dining experience. They probably have one of the finest menu curated for all the cocktail lovers I would say as they have got lot of options to try as they have several offers running like Grand Weekend feast on Friday & Saturday for unlimited buffet. Talking about the ambience it's pretty good and they have this huge dining arena and their live counters and dessert stations are spacious. Also have 3 options in veg & 3 options in nonveg to choose from, for starters they had. Moving towards mains they had good options in vegetarian spread like kofta, paneer tikka, biryani, hakka noodles. In non veg they had peshawari chicken, Grilled fish, Keralian fish curry, etc. Also they have live pizza and pasta counters. Nevertheless, for your sweet tooth cravings they have huge list of desserts for y'all which has mix of Indian as well as western desserts. DIY ice cream counter here is another best part. Hospitality here is simply top notch, every single staff here is helpful when it comes to delivering service. Floor Manager greeted us well and made sure we had wonderful time here. The Brasserie is indeed something you should experience if you are looking for 5star buffet place where you can dine in with peace and have extremely quality oriented dining experience.

So yesterday I tried the vegetarian buffet at The Brasserie at The Hilton Hotel and it was such a luxury experience. The staff was very hospitable and the ambiance was really good too. The menu was wide spread starting from soups and different types of bread along with various dips and cheese. Moving to the 4 types of salads and 4 vegetarian appetisers along with pasta salad 6-7 dressings to go along with Pita bread. In the main course there was PanAsian, live counter of wood fried pizza and pasta with endless toppings and around 5-6 Indian sabzi, two daals and rice. My favourite amongst the main course was noodle and Khow suey. Must Try! The sweets were definitely my favourite part and I couldn’t have enough of it. Everything was prepared very nicely and I really liked that they had mentioned calories of each and every dish. Pricing: Lunch buffet - 1750 + taxes Dinner buffet- 1850 + taxes Overall it was a very good experience. Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 What I liked the most: Food options, desserts, Pasta and KhowSuey.

The Brasserie - Hilton is one of the top notch and eminent restuarant in an legendry 5 star hotel. The place is spacious with comfortable seating having a classy and royal decor with a lovely view of swimming pool. A perfect place for families and loved ones to enjoy its unlimited buffet having lovely spread of Indian, Asian, Lebanese and Italian cuisines. The place offers veg and non-veg buffet for all the three meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner buffet which had ample of options available in appetizers (3 veg & 3 non veg), soups (1 veg & 1 non veg), assorted breads, tempting salads, live counters (pizzas and pastas), main course (Indian and Asian) and scrumptious desserts. All prepatation were perfect with regards to taste, texture, presentation and everything was fresh and hot. We opted for vegetarian buffet which offered one soup in veg category - Manchow soup. There were three vegetarian appetizers - Bhatti ka paneer tikka, vegetable tilwali seekh and jalapeno cheese nuggets. All the three were made perfectly and tasty. The vegetarian salad section was interesting with regular hummus, Green peas hummus with soft fresh pita bread, labneh, tzatziki, muhammara, paneer papdi chaat and watermelon feta. All were awesome and yumm in taste. From the live counter, different types of pastas and pizzas were served of which we had pink pasta and vegetable pizza that was cheesy and yummy. In the main course we tried three flavourful gravies - lasooni palak, paneer lahori and subz diwani handi along with soft buttery naan. Dal makhni with steam rice was superb. We also tried kashmiri pulao, sauteed vegetables, schezwan noodles, vegetables in cilantro sauce. All the delicacies were perfectly cooked with delicious flavors and texture. Finally in the dessert section they had a lot of variety to offer. We tried yummy orange cheesecake, coffee layered chocolate pastry, rose pannacotta and basbousa. In the Indian sweets tried rasgulla, malai cham cham, chocolate barfi and gajar halwa. Each Indian dessert was scrumptious. They also had assorted strawberry and sitafal icecream. Overall had a great time with lovely ambience and tasty food. The staff were polite, attentive and quick in serving. Really had a great evening. A place surely to be on the list of all foodies.

We tried vegetarian buffet at The Brasserie on a weekday and absolutely loved it. We had almost 3-4 veg starters, soup, and the options for mains ranged from Italian, North Indian and Middle Eastern. The quality was top notch and their ambiance makes the entire experience memorable. They had live pizza and pasta counters and multiple toppings to choose from. The pizzas were prepared in wood fire ovens. The fact that they had calories mentioned for each item was amazing as it helped me keep a track of calories intake (especially during an unlimited buffet) My favourite from the night were Veg Seekh Kebab, Hummus with pita, Pesto sauce pasta, and the endless options in desserts. My absolute favourite was the hot gulab jamun which i paired up with ice cream. The staff kept on checking on us for any of our needs like fresh rotis along with the sabzi. We loved the blue lagoon mocktail along with this luxurious buffet experience

This review is based on an invitation from Brasserie to join them in the celebration of the Mexican food festival which is currently going on there and mainly to get to understand the base methods of Mexican cooking. We are truly honoured to get an opportunity to meet chef Tania Tovar who is here especially from Mexico to give us a deeper understanding and knowledge of day to day Mexican delights. Generally for us indian, Mexican means Tacos, nachos and enchiladas but there is so much more to this cuisine which we were introduced to this week.

The base start was with some lovely cocktails and tequila shots and later followed by the most popular beer brand of mexico. This was then lead to trying some of the most delectable dishes like Mole, tamales. Burritos, cheese peneques etc. what we tried is nowhere compared to our past experiences and this was so new to our palates. There was a bean salad and even fried beans with sour cream which was nice. We loved the green tomato salsa with the peneques and also there was a chocolate and tomato flavoured mole which was amazing. The quesadilla with cottage cheese filling was such a beautiful fusion of Indian and Mexican and we loved it. This cuisine uses a lot of jalapeĂąos, onions, tomatoes, garlic, beans and peppers. We Indians too use the same ingredients in our base food so there is a lot of similarities in our cuisine the only difference being the spices we use.

Chef Tania is a lovely lady and is an excellent host. She went to each table and made all the guests try her unique dishes. We saw her giving us Indianised touch to her cuisine so that we can get comfortable with the flavours. Her stay in Hilton is for this festival so I would surely recommend all to visit this fest once and not just get to try some food but also meet lovely people like her.

