the food quality is amazing. Staff over there are very generous. The varieties available are amazing. fondues are specially recommendable cheese fondue and pav bhaji fondue were amazing. One must try chocolate fondue the price is also not expensive. The ambience is sweet and pleasurable. Everyone would enjoy a visit there. The shakes are very tasty.

I will recommend this place to someone looking forward to hangout with their friends after a long gap . Its almost perfect for groups of 4-5 people and also ideal for lunch/dinner dates. The ambience is very good and the elements are unique ( The glasses for drinking water & the dummy iron used for giving the bill ). The food is absolutely fantastic ,they dont have a huge item list but the items served are very tasty and garinished well. The flavours stand out in every bite you take. Overall experience is really good. The staff around are also very polite. The place wont disappoint you. This place is awesome. Waiters are really polite. There was waiting when we went(6 of us were there). There served complimentary juice while we were waiting. And informed us multiple times about the wait time. The ambience and the decorations were awesome! Service was too good too. And food was simple awesome!! Presentation definitely needs special mention. Ordered 5 dishes and 2 desserts and can't rank them, all of them were so damn good! Although it's a vegetarian restaurant, every non vegetarian should also visit this place atleast once, and if you like cheese and continental food, this is one of the best places for you in Mumbai!! :)

Ambiance (5/5) Truly unique with many varied elements spread across the place like a suitcase table on the corner, a bird cage seating (where I sat), water glasses which can wobble without spilling and a ironing-box style bill holder. Food (4/5) Most of the food was delicious. * Paneer Pizza - Great flavor, nice crust. Wish the paneer was chopped smaller and distributed though. * Tried two Sizzling plates - Tasted good. Plenty of veggies: carrots potatoes, broccoli to go with the rice. The accompanying gravy went quite well with the mix. * Penne Alfredo Pasta: This was a dissapointment. The pasta was very bland. Service (5/5) Impeccable service. Very attentive. They were courteous enough to keep few of the dishes in storage and often offered to reheat other dishes. I loved the experience here. The food can be a tad bit improved. I would rate it 4.5 if it was an option. A place option to check out if you're a vegetarian.

Food - food is fantastic. Great thing is taste and hot food . Quality is good . You can try hear cheese and corn pannine and sizzler . Pizza was quite ok . Service - very good part. Fast and they suggested dishes in good manner . Ambiance - one of the good part is child friendly which not every restaurant . Amidst the busy and crowded Phoenix Marketcity Mall, this place is tucked in a peaceful corner. The ambience and decor of the place is very eye catching. Also the cutlery itself is so creative here. Talking about the food, this place offers a variety of vegetarian options ranging from Fondue pots to Kulche chole, Sizzlers and what not! Must recommend dishes in the order of 3 courses are : 1. Minestrone soup 2. Mumbai Fondue pot (Pav Bhaji Fondue) 3. Twin Sauces Fondue (Any 2 sauce dips can be selected) 4. Oriental Sizzler with Rice/Noodles and Black Pepper sauce 5. Chocolate Pani Puri 6. Sizzling Brownie with ice cream Food was very delicious and pocket friendly specially the Pav bhaji fondue and Sizzling brownie. Service was top-notch as well. Icing on the cake was the zomato gold offer! Would love to visit again to try other dishes!

Multiple Variety, awesome creativity with fusion for vegetarian lovers. From water glasses to the way, the bill was presented had some uniqueness about it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary cheese ball, menu cards that slide inside the table, quick delivery... makes the place interesting just as it's name!!! Tried sizzling brownie with a little apprehension... FATT surprised us with an awesome stuff.

Hopped in for lunch and the ambience, tables, cutlery and welcome snack is all amazingly cute. They serve cheese balls, peppy etc as a welcome snack. Some of their tables are like colourful suitcases, and come are like a huge thali inside a bird cage. The glasses are also very unique like a tipsy-turny glass whose probably drunk on water. We ordered the We baked the deviled potatoes and instantly fell in love with the dish. It's so cheesy and yummy, full of flavour, and extremely heavy. We were 2 of us and got almost full on it. It also had 3 Pringle chips on it as decor. Loved the dish it's a must try if you are a cheese and potato lover like me. We also ordered the brocolli risotto which was not that great. It could have been more creamy and cheesy. The consistency was also not exactly that of a risotto. Presentation of both the dishes were great. The bill too came in an iron shaped box which had 2 small chocolates in it. The chocolates had a few sesame seeds on it and was not appealing to the eye so we left it. May be the chocolates could be changed. All in all we had a really good experience.

