Flax is a unique place serving some amazingly healthy and absolutely delicious meals. Their idea of creating an outlet whose sole purpose is to deliver healthy meals to the health conscious is surely praise worthy.
The dishes that I tried were :
1) Whole grain pasta salad - this salad is mainly comprising of arugula. It also has fusli pasta. The taste is very good and you should try it.
2) Pumpkin spice and everything nice sandwich - This sandwich is just as good as its name. The taste is just heavenly. It is very light on the spice scale but it has that oomph factor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
3) Salsa crudo - A tomato based spicy side dish served with ragi crackers

Beetroot Hummus
Super creamy roasted beet hummus featuring a whole roasted beet, lemon, and plenty of garlic flavor. Served with ragi chips. As flax serves healthy food let's share the nutrition benefits of beetroot, they are low in calories, yet high in valuable vitamins and minerals.
The Burrito Bowl
The burrito bowl is a lunch staple. It’s easy to eat and usually tastes amazing. Which is made of arugula, brown rice, Quinoa, refried beans, grilled paneer, salsa crudo, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, fresh corn, chipotle green yoghurt. Which high in protein and vitamin c.
Veggie Keto Salad
This salad is power pack salad which is made of kale, spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber, zoodles, grilled paneer, babaghanoush, avocado, almond, walnuts, Parmesan, feta, coconut flakes, tahina yoghurt for dressing. This salad helps to increase metabolism in our body.
Bro don't be so much sandwich
Don't worry it's sandwich name. This sandwich is too delightful with veggies with lots of nutritions. Which made of arugula, spinach, broccoli, mushroom, tomato, jalapeno, caramelized onion and tzatziki.
I tired different and unique flavorful yoghurt like Mango Greek yoghurt and honey and vennila Greek yogurt was too delicious..

It's drink contains apple, orange and carrot which helps to increase metabolism and also rich in vitamin A & C.
Overall it was my healthy day with yummy salads and more. What I love the most about this place is quantity and freshness of food. If your health conscious then this place is a perfect place for you.
The predefined notion that healthy is not as delicious is completely washed off when I visited flax- healthy living. The entire menu is based on healthy options which are equally delicious. Firstly we called for the Mediterranean salad bowl filled with grilled veggies, paneer, sun-dried tomatoe hummus and walnuts. Non vegetarians will love the power booster salad with avocado, grilled chicken served with turmeric mustard dressing. The hummus and grilled paneer wrap was filling and alongside bye bye fat drink it's super healthy and yummy. My favourite among the rest was sun-dried tomatoe hummus with ragi crackers. I haven't tasted anything as yummy and tasty at the same time. Loved the entire spread and would definitely recommend on switching to a healthy diet with such mouth watering dishes.