Hilton hotel Mumbai

P.s. The Review is based on an Invite

Mexican Food Festival (28th Jan to 3rd Feb)

Hilton Hotel Mumbai arranged a Mexican Food Festival where rrenowned Mexican chef Tania Tovar cooking few of the signature dishes of Mexico. You can enjoy the food of this festival from 28th jan to 3rd feb in the Brasserie Restaurant of Hilton Mumbai International Airport. Loved the food and the authenticity of the same. I hope all of you can enjoy this festival of Mexican food. Chef Tania was so informative when it comes to the Mexican food, the culture of Mexico and how both of them are interrelated,

The brasserie restaurant of them is located on the back side of the hotel, they got AC section and open section too near to the pool side. Mexican buffet setup was set on the pool side area. There was a buffet set for magical Mexican cuisine by Chef Tania.

The menu which was crafted had soups, starters and even main courses. The best part what I liked was that it was really authentic traditional food. Chef Tania was kind to explain us few of the dishes which are popular in Mexico and even then, cultural background to the cuisine of Mexico. She was present right there to cook for us.

We tried Shrimp soft shell tacos which were really delicious. Mix of shrimps which was made with tomatoes, coriander and onions tossed in butter and then finished with cheese. On the other side chef dry seared the tortilla wraps for soft shell tacos and then a little spread of chipotle sauce, then topped with the cheesy mix of shrimps. It was garnished well with coriander sprig and radish. Such a smooth feel to the palate. Flavour of shrimp was enhancing due to the butter she added.

Seafood broth soup is something what I enjoyed, really different taste and new to me.

Beet aguachile was made with beet, little spicy but loved the balancing of the flavours.

Chicken hard shell tacos were good too. The mix of it was tossed in juliennes of chicken, onions and tomatoes.

Lamb Tamales was our main course. As chef Tania explained us that this dish is very popular in Mexico especially in charismas days. It was made with lamb mince, corn flour which as cooked in a banana leaf and some beans were served on the side. Something new I got to know culinary wise and cultural side too.

I feel this kind of food festivals gives us lot of culinary and cultural information of the particular region of the world. Loved the concept of the food festival and hope lot of these kind of events can be experienced.

Everything thing tasted bland in the buffet. Right from the 3 varieties of veg starters. No seasoning. Main course, dum aloo absolutely tasteless. Dal makani sour and some weird taste to the point i lost my appetite. Hummus ok ok, but oil floating on top, pita bread is hard than a biscuit. Picked up a cheese garlic bread... or rather a cheese garlic toast. Asked for a mexican roll, came as if its a roll of the kids menu. Smallish roti rolled in a wee tiny bit of veggies. Infact the garnish tomato salsa on the plate was more in terms of quantity than the filling in the roll. Asked for a margerita pizza, got a 4 inch baby pizza which couldnt decide what it was. The pizza sauce... felt absolutely just that... tomato sauce absolutely tangy and sour.. thin layer of mozzarella cheese topped with oregano... comeon my 7 year old twins can make a better pizza. Tried 1 of the mango shots, couldnt actually decide what was happening, once it feels like maaza mixed with red chilly powder. Was dining with 2 of business partners from abroad who are staying there...and to say that the whole dinner was nothing short of embarrassing. I have good enough reason to belive that they probably slept hungry coz of such great food. Both of my colleagues took multiple dishes but didnt finish any except for the salads, or whatever was actually finished might have been coz they were hungry after a long flight. Come on Hilton, we expected better from you. And whats with pushing Veen water, whatever happened to himalaya, 600bucks for a bottle of water. The only saving grace to the whole fiasco to the evening was kingfisher ultra. Seriously and absolutely disappointed. Not upto Hilton standards.

Disappointed

Spread for the buffet was inadequate and the food not only looked unappetising, but lacked flavour or taste either.
Had read reviews raving about the place, but unfortunately reality didn’t meet expectations.
Must admit, service was good and attentive especially by Caliston.

Went here for a corporate dinner on weekday. We were a group of 9 and had a table reserved and opted for the buffet.

What was good :-
• The staff here is absolutely brilliant. Extremely courteous and helpful. The staff even clicks good pictures if that helps. Very attentive and always happy to help.
• The seating and ambience is pleasant. The slow piano music adds to the vibe.
• The buffet has wide variety of dishes right from chole kulcha to pasta's. You could be forgiven if you were spoilt for choice.

What's bad :-
• Despite the wide spread of Europeans and Indian food the food is bang on average. In terms of veg starters from the live counter you only get one paneer dish and aloo tikki. The kebabs and the rosemary chicken were only stand out dishes.

• The main course is poor with just rice and two varieties of non veg along with fish. The white sauce was yum but hey you can't go wrong with it. The pizza's were edible. The dessert were a disappointing to say the least. Beware the chocolate almond fudge is sugar free so make sure you skip it unless you want a bad taste.

Overall Review :- We paid ₹2400 for the buffet per person and it was definitely not money spent wise. The food doesn't do justice to the amount spent and there are plenty more places which offer better food.

The Maharashtrian food festival at the Brasserie boasts of authenticity and the spread dished out is insane. The festival covers food from four different regions of the state , namely, Konkan, Marathwada, Vidharbha, and western Maharashtra. Chef Dinesh Mhatre incorporates family recipe handed down to him over the years. We started with some authentic solkadi followed with the tastiest alu wadi and matar karanji. It's the first time I've had a matar karanji and I'm amazed at how subtle flavours pack a punch. Ashish, the restaurant manager, served us and made sure we were well taken care of. Mains comprised of pandra and tambda rassa (the spice quotient was toned down to cater to hotel guests), saoji mutton and betki curry. Had that with garam bhakris and masala rice. I mean, what's not to love? Ended the traditional fare with what could be called the best modaks I've ever had. Can't wait to go back soon for more!

Overall rating: 4/5

Happy hogging!