A great place to enjoy coffee, non alcoholic beverages, fusion food like pav bhaji fondue, chocolate pani poori, tasty juices, non alcoholic beer. They also have good selections of green teas and a separate breakfast menu. The interiors are well done and seating is comfortable. The prices are easy on the pocket too

Beautiful ambiance!! Lovely veg food! I normally don't relish veg that well....but I should say...the food was very high I'm quality and also nicely presented! Lil on a pricey side, but I think it's worth it!!☺️

This place servers nice tasty food. Only vegetarian food is available here. Italian and Mexican food options are tasty and should be tried here. It also serves Jain food. They serves cheeze balls as a time pass to every customer. The ambience is beautiful. The crockeries, decoration, Water glasses, sauces containers, menu holder are unique and nice. It has outside as well as inside sitting. Staffs are friendly nice.

The serendipity of Fat Theory! Well , going by the name, we were hesitant to even check out this restaurant but the look and feel of it made us visit it since we wanted to try a new place. And it definitely delivered more than what we expected. The food was awesome! Pizza, pasta, masala tea, Americano coffee and Sangria was what you must try! The customer centricity of the place is extremely high. Staff is courteous and will keep delivering small surprises. Must try for a change if you happen to be in Phoenix Market City Kurla! The only negative thing is that they aren't on Zomato gold as of now but would be partnering soon, that's what the staff told.

Fat Theory Phoenix Marketcity Kurla is a decent place. One of the most amazing thing I liked about this place is their presentation and you will feel that. Its a small place but these day's it attracts many customers due to their uniqueness. Food no doubt is very tasty and I would like to visit this place again.

Amazing place to be. The interiors are amazing. The water glass was quite interesting. The menu is pure vegetarian classic food. Firat we had NFS viz. Nachos, Fries , Corn n cheese. It was amazing. The cheese and the dips given were mind blowing. Later we ordered Crunch Fries Dosa Wrap it was just perfect. Stuffed with friends and a ton of mayo made it the perfect dish. Spicy mayo and Green chutney was served with the same which tasted really good. Lastly we had a Chocolate Sizzling Brownie which was just the dessert anyone would wish for. Hell lot of chocolate, icecream was creamy and the brownie was just the best. And then the bill. Must say that the food was worth every penny and it is not that expensive. Very well suited for groups, families and also if you wish to come alone and enjoy the vibe. Overall a great place. Glad to he here.

Being the shopper that i am, one of my favourite Sunday places is phoenix marketcity, kurla.. ofcourse most of the times that i have gone there i have ended up having dinner at food and taste theory, Kurla..<br/><br/>I remember the first time I had been there.. i was just strolling around to find some restaurant i have not tried around the food court area and this very nice and bright, colourful walled place caught my eye.. i went to the restaurant, checked out the menu outside and was fully convinced that i wanted to try this place.. so i asked for a table for two only to find out that there was a waiting of 8 tables before me!<br/><br/>I was still very convinced that i wanted to eat at this restaurant so got my name noted and waited outside patiently for my turn to come.. the only part of the wait that i did not like was that i got into a slight argument with the person taking reservations.. when he was calling out people's names who had made reservations the people were not present to enter the restaurant and at a later stage whenever the people came they were sent in first as compared to those who waited outside patiently for their turn..<br/><br/>Either ways, we had already placed our order while we were waiting outside and within 5 minutes of getting a table our order was ready! Every table had a bowl of nibbles (cheese balls or peppy) which brought out the kid inside me..<br/><br/>What we ordered:<br/><br/>1) Mumbai fondue (pav bhaji fondue) - The fondue comprised of pav bhaji that was spicy and buttery accompanied with crunchy papad stuffed with spiced onion and tomato, soft tiny cute idlis, cheese balls with oozing cheese and the classic buttered breads.. one of my favourites of this place!<br/><br/>2) indian pizza - a nice crisp crusted paneer pizza with an indian tadka of spices.. i somehow found it a bit too spicy for me..<br/><br/>3) kala khatta mojito - i have always been a kala khatta fan..the first time i visited this place the mojito was out of the world but to be honest the next time I visited it did not meet the same expectation..<br/><br/>The best part is that since this restaurant was on Zomato gold, i could eat both the above maincourse dishes in Rs 540 which was totally worth with the portions being more than sufficient for 2 people!<br/><br/>Pav bhaji fondue - 10/10<br/>Indian pizza - 9/10<br/>Kala khatta mohito - 9/10

This place was earlier located in Ghatkopar and I was a fan of this place from then. Speaking about the truth not a vegetarian person but if I have to hog something veg then this is the place. <br/>Ambience: Beautiful n Calm place if you are done with shopping in Phoenix you can relax here and eat.<br/>Food : Healthy juices which is really yum and combination is very interesting too. My personal is fav 🍕 n 🍝 .<br/>Not expensive place and the food is truly good and hygienic.<br/>Forgot to mention : They serve cheese balls as complimentary, their water glasses are really unique and the best part in the end of the meal they give Pan chocolates as mouth freshner 😀

F.A.T theory is a lovely place, which serves food money’s worth. i absolutely loved the tacos. the fries were really good. the drinks were served in a different way, which was really interesting. it’s always fun going there.