(Make sure to follow #hogggitup on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for more)

Recently, We visited Hilton Mumbai International Airport, to relish the authentic taste of Maharashtrian cuisine, at their Maharashtrian Food Festival, at the The Brasserie Grill. The hotel's Executive Chef Dinesh Mhatre curated a range of delectable Maharashtrian delicacies from different regions of the state. They produced wide variety of dishes curated for the festival which included Solkadi, Regional dishes such as Mutton Saoji, Mashache Kalvan, Khamang Kakdi, Bharli Vangi, Matar Karanji, Katachi Amti, Mandeli Fry, Bombil Fry, Jhinga Koliwada, Tawa Surmai, Narali Bhat, Pooran Poli, Ukadi Che Modak, Amrakhand and more that can be relished with an assortment of piquant condiments. The restaurant has a pleasant, soothing ambience and you can enjoy peaceful tune by chords of the piano. However, the service needs to speed up. Also, we noticed the staff being ignorant at times. We requested for water to be served several times and still received no response. We asked for the menu for almost five times, but again the same thing happened.
The food was good but not great as many of the items were missing from the menu. We were really excited to try seafood, but most of the items were missing from main course and starter as well. No proper quantity was kept in the containers, due to which we had to wait for the food to get refilled, which is unlikely to see in any other buffet. The best from here was Amrakhand and the dessert section which included Baked Gulab Jamun. All the flavors of the mouse available were amazing. We had the Prawns koliwada which was great. From the fried fish section, we were served with mandeli fry but we were really keen to try the surmai and bhagda fry, which was again unavailable and thus we returned with much disappointments than the memories.

Kindly note, that the menu changes everyday. You may try out one of theirs and tag us in your review.

The Brasserie ♥️

Being a Maharashtrian what better time to visit The Brasserie, Hilton than their ongoing Maharashtra Food Festival. One of my most memorable Food Festival experience.

Chef Dinesh Mhatre, the curator of this Menu himself greeted us and took us through this special Menu. Some amazing dishes like Masale Bhaat, Matar Karanji, Jalebi, Ukdiche Modak, Mutton Saoji, Vangyache Kaap, etc.

I loved this special Menu and had a a blast enjoying these Delicious dishes. The Brasserie- Located at a super beautiful five star Hilton hotel near Mumbai Airport.
Absolutely Class, just pure class is this place.
I've been here for the "Maharashtrian Food Festival" lead by executive chef Mr.Dinesh Mhatre and this team. The food festival was basically about pure Maharashtrian Food and the authenticity that mr Mhatre haven't lost it even after coming to this grand five star hotel. A nice flavour of home made marathi food was intact to the every dish here, right from the starters till the desserts.
Alu Wadi, Bhakrya, Tambda Pandhra Rassa and Ukdiche Modak are one of the most prestigious food of a Maharashtrian and that was clearly felt after having all of that.
Other than that, I've had alot in this mind blowing buffet, from salads, hummus, fish curry, chicken, and amazing cutcakes and desserts including Rasgulla.
Myself being a Maharashtrian I've had such kinda food since my childhood days and seeing my Maharashtrian food loved by the foreigners over there made me felt more happier and prouder.
I just had a ball of a time at this super class Brasserie here at the Hilton Hotel.
My visit was simply worth it and would absolutely love to be here yet again. And enjoy this same warmth and service and amazing food.

Looking forward to have some delicious food in the near future. Absolutely loved the food here. Totally worth it.

My Ratings, are very obvious by the review i had.

Ambience: 10/10
Food Quality: 10/10
Hygiene: 10/10
Service and Staff: 10/10

Lots of Love to Team Brasserie ♥️
Anupam

Dropped in for a buffet meal on the weekend.

Place was quite crowded.

Even the buffet layout wasn't that impressive as compared to many of the other places that we have visited, comparable five stars.

The salads and pasta were nice. And dessert spread was decent. Would have liked more eggless options though.

Overall, an okayish expereince

Went there with my family for a Sunday brunch...
And had a gala time..

First of all, the place is Grand!!! When u enter, u get mesmerized by the amazing ambiance they have..
For the brasserie, we had to pass this area and go down.. where the buffet was spread...
And OMG!!! The multiple options they have there!!!

We mainly had the veg buffet, but believe me, u won't be short of options! From Indian to continental to regional ( Gujarati).. everything was there..

Staff was v polite and helpful and always ready for service..which made this experience 10folds better..

And as it was one of the family members birthday, we were provided with a complementary cake!! That was cherry on top 👌..

Overall had a great experience..
:)

This restaurant is on zomato gold and we decided to try it out
Went for snacks and started with ordering their vegetarian pizzas
Margarita Pizza was perfect 5/5
Recommend it
The paneer Kathi roll came next which is great in quantity and the ladies quite liked it. For me the filling was okay but have it with the onion served and voila the taste dramatically improves! 3.5/5
This was followed by two plates of their hariyali kebab served six a piece and were they awesome 5/5
Then there was a demand for pav bhaji and they went out of their way to bake fresh pav for us
Full marks for that though I would not recommend this dish! Butter should have been floating on it and the pav served were crisp on top and soft beneath 3/5 as the bhaji was not delicious enough
The icing on the cake was the dessert! We were served icecream on the house but you need to try their brownies! Awesome indeed ! A big chunk of a brownie is served warm and luxuriating in its sauce 5/5 is an understatement
Ambience is awesome
You can’t believe that they could do so much so beautifully! Service is a tad slow but 5/5 is what they get as we left fully happy and pleased with the entire experience
Special thanks to Prathmesh and Ashley for looking after us so well
I went for Sunday Brunch.
Located at prime location near International Airport. You will find lot of hotels around.
You will see a magnificent lobby with some good sofas, seating arrangements. Just like Lotus Cafe at JW Marriott, Hilton is also having their buffet section down. So you need to get down thru decorative steps.
Ambiance is really fantastic. You will feel you have entered in British era moment you see the fan design, wall ceiling, wall designs etc.
Being honest the spread is less compared to the pricing structure and also other competition around but yet food quality was upto the mark.
Service was really good and prompt.

Food 8/10
Ambiance 9/10
Service 8/10
Value for money 8/10

This place is a huge disappointment when it comes to food. So we opted for midnight buffet as we wanted to celebrate our dad's birthday..to start with the staff was not much attentive as we had to ask atleast thrice to provide us water and this kept on continuing till we left the place..next we were served with starters which were quite ok in taste..the menu was nothing out of the box with very simple dishes..felt like we were eating in some regular restaurant by paying double the amount..main course just had 2-3 non-veg dishes and more of veg dishes which included jeera aloo, betroot vegetable and so on..i mean the menu was a sheer disappointment..the salads were also not that refreshing and the veggies were bit stale..now here comes the biggest disappointment which were the desserts..I have never ate such tasteless deserts till date..there was blueberry cheese cake, Dutch truffle cake, pinneaple souffle, mud cake, moong Dal halwa etc..each and every item from the dessert section was tasteless..regret going to this "Five Star" restaurant which ruined the evening and wasted the money

We went for a cosy Sunday dinner n it was just perfect setting. We were early so place was pretty much to us. Bhavesh helped us with order n service. Vegetarian options limited but decent enough to choose from. We went for subz dum biryani n my kid went in for pizza. Biryani was great. Margarita pizza was good but missing black olives topping as my daughter described. They realized much later n got a complimentary mini pizza with black olives. Also offered host of desserts from buffet. Overall.. Lovely experience. Will surely come back!

Hello Tuckers
The Brasserie, Hilton has been a favourite spot for mid night buffet. We love the spread. The vibe, the ambiance everything is so amazing.

Recently we came to know about their Sattvic Festival by Gita Hari and Chef Dinesh. We couldn't contain our excitement to try the dishes. And oh boy! It was a such a great decision.

Some of the Sattvic dishes we tried were NeerMor, Lemon Rassam and Mango Puliseri.

Our favourite was the Mango Puliseri still cannot get over it. Such amazing flavours. Totally loved it.

Visited for lunch buffet today. Didn't taste the non veg food because of Shravan, but taste on veg food was delicious non the less. Although the starters were only 2 there were wide variety of salads. Oh and the desserts, they were so tasty. The service was great. Really enjoyed the buffet.

During my stay at Hilton Mumbai, I tried the breakfast at 'The Brasserie’. Since I started early, the restaurant was quiet and the service was also super fast and friendly. Having an advantage of starting early, I picked a seat looking to the pool through the large full-length windows. I was great seating to enjoy your food.

The had a good spread for Indian breakfast with Poori-Bhaji, Poha, Bread Pakora, and a lot of South Indian items. Other than that you could have fresh-cut fruits, cereals of your choice, hot/cold beverage, lots of bakery items and eggs on order.

Overall, I liked the food and the service provided by the staff present there and it was a delight to have the Sabudana Vada and Poha. Flavoured Yogurt was also great. Also, I would like the add that the Masala tea there was great. I usually don’t like Masala chai at 5-star restaurants but this was properly cooked as I like.

Hopefully, I will try my hands on other items some other day.

Been here for the dinner buffet. Both veg n non veg available. Wide and many unique choices in starters, salads, main course and desserts. Live piano playing in the background. Presentation of the food is also superb. There was a satvik food festival ongoing so there was an array of such dishes presented in lovely earthenware. I think ambience can be rated 6/5...it's that good. Though the chairs are not too comfortable, maybe a back-rest cushion could possibly take care of that. Service 4.5/5. Very courteous, un-intrusive and alertly attentive staff. There's a live counter available where pizzas, pastas etc can be made to order. The lamb (main course), chicken in green curry(main course), fish starter, mango pullissery, cabbage thoran, payasam, tiramisu, cheese cake pastry, orange cake and choice of yummy fruits are to be specially recommended as a must try. The doodhi halwa (green color infused) and the Ras Malai (a lil watered down version it tasted) seemed not upto the standard of the Hilton kitchen. But a must visit place for sure. All the best to the winsome team.

Absolutely stunning decor and the food was a notch above the usual.
They have outdone themselves on all fronts that matter.
The live pizza counter was a disgrace, but nonetheless water under the bridge in an otherwise perfect buffet.
Our steward Tapas was absolute perfection in both poise and service and our experience was definitely enhanced by his skill.

All in all an amazing experience which I would definitely recommend.

My first experience at Hilton and so glad to have visited during the month of Shravan! The Brassiere has an amazing Sattvic food festival to celebrate Indian cuisine. It was a pure vegetarian meal that’s low on spices, yet it was an amazing one! From Rasam to Uthappa to Adai to Lemon rice to Avial, the variety was everything you could ask for.
Highly recommend to enjoy a good buffet spread!

This was my one of the few times of trying Satvik food but I cant imagine such amazing spread. A menu curated by the food consultant Gita Hari and the executive Chef Dinesh Mhatre is lip smacking and so light. The satvik counter is set up on one side along with regular buffet so as to give ppl a choice of eating whatever they want. Though the satvik food is pure veg and cooked without onion, garlic and is less spicy still it is just so good ull not miss the regular buffet food at all. I would highly recommend it if u r looking at a delicious spread for this savan.

Exclusive Vintage Manor, Hilton hosts you in Brasserie to spoil you with all its hospitality.
This place offers a good spread for North Indian cuisine including others.

The food is selectively made with your preference of taste and likes for certain specifications.

The buffet is as varied as could be right from Continental, Italian, Asian cuisines, they had it all.

A special mention about their scrumptious dessert spread as they have great options like Shots, fudge, pastry and ice cream in a number of variety.

If you are taking your kid along then be assured that the team takes enough effort to keep your child engaged letting you eat at peace.

Our manager Bhavesh took every possible stance to make it a sweet beautiful event right from welcoming us to arranging for a small get together with their team to cut a cake.

We made a special request to change our table as there was a big group who were high on energy and we sought for a peaceful area. This was again attended quickly and we were taken over by other manager Mr. Prathamesh. This lad was on his toes for all our needs and refilling the table.

What we tasted :

In starters:

1. Paneer malai tikka - soft paneer cubes that were smoked in tandoor with a tender coating of cream.

In Main course :

2. Penne pasta - the pasta was as creamy as could be and it filled our tummy with its creamy richness. We loved having this one. The pasta is served with a crispy garlic toast which was yumm and utterly crunchy.