The ambience was good and the servers friendly. The cheese fondue platter was awesome and better than most I have had recently and the sauteed veggies was the best part whereas the potato wedges could have been better or replaced with another dish. The chocolate pani puri was heavenly. Best part was that with Gold the tab was very reasonable. Though we generally eat non-veg, this was one superb veggie experience.

The noodles with schezwan sauce were really tasty and the Thai tossed paneer with mushrooms was good. Could be better. Its very expensive as just these two cost me RS 730 which I wouldn't want to pay again.

Satisfying the whole junky fatty cravings of yours heres THE FAT THEORY serving some yummm heart warming food . The taste would surely hit up your heart but even the look would satisfy your eyes. Well tried Cheese macaroni and Cottage cheese platter sizzler having a soulfilling taste. And for your sweettooth cravings we went with Vanilla thali and Drowning brownie which just drowned us down in the heaven of taste .!!!

Great restaurant...very courteous staff. However, make sure you request a reservation atleast 1hour prior you you wanting to dine in, since the seating is limited and on weekends the restaurant is always booked.<br/><br/>1. Twin your fondue - We ordered for Pav Bhaji & Pesto...the Pav bhaji was one of the best ones I've had in recent times...felt like home made and very very yummy. The veggies and the sides given were also fab<br/><br/>2. Brushetta Platter - We repeated this order, as for 5 adults and a 5 yr kid this was less....found it funny to have a burger sorts in a Brushetta platter, however, overall very yummy<br/><br/>3. Nachos  - This is a default because of our son and he enjoyed every bit of it. The nachos are different and some could find them a little harder as compared to other places, however, we loved it..the different sauces and the corn and veggies mix was super yummy...I scrapped off every bit of sauce on this one :-)<br/>4. Garden Pizza - Simple and yummy...the bread was so soft...it felt like it just melt in your mouth<br/><br/>5. Burnt Garlic Rice - Yummy for the tummy...I am a veggies fan and I can eat only veggies if given a choice...so the rest of them had the rice and gravy while I hogged all the veggies with the leftover pesto<br/><br/>And with 2 Zomato Golds this came to be a dirt cheap deal costing us around 300/adult...hope you folks can add more outlets

Nice little vegetarian place in Phoenix Market city. Chan chua soup which was simple hot and sour soup with 2-3 small dumplings. The four cheese fondue was good. The winding roads was like spaghetti in mix sauce shaped like cutlets. The dynamix juice was good with a very good presentation. The best were the chocolate panipuri with ice cream.

Food & Taste Theory aka FAT theory is a good place to chill out with your family & friends. The food served was amazing & the staff is also polite. I ordered one Fondue Pot, one We baked the Deviled Patetas & one Vanilla thali is dessert. Everything was in place except the Combination of Gulab jamun and Rasgulla with other elements of the dessert was not good.<br/>Overall amazing experience.

Good quality & fusion dishes.<br/>So we had ordered food & dessert.<br/>Food:<br/>1) Dal baati- its was good, the dal gaves us the Rajasthan flavour but bati was more spicy whit dhaniya seeds in to it.<br/>2)Baked Lasagne- it was amazing in taste with veggies & with good quantity.<br/>3)Stuffed cougratte rolls- it was made of paneer & zucchini striis which was one of the best dish from here. <br/>4)Finger fries crunch dosa wrap-Though the combination is different we tried this fusion where i felt ok as dosa was not crunchy & didn’t went to fusion of fries<br/>5) Pizza italian dresses desi- i love this one too as it really tasted like a pizza where base was uttapa and veggies were toppings.it was a great dish. <br/>Presentation of every dish was good & served properly.<br/> <br/>Dessert: <br/>1) Chocolate Pani Puri- Looked very tempting service witj icecream. it tasted yummy & chocolaty with crunchy dry fruits in to it. Must Try!<br/><br/>Over all good experience!