3. Subz Dum Biryani - as instructed to our then manager Mr. Prathamesh, we were served mildly spiced subz Biryani with gracious cubes of paneer to suit our special request.

In deserts :

1. Chocolate pastry - no words other than, just order this and you won't regret.

Thanks to the team for the warmth and the quality service provided!!

Good food, however, poor hospitality. Not upto the mark of a 5-star.
Too many mosquitoes, unacceptable table manners of the butlers hence overall a poor rating.

The Food was amazing! The staff was friendly! The ambience was amazing! It's also time friendly! You can expect your dish to be served 30-40 mins after you place your order. WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED?! 💙

ONE LINE TAGLINE – Exemplary & Extraordinaire!

Hilton Mumbai is like second home for me. What impresses me most is the smiling, welcoming faces and the fact that they remember me from my previous sojourns at this lavish property.

The ambience is eclectic, impressive and mesmerizing for sure. Even if you are seated in the reception (waiting for your friends to join in), you are offered a glass of water without asking for it. This is one aspect where most 5-star properties have missed out on. Such brief yet service conscious efforts speak volumes of the service culture this property symbolizes and practices.

Our gang of four decided to try out the buffet at The Brasserie. Believe me, we were pampered to the hilt. The serving staff including the restaurant manager(s) ensured that all was smooth sailing.

Here is the capsule bulleting out why you must try this outlet:

1. A lavish spread for vegetarians too, you won’t feel left out

2. A separate live counter for pizzas and pastas of your choice

3. Almost 70 dishes (including desserts) for you to from choose from. Fortunately everything on the platter was perfect. I did find the Indian desserts more drool-worthy than the international spread.

4. Classic cocktails (not included in the buffet price) will surely swoon you on the smoothness n finesse they offer

5. A range of starters and a selection from their outdoor grill section offer innumerable options to try new variations

6. The pricing is reasonable for the spread and class they offer

7. Of course to top it all, the warm, feel-at-home service and the serene atmosphere a perfect setting for a reunion of sorts with friends. The lilting sounds of the soft piano playing resonated a pleasing aura and added to the classy mood.

I sampled a little bit of everything which gave me different flavours. Wish I could have stayed longer…of course there will be another reason to come back…HILTON is like home after all for me!

It is rare that you happen to visit five stars for dinner. One of the rare happening was our visit to The Brasserie- Hilton Mumbai International Airport. It was a random decision to dine in here and it was not wrong at all.
The lobby entrance is not very big but it's very cozy. Stepping down the round stair case to the beautiful all dine restaurant.
The decor makes you feel nice.
The spread was lavish and appealing.
We started with soup the Vegetable Beijing Thong which was of a different kind and very tasty. The red and white gravy pasta was outstanding. The various pizza were mouth watering.
After starters and soups, now time for some stomach filling dishes. Looking at the spread it was difficult to decide and settle with few of them like Smoked Chilli Noodles, Vegetable Lasagne, Paneer Tikka Masala, Methi Mutter Malai, Bhaigan Bhartha they all were worth the selection.
There was a wide spread of desserts with various kind of cajes, parties, puddings, Indian desserts and ice creams.
Passion fruit mousse was mouth watering, strawberry pastry and carrot cake was also amazing. Maal pua which I normally don't like but enjoyed eating.
I must say we spent a wonderful time here. We had a great evening and their hospitality left us awestruck.

The Braisserie - Hilton definitely showcases its elegance as you enter this luxurious property.

Doors opening to a low volumed piano tune, while you ask for the directions at the front desk, the brightness of the chandeliers and the music can be felt as you move ahead to step into The Brassiere.

Was here on a weekday for their dinner buffet. Very tranquil in terms of their ambience.

Started with their Vegetable Beijing Thong Soup - smooth on its texture and having the perfect blend of all the vegetables and spices I felt like going for another round. Too good!

Pastas made in both the red and the white sauce. White being the all time favourite. Can’t go wrong.
However felt the red sauce was a bit dry.

Mains had a great variety and being a vegetarian personally, It wasn’t difficult to choose from at all.

Took some small portions of Sabz Kadhai, Methi Mattaar malai and Paneer Tikka Masala. The lasagne was a sweet surprise to the meal.

14+ on the dessert count and you will be joking if you like just one. For me go in for the crunchy honey and the orange berry pudding.

Overall and excellent work done on the menu. Would love to come again and host my cousins too. Everyone had a lovely time.
Visited The Brasserie for lunch on a weekday and had their buffet. The quantity wasn't huge yet concise and covered all cuisines. The quality was really good with most items being really tasty.

There were 2 soups, a bread station, salad station, a good number of Indian and Chinese main course items and some good continental dishes along with a live pasta counter and starters on the table and finally a dessert counter. Most things were quite good with a special mention to the thai curry and grilled fish. A couple of desserts were really nice but on the whole I thought the desserts could be better.

We had a hilton membershipnso we got it at a 50% discount so it came to just INR 1000 per person. The decor is bright and spacious, quite pleasing to the eye. Overall, it is a good option for a buffet in the vicinity of the airport.

Have been here for a lunch buffet on Saturday. Love the aura, ambience, service, staff, decor. Using dineout GIRF deal, we went for lunch. I would say limited starters & varieties of main course & desserts. Overall a good relaxing Saturday with good food & serene place.

The well spread buffet for sunday brunch...but with limited meat options...should he some pork dishes or buffalo meat dishes...or some more seafood

Though fish preparations were really good..except the live counter grilled fish which was rubbery and over cooked....

Nalli nihari was also delectable..with sultan pulao ..combination really suited well

Dessert counter was very elaborate...but the chena payesh was too flowy...carrot cake was really nice..however lemon tart moose was on the line of being too savoury with too much lemon in it

Another notable thing was the portion served by the live counter which were very very small..

The service staff was very courteaous..Sawant our server was ever smiling ...

Overall a good experience
Food 3
Service 4
Decor 5
Live counter 2
Overall experience 4

Visited today, 14th feb. We ordered food and told the service man for Zomato gold, he asked us to unlock it. Later while we called for the check, I asked him to take the Zomato gold ID, he says Zomato gold isn’t applicable today. He didn’t clear it to us before. Plus he was too confused, he got a wrong order twice. It was not a worthy experience, been there twice or thrice before, it was great, but this time was the worst experience.

It is located near International Airport, just opposite to Maratha ITC. Valet Parking available.

The ambiance is very beautiful right from entrance, Quaint. Astonishing chandeliers attracted me a lot. Live piano was played by Mr. Vinod created so positive vibes in environment and trully I loved his art. Totally the area comprised of imperial china, brassarie grill, gift shops, swimming pool and much more.

We tried Brasserie out of all as "Grand Truck" event was going. This event is named on basis of a road as it symbolizes of buffet spreaded long. One can go with their Ala-cart menu if do not wish to go with buffet.

#Jahangir Shorba: Reminded me mom's home made mutton soup. Pure taste, nicely made.

# Salad: wide range of salad was available.

# Pizza: live counters for pizza, pasta and Delhi's famous litti chokha. we tried pizza and i got mad that much it was perfectly topped with veggies and cheese.

Starters were served on table.
#Veg Starters: Three starters were served. Mushroom, Potato, Paneer all different raw material used for this. Nicely grilled and loved the whole pallet.
# Non-veg Starters: Three different base like chicken, mutton, seafood. I liked mint chicken personally.

#Main course had plenty of dishes and all were marvelous made by a chef.

#Desserts: Many options are available and really one will go mad what to choose amongst all as all are tempting, presented so nicely. Note: specially keep place for desserts as it is worthy to try all in small quantity at least.

I’m always on the go to find good buffet places. I visited The Brassiere during their Grand Trunk Road Fest last night for dinner. The buffet has started from 19th November and extends till 08th December 2018.

Upon entry, you’ll feel splendid with the beautiful chandeliers, mesmerising furnitures and amazing seatings. But the Restaurant is situated downstairs, which is further divided into two parts : The Brasserie and The Brasserie Grill (which is non-AC, pool side restaurant). Also, Extra brownie point for the staff and team for such a great service and being attentive to details.

Now, coming to the food ~ The buffet included the cuisines from the regions around and covering the Grand Trunk Road. From Bangladesh to Howrah, Delhi to Pakistan and Afghanistan and many more. The menu was a limited one but full of delish food. We got to taste everything under the same roof. From Thai to the Delhi Chaat, BBQ~Grills to Indian Dal Makhani and many more. Wouldn’t recommend Pizzas though. The desserts are the most important part of any buffet. And I loved how The Brasserie understood that and has a great dessert spread.

Overall it was a good dining experience.

*Highly recommended for The Grand Trunk Road Buffet*

*Bombay's Foodie Ratings*

Ambience - 5/5
Food - 4/5
Beverages - 4/5
Service - 4.5/5
Overall - 4/5
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Happy Eating!

Appreciate the F&B Manager Mr Brijesh and Mr Jaywant for taking good care of our needs.

I highy recommend HILTON for its hospitality, good food and a grand ambience.

Sundays are meant for relaxed and delectable lunches!
We visited The Brasserie during their Diwali Fest.

The interiors done here have a very royal feel to them! The wide ceilings and the classic interiors reminded us of the olden days.

The staff here is extremely welcoming and soft-spoken! they nicely guide to through the variety they have.

The buffet here is not very elaborate but the items that they have are totally up to the mark. The buffet consists of Indian, Thai , Chinese , Italian food options including live counters for pastas and pizzas. They desserts here are also really nice. They're quite simple , nothing too fancy. The starters and breads are served to you on the table as per your choice.

We really liked that the food was not overpowered with too much masalas and spicyness. Everything was Simple but still flavourful!

Overall the experience was good and we would like to thank Mr. Jay for serving us also giving us a tour of the hotel.

Location 4/5
Food 5/5
Service 5/5
Ambience 5/5

To give you an idea about the kind of disappointment I faced during my visit, I will have to give you a little flashback. Being the Diwali weekend, me and my friends were wanting to do something different from the regular, and hence did some research on midnight buffets in Mumbai and that's where we came across an article in #curlytales where it stated that the Hilton had a midnight buffet with "unlimited beer". I was like this sounds perfect and I called up the restaurant to confirm on the offer and a lady spoke to me who confirmed that they do have the unlimited beer offer applicable. So we go ahead and make it to the restaurant, and we are given our table. The starters for the night were honey chilli potato and veg seekh kabab, which were decent in taste but nothing extraordinary. So after about completing three glasses of beer, I asked the waiter to repeat the beer to which he says that I have only 3 beers in the package. This came out to me as a rude shock because I had confirmed the same with a restaurant employee to which their explanation was that the offer had been stopped about two months ago and the lady I spoke to was a new employee. According to me, for a well known brand like #Hilton, such miscommunication cannot be pardoned. Anyway, after speaking to the executive present, he said he will give us another round of beers on the house. So after this disappointing moment of truth, we moved on to the main course, and just to sound very considerate towards the kitchen staff, the menu was just too sad. The menu had the following items for a vegetarian fare : Mixed sprouts, baingan (eggplant), Cauliflower, one paneer curry and plain rice with dal makhni.... all of the above mentioned items were just bland in taste and the most boring combination for a buffet. There is a certain standard expected from Hilton and honestly the taste of the food was depressing. I am sharing this since I want to bring it to the management's notice and I hope that this will bring about positive change in their menu and taste. Lastly, the dessert section was not bad, with quite a variety laid out but one of my friends spotted a mosquito sitting on one of the cakes and that spoiled the dessert experience as well. So all in all, I would just want to bring up two things to anyone who is wanting to come down here for a midnight buffet : 1. Unlimited beer is not available as an offer 2. The menu options are not vast and 1700 (taxes included) isn't exactly a great spend here. You can rather invest it some place else where you don't feel let down after spending your money. P. S #curlytales please update your post because it's misleading and #hilton you also need to have the right information given out to customers.

The Hilton hotel's all day dining restaurant "The Brasserie" reminds you of an old country club with its cane furniture and old fashioned ceiling fans that turn slowly. There is a small open kitchen and a beautiful view as the restaurant overlooks the swimming pool and there is plenty of greenery around. The menu includes sandwiches, wraps, pasta, risotto and pizza. A mix of Indian and International dishes and is a lovely space to dine at.