He says She says : Food And Taste theory aka FAT theory.<br/><br/>She says : I gave my birthday treat to my colleagues, traveling all the way to Kurla for this only Veg place.<br/>This is a themed restaurant, not very spacious but the space won't matter since the food will blow your mind completely.<br/>The exotic veg sizzler was so so so goood, the quantity will suffice 3 people's hunger.<br/><br/>Minestrone and tomato basil soup will make more space in my heart for soups.<br/><br/>Minestrone soup had pasta and veggies in it😁<br/><br/>Stuffed courogette rolls were a whole new concept and it was super healthy as well as yum<br/><br/>Crunchy dumplings had the crunch of fresh vegetables.<br/><br/>And if you're a fan of authentic food give a try to Daal batti, it was full of taste and the entire group gobbled it even after being super full.<br/><br/>Tip- Do not order for chocolate Pani Puri it was a turn off but order for sizzling brownie that was just orgasmic.<br/><br/>To all the people who want to go for pure veg place, this is where you stop your research.<br/><br/>He says : Waiting for the time when I will be taken to such fancy places.

We waited for almost 30 minutes and then finally when we got the table, they started rushing us for the order. We placed first order quickly but what was disappointing was that they took 20 min to get our first order and while they got our first order they were Rushing us to place the next order. And it was after 3pm wherein restaurant was half empty still they were rushing us. That was something that spoiled the mood. Food was average, some of the stuff was not fully cooked. If not for Gold, wouldn't consider visiting again.

The place looks great and is probably perfect for your insta stories. But what didn't click for me was the average taste of the food, and an unforgettable mistake from the staff. The staff,though very polite served me the wrong order and made it worse by informing me abt it when i was almost halfway done eating the burnt garlic rice which i hadn't ordered. It was too late to correct that mistake and i left the place unsatisfied, with an unwanted taste in my mouth. The chocolate which came along with the bill was a bit of a relief ::)

We were starving post shopping so came across FAT Theory. It was a weekday and we got a seat pretty easily. Loved the decor of the place. Must say the service was pretty amazing as well.<br/><br/>Coming to the food :<br/><br/>Garden Green Pizza: Simply delicious. A variety of vegetables loaded on a thin crust pizza with a good combo cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it. The taste was so fresh and balanced. This is a must try, way better than a lot of pizza places.<br/><br/>Oriental Sizzlin Tray: A really healthy and tasty option for those watching their weight. This sizzler had loads of vegetables not only on the side but also diced and cooked in with the noodles. The black pepper sauce went well and tasted fresh and was even given on the side.<br/><br/>Overall i must say the food and quantity served both were amazing. Add to it the great and courteous service. Zomato Gold made the deal even sweeter for us. Definitely a place to visit. Can't wait to visit again to try more.

I just loved this place.. perfect ambience, food..the way food was presented ..and the taste of all the items tat we had ordered was awesome.Just a perfect place for dinner. Must place to visit 😊

All 3 stars are for staff courtesy. The food just did not appeal to our palate. They tried to make it up as well by not charging for a dish but that's not why you go to a restaurant. I will give this one more try. It's rated 4.2 so maybe I got it wrong.

I could just keep writing about this place. It was soooo good... But i think the best compliment I could give was...i went here with a hard core non vegetarian and he said that if he got such amazing food everyday he would not mind turning into a vegetarian... That's how good this place is... The food is amazing the staff is super courteous. They've tried wowing you with very nice small things like their water glasses .... their patato pie was outstanding... the khowsuey was delicious.. they add Oreo and caramel sauce in the sizzling brownie ... Basicially they've put their mind in every dish to make it different from what you get elsewhere... In all this place is a must try and it's amazing...

It's one of the good place for the vegeterians as they have so many variety... The staff is courteous too... It's must go to place

Food and taste theory<br/><br/>Ambience:- With quirky ambience and although a small place it is decorated quite thoroughly with lots of details to the place. The glasses here are something else entirely 😂 love love love to play with those everytime I visit this place!!!!<br/><br/>Food:- I had a Swiss cheese pav bhaji fondue with is served with some buttery toast, some soft bread, nachossssss and some veggies. The other thing I had was a chocolate pani puri let me just say it was theeeee best chocolate pani puri as my general problem with chocolate pani puri is that it gets tooo sweet but these people innovated and served it with fruits such as kiwi and pomegranate.<br/><br/>Food:-5/5<br/>Ambience:-5/5.<br/>Value for money:-5/5<br/>Overall experience:-5/5.

The restaurant is bit small but it is cute. Try sizzling tray. We tried 2 sizzles and fusilli arabbiatta pasta.<br/>I didn't expect that amazing taste. Will visit again.