The Brasserie is a multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant with a luxurious aura that pampers the various dishes being hand-picked by the trained chef Mr. Balaji. Every dish in the menu is of the finest taste and is served to diners 24*7 round the clock. The Premium menu has got so much to offer in the a-la-carte and the buffet section. One might get spoiled by the choice of their buffet, with both familiar and exotic selections of Indian, French, Italian, Oriental and Mediterranean specialties. An addition to the offering is a trendy and a well-stocked bar.

To mark the birth of Jesus Christ, they had also organize cake-mixing ceremony to spread the warmth of the festive season and we were lucky enough to be part of it. Ceremony was well organized with the guidance of their trained Chef & other Staff with fun activity & goodies to their Guest.

The staff is wonderful and prompt, Mr. Mayank (Manager) hosted us with best of the hospitality and Ms. Ayusha (Attendant) service was swift.

I would definitely recommend this outlet to everyone in my contacts and will also visit again. The Brassiere at Hilton International is indeed a must visit place. They have a very great decor giving a very antique yet an elegant look to the place and which is inspired by the 19th Century decor!

The Brassier is a part of the Hilton International Airport Hotel and is one of the three restaurants where you could gorge on some scrumptious food with royalty!

Also the Brassier has many food fests going on along with a wide spread buffet offering and catering to each person’s tastes and preferences.

We visited The Brassier for their OcktoberFest which is on till 15th October,2018. The fest is inspired by the traditional and very famous German Fest with a Persian and Indian twist!

Each dish is very well curated with a lot of inputs from the chefs at Hilton International and we were in love with almost all the dishes!

To begin with Ocktoberfest is being conducted near the pool area and the ambience is apt for a great evening for some glass/glasses of beer and some awesome game of BEER PING PONG! The ambience quite resembles the fest’s spirit!

We started with a Glass of Beer and this is something you surely can’t miss at this fest.

Next we tried was the Corn Fritters and this was an impressive dish. Quite a common dish but made very well, we loved the sauce and the overal crunchy texture of this dish!

Next we tried was the Tortillas. Small tortillas were added with cubes of cheese and this gave a different yet an amazing taste to this dish! The sauce was also perfect, not too sweet neither to sour!

Next we’re the Seekh Kebabs. This were done very well and were served on a sizzling plate. The texture, juiciness of the Kebabs was mind blogging. The Kebabs were well marinated and were cooked to perfection.

Also we tried the Fried Fish, yet another normal dish with a slight twist so as to cater to the fest’s spirit and mood. Again the fish was marinated in some wonderful sources and cooked to perfection until crispy!

This were some of the dishes lately introduced as a part of the Ocktober Fest at Hilton. What we loved about this place was that it has done great justice to the feat in an Indian style because we Indians have a different palate and wouldn’t appreciate the traditional German food!

Kudos to the Team at Hilton for coming up with such an innovative yet beautiful fest!!!

Dropped by here for their Oktoberfest recently.

The Brasserie is now accompanied with an outdoor seating arrangement with tables adjacent to the pools and also tents.

Some of our highlights from their wide spread buffet were their Dal Kachori and the lamb appetisers.

Also their Executive Chef had setup a live BBQ outdoors with some fabulous turnouts. The fish amritsari and lamb kebabs were simply great.

We really enjoyed our time at Hilton and would surely be looking forward to dropping by soon .
We went for a late night drive and thought to have some light food, slipped into brasserie, Hilton. You have to go one flight down from the lobby through a beautiful spiral staircase. It was empty except for us . We ordered for a Greek salad and fish and chips. I should say both were excellent. The fish was basa accompanied with potato wedges .The great English street food has caught on. The service was good. They had an outdoor seating area next to the pool which was closed during the night.
P.S Please correct the spelling mistake in the menu where its written Mexican 'warp' instead of 'wrap' .it doesn't look good on the hotel of your standards

Oh! Sunday Brunch!
What is better than live counters like make your own donut along with live kadhi counter with three different varieties, sindhi, punjabi and gujurati.
Never got to experience such. Our table was well handled by krishna.

Excellent buffet spread and surprisingly various vegetarian choices in multi cuisine. As other hotels have a lesser option of vegetarian. The team takes good care of the preferences. Draught beer is also available to quench your thirst.
Good work by Prem.

The Sunday Delight....

A perfect fit for a boutique hotel had me stunned right after I took my first step, I knew I had traveled back to into the Era of Luxury, because the sight was just amazing, those amazingly lit high ceilings with long hanging chandeliers, Big Royal Chairs, I mean the architecture was simply stunning.

A beautiful spiral staircase lead me to The Brasserie and I was welcomed by the sight of yummy parathas and glowing gulab jamuns and an astonishing dessert bar and the menu was absolutely drooooooool worthy. Absolute delight were the Chicken Seekh Kebab, the Cheese ooooozing paratha and Fish Cajoune.

The Buffet was a perfectly balanced Symphony of Italian, Indian and Continental variety, for both Herbivorus and Carnivorous side of me. I started with subtle Chilly garlic noodles and some Chicken in Manchurian Sauce, followed by Green Peas Pulav and Chicken curry topped with Dal and man was I in Seventh heaven. The lavish taste and beautifully mixed spices were a match made in heaven and what followed was nothing less than a blissful piece of Mixed Berry Cheese cake, Spiced Chocolate cake and above all Chocolate and Caramel Mousse, spoon after spoon as I ravished the mousse enjoying the magnificent view that Brasserie had to offer, my mind kept picturing as if a summer day was romancing with a luxuriously scrumptious meal.

So, The Brasserie gets 3/3 which means Spoon Fork and Knife from The Mast Foodist not only for their décor and food but also because of the hard work of F&B manager and his Staff Jay, and Chef Abhijit along with Natasha and Sandeep it’s their efforts that promised us such a memorable day.

And if you want to experience the Sunday Brunch just like The Mast Foodist, then just message me and I will get you a special treat on your visit to The Brasserie. So until next time, keep the Hunger alive….

The Brasserie.

" Food is not just eating energy. It's an experience. "

The Hilton International. A building that looks like a normal hotel from outside but as soon as you enter the big doors your eyes lit up in joy and you are amazed by the feel. The vibe. The interiors are like a 19th century palace.

I visited this place to experience the Independence day special brunch. The whole was decorated tastefully in our tri colours. The desserts were also done up in our tri-colour ( Check photos attached. )

When you walk down the stares to the Brasserie you will experience a vibe that is so welcoming and easy. Seeing happy and smiling faces all around surely makes a dinning experience ten folds better.

I visited this place with my mom , to be honest I have rarely liked food which is served in big hotels as they prepair food which has an European feel in our indian cuisine. The spices are not that spicy. But Hilton. Hilton keeps the authenticity to the point.

Rule Numro uno - If the mother likes it then the food is perfect. As every mother's Patten dialog is " I can make better than this at home ". But my mom who is an excellent cook, loved every bite of the meal we had.

Seeing her happy it really made me feel calm and made this independence day meal very special.

So what all I had and loved ?

Our meal was started with a hot bowl of

- Paaya Soup. ( Recommended )

Then we moved onto

- Murgh Banjara Kebab ( Highly Recommended )

- Chicken Tandoori ( Highly Recommended )

- Fish in garlic sauce ( Recommended )

- Makai Mushroom Tikki.

- Paneer Salt and Pepper.

Then we moved onto the main course

- Prawn Curry ( Highly recommended )

- Patra Roll ( Recommended )

- Chicken Makhani ( Finger Licking. )

No Meal is complete without desserts.

- Mini Rasgulla

- Tri Colour Firni.

- Mousse.

If the place is serving the best food in the world but their staff Is not upto the mark then the meal and experience is never that good. But Hilton staff is on point. The restaurant manager Mr Mayank specially took care of my table and made it sure my experience was perfect.

Both the servers Sandeep and Natasha were always there to help me with whatever I need and always had a smile bright smile on the face.

Such small small things really makes you feel comfortable and makes your experience worth talking about and worth Recommending to everyone you know.

Was here at this restaurant for Kitty party with my friends. It is highly recommended for the ladies to at least visit once. Nicely prepared Indian food of the buffet and deserts. Our group was very well taken care by Natasha and manager Prem.
Attentive staff and kind.
The lobby is super luxurious while you go to the restaurant. Completely enjoyable.

Definitely will visit soon.

Ambience 5, Location 5, Staff courtesy 5... Food options 1 (being very strict).. I went in for a buffet specifically not for anything else... food tastes awesome... but available food options very less... within the ones available more of veg and very less non veg... So no value for money if you're in for a buffet probably this place had more options when it was Le Meridian... You will love the feel of the place (have too its a 5*) but will you be satisfied with what it serves?

The Hilton international is a boutique hotel which is just 5 mins drive from the Mumbai International Airport.
Its designing is a like a summer palace of 19th century.
The Brasserie is one of the dining restaurant at the Hilton International. This place has an elegant seating arrangement which provides an amazing fine dining experience with its scrumptious menu and one extended outdoor seating area beside the pool for the Live Grill.

Visited along with my partner and friends to enjoy the Wine and Steak festival, must say that the experience here was just amazing. A must have in you to do list for a visit atleast once along with your family, friends or loved ones.

They also serve wide range of buffets starting from breakfast time till the dinners.

We tried a lot of steaks, thanks to the chef for creating something for the vegetarians. Steak and vegetables never heard right but this place have some amazing steaks.

Below are the steaks that we tried:
Mushroom and lentil steaks with smoked paprika and sour cream. Loved the smoky flavour.

Squash Steaks with peppers.
Squash is known as bottle gourd. So the sqaush steak was stuffed with amazing filling and served along with tossed bell pappers with a dash of salt and blackpepper seved with creamy sauce.

Seekh kebabs on grill
Succulent kebabs made from tender meat, masalas and seasoning, put on a skewer and grilled golden. One of the best dish that i had at The Brasserie.

Chicken Strognoff steak
Rich and delicious, chicken stroganoff is no-fail anybody and everybody who loves chicken will relish the taste of this amazing taste

As they also were serving wines we tried some Red Wine and White wine

One best evening spent having wine and steaks and some amazing desserts from the buffet menu.
Perfect place to go, enjoy some good food, stylish desserts, plush dÊcor and comfortable seating and music.
As you enter, you feel the urge to glance around through the b'ful interiors. This Review is Based on an Invite

Overwhelmed with Hiltons hospitality !!!
Lets get to the point , so we had an opportunity to dine here for the Beer and Barbecue festival.

Starting with the menu , its definately a must try for non vegetarians and don’t worry they have taken care of vegetarians as well

Although there are non veg options too to choose from.
While we were trying the best of dishes straight from the kitchen we could hear soft compostions played by a pianist which added spice to our whole experience.

So what we tried here .

1.Sheekh kebabs on the grill :-
As you would want your kebabs to be juicy and tender ,this definately doesn disappoint because the minced meat is mixed with their secret spice and has been incorporated with smoky flavours from the charcoal grill.

2. Cottage cheese and Tofu (Rigde Gourd stuffed Chottage cheese, Asian spiced grilled tofu.

The cottage cheese and tofu perfectly blended with the spices and Rigde Gourd and didn’t feel bitter at all.

3.Mumbaikar coastal special : the perfectly flavoured prawns marinated in spices with bit of thick gravy was the star of the dish, accompanied by Dried Bombay duck fried complemented very well.

4. Herbed chrushed Fish: Fish perfect golden fried and melt in mouth the suttleness of the flavours with the softness was amazing and it was not oily at all perfectly fried.

They have a wide range of desserts to choose from western to Indian

Chumchum, Rasgulla, Cake’s, Baked yogurt, Mud pies and many more to choose from

All of these were beautifully paired with Kigfisher Premium And Kingfisher Draught Beer. The combination of Beer and Barbecue is like a match made in Haven you can also choose from Mocktail and cocktails.

In all the service we recieved here was top notch ,and food was up to its mark.
Make sure you do pay a visit with your family and friends before the end of Beer And Barbecue festival by 29th February.
